We really enjoyed our time here. It was set up perfectly for adults and kids, with multiple living room play spaces and plenty of seating. We had 3 families and 5 kids with us and it was stocked with everything we needed. The small sledding hill out back was perfect and having the hot tub right out back was great. Chris was a great host to work with and answered questions promptly.

Property was great for my friends and me! Plenty of space for people to hang out after the long ski day. Hot tub was a little small but could comfortably fit 4 people. Would definitely recommend!

Property was great in a lot of ways (location, views, amenities). The number of beds was incredible but really only suited for 2ish medium sized younger families or a group just needing a place to sleep 12. The upstairs bunkhouse (4 beds) shares a bathroom with one of the other two bedroom suites on 2nd floor (1 king and the other massive with king + twin/full bunk - great for a young family). Basement has another bedroom suite and great family room with amazing AV system and comfy couch. That said this place has a ton of stairs and my major issue was a lack of seating in the main floor family room (1 huge single seater and 1 love seat). The dining table accommodated 6 and could be extended to seat 8-10. But again there was nowhere for everyone to sit on the main level great room which I thought strange. The hot tub is tiny and really only could fit 2-3 people comfortably. Views and privacy spectacular and there is a stellar sledding hill essentially out the back door. And so great for younger families where kids can sit on the floor or a group of 20-something’s who need a ton of sleeping space but not ideal for 6-8 adults and younger adults or grandparents wanting to spend time together.

Our extended family of 12 ( ages 2 to 66) spent a wonderful 3 nights at this well kept condo. Some spent the days skiing and others just enjoyed hanging out with family. Everything about the unit was first class and just as described. The young ones really enjoyed the loft with their own TV and the hot tub. The place is awesome! It had all the updated amenities and space we were looking for. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread about and relax. Everyone had a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, convenient to skiing, go to town, or enjoy outdoors. Hot tub was a lot of fun. Sitting at the balcony and enjoying nature was perfect. Communication was always very clear and responsive. Great house and great people. I totally recommend it.

Nice place, well maintained, easy to get answers from the owner, and overall we were very pleased with our stay. Four adults with two adult children, two teens, and two elementary aged kids between them all had plenty of room to hang out together and to spread out when wanted.

Our family had a fantastic vacation and stay at this property down the road from Winter Park. Loads of snow, great time skiing and snowboarding on the mountain with a wonderful place at the end of the day to return to. Everything from the time we booked until a couple days before we arrived was well communicated. The place is tastefully decorated and well furnished. We were a party of 9 plus a dog and this place was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and with the kitchen counter bar and the dining room table, there was plenty of room for our group to eat. The windows facing the woods off of the main level living room were awesome. Plenty of light and watching the snow fall from the couch staring out of the windows was downright magical. Each level was well laid out with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We had a great time and hope to return again! Thanks Chris for letting us stay at your mountain retreat! Easy 5 stars.

My guests and I had a great weekend staying in Fraser! The location was a short distance to town and skiing. The property was clean and organized. We cooked most of our meals at home and were delighted with the stocked kitchen. I would recommend staying here to anyone, and will be considering this property for another stay in the future!

We spent 5 nights over the NYE holiday, with 3 families (11 people in all). The layout worked really well for us, with each family having its own bedroom plus a room for the kids to share. The location was convenient to both Winter Park Resort (downhill skiing) and Devil's Thumb Ranch (cross-country skiing), and the fact that it was an end unit made it more quiet than other similar units might be. We were very happy with everything and would definitely recommend this place to others.

This home is everything we wanted and more. From fully furnished essentials to thoughtful touches, Christoper and his partner have put together a winner of a home to stay and play. Communication between Christopher was efficient and helpful. My family and I loved the view, cleanliness, thoughtfulness, location and experience. The property was perfect to accomodate our large family including kids (my brother's family and my family met for a joint-vacay). Location is super easy to get to great hiking trails, shopping, activities, and grocery. We rent houses frequently for vacations and I can say this was the best prepared house in which we have ever stayed. We cooked every night and the appliances and general flow of the kitchen was very conducive to preparing meals. Anything we could need was already available at the house. The home's host was communicative and provided great ideas for activities with the kids. We had a wonderful time!! Many thanks to Christopher for hosting us!!

If you're looking for the perfect mountain home to get away and nestle into the woods then this is your home!! So spacious and bright with high-end finishes and lovely decor. The owners have thought of every convenience and within minutes you feel like you could stay here forever! Perfect location for access to trails within walking distance and a quick drive to great restaurants and the towns of Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby. The owners have stocked the kitchen with anything you could want and their family room in the basement has lots of fun games for the whole family to enjoy. All the beds and bedding are new and high-end quality and the attention to detail with fun blankets, pillows, artwork, etc makes you feel right at home. I have stayed at many rental homes where the owners cut corners and stock with the bare minimum and this place was the exact opposite! It is obvious the owners take great pride in their home and wish their renters to have the best possible experience. We hope to spend many more weekends at this amazing place!!

My family of 4 and another family of 4 recently stayed at this spacious Fraser condo for our spring break vacation. I cannot say enough great things about this condo; it’s convenient location, excellent amenities and the owner, who was easy to work with and very accommodating with our families. The location is just a short drive to the mountain with great views, a sledding hill for the kids and a hiking loop. The condo was very spacious and could accommodate adults, teenagers and small children. Our teens loved the separate hang out areas on the bottom and top levels of the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked, it really had everything you needed to prepare all meals. The owner even purchased a grill prior to our stay because our families enjoy grilling after a long day on the slopes! I have stayed in several VRBOs and this one was definitely top notch! The owner was very quick to respond to messages or questions I had and even sent a daily snow report! Our families are definitely going to book this condo again in the future. I give it 5 ++ stars!

We had an extended family group of 9 adult people and this spacious log house was just what we were looking for. The bottom floor living rm has a very large screen TV and gas fireplace. Just outside on the patio is the clean hot tub 2 steps from the door. As the end unit of attached homes, they are staggered in such a way to make the hot tub area very private. The second floor (entry level) has living area w/fireplace and adjacent kitchen is clean and modern. The deck has mountain views and a new Weber grill. Plenty of towels are provided and the washer/dryer comes in handy. We were snowed in on Wednesday of our stay by a blizzard and we actually looked forward to it and stocked up at Safeway at the bottom of the hill. Winter Park Ski Resort is just a few miles down the road. There is a free shuttle stop about a block away, although we drove there each time for the convenience. Even with 9 of us, we had extra bunk space in the loft, so bring the kids! I would highly recommend this rental to friends.

My family rented this beautiful home because it was the only pet friendly location available. I was a little worried because you never know what the quality of the property will be if they allow dogs. However, Chris and Andrea take amazing pride in their property and don't allow dogs that will destroy their home. In addition to being beautiful, clean and well kept, Chris and Andrea do not miss a detail when it comes to providing amenities and comfort for their guests. The kitchen is stocked with all that you would need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean and have all that you need (like a hairdryer, total bonus!) Chris is very detailed oriented and you can tell that he and his wife have just thought of anything and everything that is needed to provide a great stay for their guests while also maintaining the integrity of their home. The townhome is nestled in the forest, on top of the hill and is the end unit. This is great because the way that the townhouses are built, you feel like you are secluded and have your own private space while enjoying the backyard and hot tub. Be sure to check out the cottage guide that Chris put together for activity and restaurants options for the area. If you can't find it on the VRBO app, reach out to Chris personally as you don't want to miss his recommendations. This property far exceeded our expectations and we hope to stay again. We loved our stay here. It was plenty of room for a big family gathering. The house was beautiful and had great Mountain View’s. It’s a duplex, but it feels remote and private and is the end unit so gets lots of light and privacy. We appreciated how family friendly it was and how well equipped it was,including things in the kitchen like olive oil and salt and pepper, which I typically bring with me to rentals. It’s easy to get everywhere around Winterpark from here. Chris is very helpful and responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay again.
