We had a great stay from start to finish! Communication upon booking was excellent. It was great to get the welcome emails ahead of time along with directions. The house itself was fantastic. Everythng was very clean. There was a different couch in the basement than pictured but that wasn't an issue for us. Location was great, we walked everywhere. I can not find anything negative to say. We did have a fire alarm issue but it was taken care of switfly by the property management team - all by text message. Check out was a breeze with very little that needed to be done! I can't recommend this property enough. Thank you for such a great weekend!

It was a delight to stay in this quiet, pretty neighborhood steps from town. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms roomy. Best part was waking up in the morning to a view of mountains from the master bedroom. If you're looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay when visiting Breckenridge, this condo will be just right!

Property was a short walk into town. Place was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Hot tub was very clean with a nice Mountain View.

We had a wonderful week at this home. The house was clean, the management company was very responsive, the location is excellent for going into town and catching the shuttle to ski and the kitchen was well stocked with ample pots, pans and cooking utensils. Would definitely rent again.

Jessica's home was everything we were hoping for and more, from the fantastic location short walk to town to perfect layout where we, our daughters and our friends (a couple) had each our own floor with private bathroom and plenty of closets. The house was well stocked with all utensils, dishes, spices and cooking appliances with the Keurig coffee machine a big plus as well as a powerful blender for smoothies before skiing... The layout was comfortable and spacious, the private hot tub was large and clean, (ohhh what a special treat at the end of the day!) we had room for two cars right by the house and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. We experienced excellent communications with the owner and the management company which proved to be efficient and helpful when we had a minor issue, immediately solved. Overall we had an unforgettable experience and lovely skiing vacation and totally hoping to be back in the near future. Highly recommended!

My family had a great stay at this home in Breckenridge. It's very close to town yet far enough to be quiet. The house fit our family of five well and was well-appointed for a home rental. Lots of little things that are always appreciated when traveling! The hot tub was a hit and is a great way to relax on a chilly evening. Communication was prompt and I would definitely stay here again if our travels were to bring us back

Nice unit and very well supplied. Responsive team and owner. My only suggestion.... consider new mattresses.. particularly the queen in the second level bedroom. But otherwise wonderful.

Absolutely perfect property for your stay and exceeds your expectations. Everything we could of asked for and the owner was beyond accommodating to our needs. Definitely a home we will return to our next ski trip!! A must see for all. So close to everything it really was perfect.
