Perfect location . Close to pond and beach. Great back yard with table and chairs. Perfect for eating and reading outside

Cambridge Cottage is located in the heart of Cape May Point, easy walking distance to the beach, the lighthouse, and Lilly Lake. The property itself is very nicely designed for relaxation and conversation with a spacious living room, welcoming dining room, and upgraded kitchen. The owners were courteous, responsive, and even allowed my wife and I to stay extra time while I waited for a jump for my car battery. If you want a peaceful beach stay at Cape May, it would be hard to find a better spot.

Has everything we needed for one week stay. Great location, lovely quiet neighborhood, walk to the beach, walk around the lake, and a walk to the lighthouse. Would visit again!

We needed a break and decided to get-away in the peaceful community of Cape May Point. The rental house is as it is described and pictured. Very pleasant and location is perfect. The owners are assessable and responsive to any questions or needs you may have.

We love the cottage; it is spacious and comfortable. In the morning, the sun streams into the living room creating a golden glow that provides a sense of peace and serenity. In the evening, the same room is bathed in the rosy sheen of a leisurely sunset exactly right for the enjoyment of a glass of wine or cocktail . The sizeable kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or a midnight snack. The laundry room slash bathroom is conveniently located right off of the kitchen; it boasts a top of the line all in one washer dryer. The dining room comfortably seats six, the master bedroom is charming and cozy as is the second bedroom, and the third bedroom has bunkbeds that can accommodate small children and teens alike. The spacious yard has a large grill and picnic table exactly right for a pleasant evening cookout with friends and family. We love luxurious bathhouses like outdoor shower! We hope to make this our last hurrah of summer for years to come.

Great location three blocks from the beach!

Overall, the property worked nicely for my family of 4 (including 2 adult children). However, the outdoor space was not very usable and, if we had more people, the one indoor shower would have been a problem. The Cape May Point beach was lovely!

The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. The cottage was clean as a whistle. The kitchen had new and working appliances. The location is great - near Lilly Lake, the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Our only quibble is with the advertisement of bedrooms - i.e. that it sleeps 6. The master bedroom with a Queen is fine for two people. The second bedroom is very small, with sloping roof which you have to watch out for, and a double bed, which is really difficult for two adults to sleep in. The bunk bed room is extremally small. So if you're coming with a number of people be forewarned. Otherwise a great place!

The house was perfectly situated near rustic beaches and everything nature that Cape May has to offer.

Sarah is a great host! Cambridge Cottage and surrounding yard were perfect for our stay in May. We found everything to be so comfortable, it began to feel like our second home! The cottage is light and airy, well-equipped, and in a wonderful location. We walked throughout the neighborhood to the lighthouse, Lily Lake, the beaches, and Cape May Bird Observatory. Cape May Point is also near Higbee Wildlife Management Area (including many nature trails), the Cape May-Lewes ferry, many fresh seafood options, and so much more. We are planning to return in the fall!

Our fourth year at this property. A quiet location and great home to have a relaxing beach vacation.

My husband and I loved our four-day stay at Cambridge Cottage. It was perfect for the two of us. Great location close to the beach and lighthouse - we rode our bikes everywhere. Including downtown Cape May for breakfast and shopping. Would definitely recommend and we would go back! Sarah was super.

Cambridge Cottage at Cape May Point was perfect for me and my best friend! The cottage is very sweet with everything that one needs for everyday living. The description of the amenities was excellent and matched what we experienced. We enjoyed breakfast in the backyard at the table complete with umbrella. The location is fabulous, very close to beaches and beautiful sunsets. Sara was a joy to work with, very kind and accessible. We would definitely recommend Cambridge Cottage! This was a perfect Cottage for a great Cape May Point vacation! House was well equipped and very comfortable for kids and adults. A short walk to the beach and the lake. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood that allowed our little guys to ride their bikes on the street and enjoy walking to the beach. A great getaway! We will be back.

We've stayed here twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. It's on a quiet street that's an easy walk to our favorite beach. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals and the house overall is clean and comfortable.

This is a wonderful and charming shore cottage with a short walk to the beach. We can't wait for next year!

This was the perfect home base for all our adventures in and around Cape May. The house was lovely with a great layout downstairs for gathering in the mornings and evenings for meals and game time, and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The outdoor shower was the perfect place to end our beach days, which never really ended since we were located a short two-three block walk back to the sand to enjoy sunsets over the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and met our every need. Very clean and well maintained property.

Great location. Cute tiny house and I like that it came with beach badges and chairs. The owner is quick to reply to any questions and made the rental process easy. The bunk bedroom is extremely small and only suitable for young children, and the indoor stall shower is also very small so you can't help a young child that needs help bathing, so you have to use the outdoor shower. The price is comparatively high but we were looking for somewhere less than a month before our trip so we were really happy that there was a way for us to stay in our favorite vacation town.

Very clean and tidy old shore home in a wonderful location at the point in Cape May. Quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the beach. A minute or two drive to town to great restaurants and shops.
