We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the amenities supplied by our host. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We were very satisfied with this condo and the whole experience. As other reviews stated, the owners go far above expectations by treating their guests with extra care. The roses, coffee, snacks, water, and fruit basket that were in our condo upon arrival showed us the owners truly appreciated us and thus treated us with kindness. When I contacted the owners to get extra towels, they responded quickly and within 20 minutes their son delivered what we requested. While our rental unit was not on the beach but on the bayside of the complex, we did like its location. We liked having access to both the beach and ocean as well as the bay. The pool by the bay was very comfortably heated, making it nice for a nighttime swim in January. The hot tub was just as it should be - hot. Also on the bayside is a fishing pier and a couple grills. From our unit it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach; however, we were also able to drive to and park on the beach side of the resort property. A very nice amenity is that the resort has chairs and lounging chairs on the beach for resort guest use. No need to take your own! It was easy access to get to the resort from the mainland since it is not far from the bridge. Very much enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend this place. Property was clean and had everything we needed, even a fruit basket and other snacks. Property was very close to the beach. Even saw some dolphins while out at the pool. Great time.

The host have thought of everything to help make your stay one of the best. From the fresh flowers to the fresh fruit basket (that we ate off of all week) to the amazing snacks along with the case of water that was waiting for us upon our arrival. We hope to be back soon!

The property was lovely and well appointed. The owner welcomed us with snacks and other things. Having unfortunately rented condos who don't provide even salt, this was a welcome difference. We will try to rent from these owners again.

We had a great stay! The check-in process was simple, the amenities were great, and the unit was perfect. From the snacks, to the personal hygiene products, to the pool/beach toys - we all loved everything! We will definitely consider staying here again!

This trip exceeded our expectations. The hosts answered any questions we had, prior to our stay and during our stay, in a timely manner. The Condo was clean and the scenery was amazing! It was convenient to the the beach, pools, and eats. We will definitely be back again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The gift basket and flowers were such a nice surprise. Rooms were cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and beach were both within walking distance. Check in was easy. No complaints whatsoever and just referred my coworker to rent this fem.

The place was very clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. There was plenty of fans, and it was such a personal touch to have fresh fruit, snacks, coffee and paper plates there waiting for us. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and each room has it's own attached bathroom. It was an easy check in process and again the condo was very comfortable, cozy and clean. I would highly recommend this place.

The property was so nice and clean. Everything we needed for a weeks stay was provided. The homeowners left us some little treats and that was a nice little surprise. I was able to cook breakfast for the family every morning. It was just a short walk to the beach. One of the teens got sunburnt; there was an umbrella we could take down to the beach for her. We purchased our own little wagon to make hauling stuff easier. I highly recommend! It was worth it. This is the perfect VRBO for a couple or family with older kids. The bayside pool also has the hot tub; my family enjoyed that! Property owners responded promptly to any questions I had or when we needed help finding the place. Very efficient!

The condo itself was fine, except master bathroom is teeny tiny. We could also hear every step the people staying above us took, which was very annoying. This condo is on the first floor, which is ok but it faces the sidewalk where everyone walks to the pool or to their condo so you can’t keep the drapes open in the living room or master bedroom. The beach is across the street and a half mile away with no facilities. The beach itself is beautiful except if you’re visiting during Red Tide and then it’s awful. Of course no reflection on this condo or rating. The hosts did supply us with anything we could possibly need, which was awesome. Will not be returning.

This property was exactly as pictured, clean and convenient to a beautiful beach. Many little extras made the stay exceed expectations including the starter groceries and gift basket left for us by the host. They seemed to know exactly what we would want and need that week better than we did. The beach umbrella and rolling cooler in the condo came in very handy. The beach is across the street, but access was not difficult given that there was also an option to drive the car and park right at the beach if you don't want to do the short walk. The beach was soft white sand and clear water and not crowded even during spring break. Staff at the beach did a great job of politely ensuring that only guests who belonged on the private beach were there and we loved that they set out lounge chairs wherever we wanted and then drilled a hole in the sand for our umbrella! The VRBO host was excellent at communication and met all of our needs/requests with quick replies. Thanks for a great stay!

It was well cared for and very clean the surprise was how well stocked it was. I’ve never had that before. Beautiful flowers and a fruit basket was a nice touch. I would definitely stay in that unit again

We have stayed here a few times already. We absolutely love the warm welcome we receive via welcome goodies and the clean, lovely accommodations with a closet full of beach “stuff.” The condo location is fabulous, the easy walk to the beach or the bay pier and quick walk to both pools. We’d highly recommend these owners, condo and location if staying on Siesta Key!

Everything about our stay was great! This condo has everything you need and then some -- you can basically show up with your toothbrush, because they even had toothpaste! Our hosts left us an amazing snack welcome package including chocolate, oreos and chips, which blew my 8-year-old son's mind. That was above and beyond, and we really appreciated it. The condo was immaculate, especially the bathrooms. That's important when you have an infant daughter getting bathed in the tub! We also enjoyed coffee left for us, a large HD TV in the living room, a great wifi connection, lots of complimentary bottled water, and a laundry room steps from our condo with nice appliances that did the job. We did alot of cooking on this trip and our host had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen, including a bunch of spices. We also appreciated their large rolling cooler that we brought with us to the beach and all the beach toys and noodles. Palm Bay Club's pools and hot tub were huge and a nice complement to the beach, which was just a short walk away. Lastly, communication was exceptional. All our questions were answered promptly via email and when we called. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful!

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Siesta Key, your search has ended. Book this condo as quickly as you can. You won't be disappointed. First and foremost, Vickie, Abe, and Jason provided the best communications I've ever had from any VRBO hosts (and I've had some great ones). They were responsive, answered any questions I had, and provided excellent information throughout the entire process. The property description says that the condo is well-stocked with everything you'll need for a relaxing visit. That doesn't begin to describe it. Vickie, Abe, and Jason have gone to great lengths to make sure that everything you could possibly think of is waiting for you. The "welcome basket" was a true treat, and all of the other amenities made it a perfect place to stay. The complex itself is very nice, with two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. But best of all, it's a short walk to one of the best beaches in the country. The complex has beach chairs available (no charge), and canopies, umbrellas, and other items are available to rent at a nominal price from an outside firm. (These items can be booked online the day before, and will be set up with your name on it when you get to the beach the following morning. Extremely simple.) Siesta Key is a great place to visit, and this particular condo made the entire trip spectacular. The hosts could not have done a better job to make this the perfect place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

We had a great time in Siesta Key! The property was great for us and had everything we needed. Location is good, beach is beautiful, and grounds were nice and pools terrific.

The unit is part of Palm Bay on the Bay side. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome snack pack in the unit fully of goodies, which we have never received at any other rentals, so it was a great surprise! The owners were quick to respond to questions prior to our arrival. The unit is on the first floor which made it super is to access. You have access to two different pools and can view great sunrises from the dock on the bay. The bedrooms seemed warmer than the rest of the unit, but with the ceiling fans and extra fans provided it was comfortable. There is a trolley stop right on the road so it was easy to get around the island. Would definitely stay in the unit and Palm Bay Resort again!

We were in Bradenton for a soccer tournament, and extended our vacation in Siesta Key for the last few days. This condo was perfect for our family. Loved the private beach area. Condo was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The condo is exactly what you see on the listing. We were provided with everything we needed, from beach towels to even a collection of snacks. The condo had a great pool and hot tub on the bay side that also proved useful. Great place to stay!
