Great location to beach, restaurants and bars, nicely updated condo, easy beach access, great bay views and sunset views from the balconies on both sides of the condo. Tennis / pickleball court was great as well. Only request would be to invest in some updated beach gear, some chairs ok but other were could use replacement along with the umbrellas.

Clean, cute updated condo. Photos represent the property correctly. Great view of the bay, right on the water. Only a short walk across the street to the beach. Easy walk (5 blocks) to great shopping and eating (walk the main street to 5th street then down 5th street to everything). Gets you off the narrow sidewalk on the busy main street.

We had a great stay. We were dazzled by the island and the property. Also the Seabreeze members were extremely responsive to our needs. We'll definitely come back again.

The location is perfect, the apartment was very quiet, the communication was quick and thorough. My wife and I loved it here. We will absolutely be back. One of the best rentals we've had.

We did not know what to expect when we arrived. However, the self-checkin and access to our unit went very well. The unit was close to the beach and the availability of beach chairs and umbrella made our stay on the beach very comfortable. The unit was also very clean and had sufficient bath and beach towels for all guests, as well as soap and dishwasher and washer detergent. Restaurants and quick shops were all within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was great! The unit was nice, pool and hot tub were clean, and close to the beach. Great view of the bay from the balcony and the beach was across the street. Plenty of good restaurants and little shops just a short walk away. The only reason why I didn't rate 5 star all the way is becasue our unit wasn't ready by check in. We arrived and it hadn't been cleaned. The management was quick to get their best cleaning crew there and followed up a couple times to make sure we were satisfied.

This is an absolutely wonderful unit in a great part of Florida. I would certainly recommend staying and would come back! The parking is directly under the unit. The unit is easily walkable to the main drag of the island. Furthermore, the screened in porches are perfect for sitting and relaxing. The house is very close to the beach. We were beyond happy with this choice! They even had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for us. Stupendous hosts!

The condo was just as advertised. Great location & very clean. (2) flights of stairs a little challenging for a 77 yr old but not bad at all. TV's a challenge but we figured them out. All in all a great stay and would stay there again and recommend to others.

Main TV did not get local channels and bandwidth was sketchy, had to watch super bowl in bedroom. A/C was difficult to regulate.

Very professional and responsive. I would definitely use Seabreeze Vacations again! Wish I would have found them prior to VRBO an Saved the extra money!

The place was perfect and had all our family needed. The views from the bay were amazing. The whole place was perfect for the four of us and it was a less than a minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Walking distance to Bridge Street restaurants and shops. The dock there and the Oyster Bar is amazing. The sunrise from the bay dock was breath taking. Having the beach chairs and towels already there was so convenient! We hope to return some day soon.

Great condo. Great Location! Across the beach

Clean and nice.

We had a lovely stay in this beautifully decorated Condo only moments from the beach. Had chairs, cooler and umbrella, everything we needed as we escaped New England for a stay at the beach!

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect. The condo is located overlooking the bay but within a very short walk to the gulf. There is a beautiful breeze from the bay that makes sitting on the balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine very enjoyable. The accommodation was nicely decorated with a well-equipped kitchen. Beds are quite comfortable. Beach items (chairs. umbrellas, towels) were provided. There is a free trolley service you can use to get around the island. There are many shops and restaurants close by.

Great getaway! Beautiful view and accommodations. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops, not to mention the beach just across the street!

Location was great. Close to the beach as well as Bridge Street. Property was well maintained.

We rented this property for quick get away during covid/off season. It was nice and quiet. Small mixup at checkin but property manager corrected it immediately. The condo is everything we expected. The views of the bay are amazing. Would make a recommendation that the owners update the chairs on bay side patio, the mid level bar in the screened porch blocks some of the view. Chairs that sit a little higher would make it perfect for watching the sun come up. Will stay agin.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It was exactly as described, clean and beautifully decorated. Our only recommendations would be to add additional glassware, dishes, serving pieces and pots and pans. The master bedroom could also use a new bedspread and pillows/shams. Management was excellent and very responsive. We would definitely consider renting again!

Beautifully decorated condo, perfectly positioned for fishing on the bayside and walking over to swim on the beach side, and with a lovely pool. Only drawbacks are a few bits of equipment easily remedied: needs bedside lamps in bedroom two (lots of people like to read in bed), a dustpan and brush, folding airer to dry clothes/beach towels, and beach chairs/umbrella (which we did buy and donate to condo, do hope they stay there). We saw dolphins every day and a manatee while kayaking (recommend Kayak Jacks to hire from). Seabreeze were very helpful and prompt in solving a few issues. Highly recommend and will return soon.

Do not hesitate to book this condo! Everything is brand new and is beautiful! The beds are comfortable and the condo had everything that we needed. The location is fantastic. The beach is right across the street and was never too crowded. The other residents were very friendly. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas included but we reached out to Beach Bums and they delivered and picked up what we needed for the week. Beach/Pool towels are provided as well as one set of towels for each person. I did have to pick up some extra washcloths at Wal Mart so I wouldn't have to do laundry everyday. The only other extra item we needed was Kleenex. They supplied detergent, dish & dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper. We had plenty of storage. We had two teen girls with us and they loved the area and condo. Parking is covered so your car does not get hot! It is up two flights of stairs if you have mobility issues. It is an end unit and we did not hear any noise from our neighbors. Seabreeze was very easy and wonderful to work with. We all agree that we want to come back and stay there again.

Great location and beautiful accommodations. Our only requests would be a larger waste basket in the kitchen and the availability of beach chairs/coolers/umbrella/wagon etc.
