The Villa was amazing! The place was clean, functional, and has everything we needed. The entire process from start to finish was simple and easy. Bruce was the best! He was quick to answer any question (call or text). Having a boat slip right next to the villa made it so easy for us. Debbie at the marina was very helpful. We will definitely come back!

Very good experience

Our vacation at this beautiful comfortable row house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, comfortable beds, new furniture in living room, and plenty of room for our family of six. We made use of both outdoor decks overlooking the picturesque canal. The place was just a few minutes drive from the Winn Dixie, Starbucks, restaurants, and water sports, etc. we would definitely stay here again. The hour plus drive from the Key West airport was worth it.

The property was perfect with all new furniture, very clean and accommodating. The owner is phenomenal to work with.

Easy access to all the Florida Keys has to offer. Owner was extremely helpful with suggestions of places to go and eat. Very quiet neighborhood and an absolute gorgeous home.

The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were firmer than I care for but other than that…no complaints. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and beach towels. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was good and made suggestions for dinner.

Perfection! Owner has provided a fantastic space for everyone!! Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds, great location and everything we needed for our stay in the Keys. You can’t go wrong with this home - close to everything, pool on sight and a marina for your boat. Boat rentals are available as well!! Bruce ( owner) is great to work with and readily available.

We spent 4 nights here with my family and in-laws. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was wonderful. Bruce was great about communicating with us. We especially enjoyed morning and evening walks along the water and all of the sea life. If we come back to the area we would definitely love to stay here again.

Great stay location perfect quite area marina on site and short ride to restaurants, shopping and short boat ride for bait then open water! Also quick and great communication with property owner! Highly recommend

Centrally located in the Keys, Coral Lagoon exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, convenient and the location was perfect. Owners provided timely communication and have done a wonderful job with this property. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is a very beachy feeling location that is right on the water. There is a neighborhood pool and, obviously, a marina. The boat slip is not right behind the house, but it is maybe 100 yards in the main marina section. There is an additional charge for ramp use, dockage, etc. I paid $84 and was there for 3 nights. The unit was wonderful. Super clean, great outdoor space on the back porch overlooking a canal, and steps from both the pool and boat slip. It's walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The host was also incredible and professional. He made sure all my paperwork was squared away before arriving and gave it to the dockmaster so I didn't have to do anything. He was communicative throughout the check-in process and made sure to answer all my questions before arriving. It was great.

Nice clean place. We had 6 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. It was a huge plus for us to keep our boat at the marina next door and the pool was just a short walk. Very quiet place.

Spacious, beautifully maintained property - inside and out. The porches on the water are wonderful, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and all were spotlessly clean. Bruce is a fantastic host - great recommendations and very responsive. Our stay could only have been improved if the wind hadn't prevented us getting out on a boat, but we enjoyed the local beaches, bike riding and restaurants.

This property was quiet, had ample space, and had many great features we loved! The porches off of the master and a guest room upstairs were much appreciated and the washer and dryer were pretty great as well. The owner Bruce was very communicative and personable.

The condo at coral lagoon is fabulous. Bruce is a wonderful host. Our family had a great time at Coral Lagoon. Got a few lobsters and a few mahi, what else can you ask for.

The property was spacious and spotless. The location and marina accessibility added to the appeal. We couldn’t stop saying how peaceful the porches were. We would definitely book again. Bruce was very helpful to book with.

We really enjoyed villa #14 at Coral Lagoon. It was centrally located in the keys for all our activities. It was clean as promised and the owner reached out to see how we were doing. The pool was relaxing. We were lucky enough to see manatees in the channel. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends. Thanks Bruce for a great vacation spot.

Our stay at #14 at Coral Lagoon was absolutely fabulous! The listing was completely accurate, the space was sparkling clean and stylishly furnished. We had everything we needed, including hand soap, dishwashing tabs, garbage bags and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. The owner, Bruce, went above with his prompt communication and follow up after our arrival. It truly felt like a home away from home for the week and we will absolutely rent from Bruce and #14 again!

The house had plenty of space for us with our 4 teens. Clean and generously appointed with anything we needed during our stay. Porch was particularly relaxing. We would recommend. :)

We enjoyed our time at Coral Lagoon! Property was beautiful, beds comfortable and had everything needed. We went drop sea fishing with Main Attraction and had a great day of fishing, beaches were great, golfed at the little par 3 in Key Colony and the Country Club in Key West. Took the Trolley around Key West, hop and hop off...worth it if you spend the whole day there. Took our catch to Brutus Restaurant they prepared dinner with our fresh catch, then flash froze and shipped the rest home for us. Wish we’d had a boat as #14 comes with a slip! Maybe next time we’ll rent one. We will be back Bruce!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Very relaxing property with lots of nice people surrounding it. Great place to stay if you plan on doing any boating or just relaxing.

I was in Marathon on a fishing trip and hawks caye was closed due to hurricane damage, so I booked this place. A great deal. Very nice accommodations. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with towels, etc. the back patio is on a canal and was a great place to have drinks outside and smoke a cigar after a long day on the water. Island Fish Co. restaurant and tiki bar is close by and will cook whatever fish you take them and serve it family style with rice and veggies. This townhouse is a great deal and perfect for fishermen and families

We stayed in Coral Lagoon over spring break and enjoyed our time. The pool was heated (which my girls loved) and we had a local manatee visit the canal a few times while we were there. It was adorable! The only drawback to us what that the Internet was slow and seemed to get bogged down if a few people were on it at once. My husband always has to connect in to work on his laptop while on vacation and if the girls were also using WiFi he couldn’t get anything done. We would have to make sure everyone was off their devices so he could do his work. That was our only drawback while on vacation hence the 4 out of 5 rating!
