Kerrie is wonderful to communicate with & fast to reply. The home felt better in person than photos show. My daughter turned 6 & we were able to celebrate her with fun in the sun thanks to this great home!

Everything was great except that the refrigerator wasn’t on when we arrived at 7 pm. We were worried about keeping insulin cold but after communicating with the owner it slowly started cooling off and by bedtime seemed to be cooling normally. It worked fine the rest of our stay.

Kerrie could not have communicated better from day one to end of the trip. The house is spacious, well stocked and Goldilocks would be thrilled with all the bed choices. The house was really clean (the carpets are a bit stained, but the remainder was spotless) and lots and lots of towels! The hot tub was absolutely amazing, especially after rock scrambling in Joshua Tree and hiking in Indian Canyons. The grandkids loved the pool - it was plenty warm for them (paid for the pool heating the days they were there, well worth it!) The park down the street was great for basketball and tossing the football around. I visited first with my daughter’s family then they left and the space transitioned into a girls’ get away. Perfect for both. Not too far from downtown Palm Springs (although the wind storm closed the two main roads so we had to go roundabout a bit). I would absolutely recommend Kerrie’s place and, if I ever plan another stay in the desert, I would stay again.

We loved this house! It was great with the kids, they had toys and extra baby supplies that definitely came in handy. The pool and spa were heated and so much fun for the whole family. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Home is in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen well stocked, as is the whole home. There is plenty of room in the home for several guests, but the highlight is the pool and outside patio area. Communication with the host was excellent.

Kerrie’s house is lovely! It’s clean, organized, comfortable and has the basics that we expected. Everything was as described. Check in/out was simple. There were 6 adults so we were looking for a place that had a covered patio, an indoor dining area and living room furniture that would each seat all of us. Hard to find homes that meet that criteria! And this home was perfect!

This house is nicely appointed and well equiped with everything for the kitchen to the bathrooms. All of the appliances, TVs, lighting, fans, heating, etc. worked very well. We had a very nice 6 day stay.

This house and its location were perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). The pool and hot tub were a great hit, especially with the kids. Owner Kerrie was super-responsive to every request, every question. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is exactly as pictured. It met all of our needs. The pool was wonderful, my two yougest loved every minute in the pool. My husband and I picked this area to checkout some golf courses, they didn't disappoint. We had great shopping options close and ventured further out to the beach, Hollywood Blvd and to Knotsberry farm. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with great pool to enjoy with family. We did have issue with AC unit during several heat warnings, but Kerrie was wonderful hostess and help walk through resetting system. Overall family enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Our stay here was awesome! Kerri one of the owners was very pleasant and accommodating. I will be booking this home for future stays. House has 4 bedroom and very roomy and comfortable. The pool was perfect for our kiddos they also had pool toys ready to be played with. The bbq area is awesome and the backyard spaces. Inside they had a large dinning table which allowed all 9 of us to eat together and play games. The kids room came with Leah’s and toys which was awesome for down time. All rooms had tv’s with Rokus so it made bedtime nice! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We recently visited the Palm Springs area and rented this beautiful home for our family. The rental process was a breeze with great communication from the owner even before we arrived. The location is great with about a 20 minute drive from the airport, and restaurants and grocery stops are within minutes of the neighborhood. When we arrived we found a clean and inviting place with extra touches like cold drinks in the refrigerator, coffee or tea, and various toiletries were available that made the stay even more exceptional. Each person in our family had their own bedroom with a ceiling fan and a tv. The pool was clean and the yard well manicured. Generous seating outside or under the covered patio made it fun for our whole family to spend our days outside enjoying the sunshine. Kerrie was super prompt with responding to our texts/requests. I would highly recommend booking this home and we would love to stay here again if life ever brings us back to the area!

My family loved staying at this beautiful home. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. Please note that it's about a 20 minute drive into downtown Palm Springs, but it is an easy drive with gorgeous scenery. We actually wanted to be out of the fray of Palm Springs, and this home was the perfect location. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, and it truly felt like a desert oasis, tucked into the valley with mountains visible on all sides. The home was spotless, with so many cozy touches like throw pillows and blankets everywhere. There was even a chilled bottle of wine
in the fridge when we arrived, which my husband and I enjoyed by the pool in the evening while we watched the stars come out. Even though there are tons of things to do in the area, you may never want to leave this house!

Had a fantastic stay with some friends for a golf trip. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to anyone, Kerrie was great and handled all our requests. The house was clean, and a great location. Would definitely rent it again in the future.

The kitchen was equipped with everything you would possibly need to cook full meals and store leftovers.
The bathroom was stocked with so many towels for bath and pool/hot tub. Also had shampoo/conditioner/body wash hairdryer and curling iron!
I would recommend this property!
Location was perfect for us. 20 minutes from Palm Springs and 30 minutes from the soccer fields in Indio.

We booked this house as a short weekend getaway to relax in anticipation for a hectic workweek. And it absolutely felt so rejuvenating. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean - perfectly described as listed!

I just want to say I will definitely be booking this home again!! Everything was just amazing, from the beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, clean restrooms, really nice neighborhood and amazing pool and hot tub! Kerrie made self check in/ check out so easy and she was so nice that she even let us check in a bit early. Brought my husband, kids, dad, sister and her kids for a much needed get away and let me tell you that everyone was happy all weekend long! We all can’t wait to book our next trip here again🙂
