This property looked beautiful online and even more so in person. The family had a great time and wants to come back again soon. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Check in process was easy, the home was gorgeous and very comfortable for the entire family. The pool was a bit dirty so we ran the pool Polaris to clean it up a bit. The fire pit and the table top fire pit were amazing and we really enjoyed our time outside and under the patio. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the pool. Being from south Texas we understand lizards and bugs, there was a spotted lizard or gecko that was in the formal dining room several times and then appeared in the master bedroom as well. It was quite the scare for me and my mom but no harm nor fowl. The day before we left we were all in the backyard and we went on the trail behind the house, it is right behind the pool, my BIL saw and heard a rattle snake and in fact it was coiled up right behind the pool. We called the numbers listed and no one answered so we called again and left a message about the snake. My husband found the grounds keeper and he came right away and then the owners called us back, this was within 15 mins of us calling and that was very nice to respond so quickly. A man came with a gun and killed the snake and all was well and we continued our backyard outing. We went down to the creek and fished and caught many perch and threw them back but had such a great time doing it. We all slept really well and really enjoyed the beautiful interior of the home. We saw many, many deer and the grounds of the ranch were beautiful. We asked about the snakes and were told they have never killed nor saw one on the ranch. We are use to snakes, have seen and killed many in our time so it is part of the terrain. We all loved the amenities and the style of the home was rustic ranch with a Tuscan twist. We were sad to leave and would love to come and stay again.

We had a relaxing weekend, and were thankful for the very prompt help from the owners when we couldn't get the tv working correctly so we could watch the Olympics. It was really close to Boerne for shopping, but we also felt away from it all and enjoyed being able to take. daily walks on the property.

We had a great time in this amazing house! We even survived some crazy Tx weather. The pool and hot tub were the best part of the vacation.

It is a great home with lots to do. The pool is even better in person. The house is very spacious, lots of room. The kitchen is stocked with everything, there is a bar with its own fridge. The grill could be replaced but no biggie. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our family getaway to this beautiful property. A lot of fun things to do onsite and kept us busy when we didn't want to go anywhere due to the pandemic. The house was incredible and onsite owner was very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, they were having trouble getting the pool to be clear. She did try and fix this and we swam anyways.

This property was so beautiful and so well equipped for our long weekend away with our kids, their spouses and our grandkids. The pool was amazing and the grounds were stunning! Janice was the perfect hostess too! THANK YOU!

Our family had a blast this trip swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just relaxing under the stars. Owners are very helpful and great people. We are making this an annual family trip!

We LOVED our stay at the Rockin B Ranch Summit House! Our group initally planned to go visit some sights around the San Antonio area over the weekend but we loved the house and property so much we never left!

We rented the property during a stay for a baseball tournament in Boerne. Large rooms and lots of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. A very comfortable and beautiful home . We loved the large kitchen and outdoor pool area for cooking and relaxing after the day at the fields. Janice was a great host! Available at any time to help and answer questions. The kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the stream, as well as seeing the deer, rabbits, and hummingbirds. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there for a very short time but enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing environment. Can’t wait to go back because it was exactly as described! You won’t be disappointed. ❤️

This home was as beautiful in real life as the photos depicted. We loved the pool and hot tub! We grilled yesterday and enjoyed drinks in the beautiful patio! There is lots to do in the area from Fredericksburg to Boerne to Bandera. We enjoyed it!

A few family members converged to the Texas Hill country to attend the NCAA Final Four in San Antonio. We were not interested in doing the "sights" in SA and only when into to town for the basketball games. We were looking for a peaceful place to relax, hang out and not have to "leave" in order to have fun. We spent several hours together either playing pool, going on a hike, fishing, swimming in the pool and simply grilling steaks. We did venture out to do some activities - all within 30 minutes. Since we don't get to see each other very often- this was a perfect place to re-connect with plenty of things to do on the property. I would return in a heartbeat if ever I had another long weekend in the area.
