My husband & I stayed on Table Rock Lake 10/10& 10/11. The view of the lake was spectacular when you walked in the door! It was so peaceful sitting on the patio looking out at the lake. You could hear the water lapping up on the shoreline when the boats went by. Bob and Marla have all the essentials & then some there to make your stay exceptional. Thank you!

Very clean and roomy.

This was our first time in this condo. We stayed in the one above last time. They are both amazing. The view as soon as you walk in the door is outstanding. The condo was clean and very roomy. Very short driving distance to anything you want to do. We will be going back.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very clean and beautifully updated. The beds are very comfortable and extra pillows/linens were provided. Check in/check out process was very easy. We will definitely visit again! Thanks for sharing your property with us!

The place was nice and well furnished and mostly clean. Plenty of seating and space for four adults. We did have to re wash some dishes and sweep down cob webs. It's definitely time for a new set of frying pans. There was a mix up with the rental that two parties were sent the information for the same unit. Luckily both our party and the other party arrived within 20 minutes of eachother. We had to pack up and move to the other condo. It would have been much worse if one of us would of arrived late at night. The owner did straightened it out quickly when he was contacted but it was an uneasy feeling to know both units where given the same code. He did change them immediately upon request. Everything thing else was great. Things happen... if we were planning another stay in the area I would rent there again.

All the information we needed to know about the property was emailed to us well before our arrival. Property was easy to access and clearly very well maintained and updated. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Property was in a great location. Just minutes away from everything, but nestled in it’s own quiet place.

The unit was in a great location and close to the parking lot, the pool and to the lake, it had a beautiful sunset view. There were a few things that we needed to get things running smoothly, but Bob and Marla were easy to contact and corrected the problems quickly. We understand that it's not easy being off property and counting on others to make sure things are clean and running as expected takes a lot of work. Great communication is usually all it takes (both ways) and that is what helped things to run smoothly and for us to be able to enjoy our few days away from the city. The unit was in a great central location for us to be able to visit the Branson strip, Dogwood Canyon and The Lost Canyon Cave Trail and Natural History Museum. It was a nice place and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great property that's super close to Big Cedar, State Park Marina and Branson Landing. Beautiful view of the lake right from the patio and also a great pool area. The only pain was the virtual security gate check process but that wasn't fault of the owners. Overall we'd definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and clean, exactly as described in the listing. The lake view was just as pictured. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Branson!

It’s close to Branson, Big Cedar and other popular spots. Perfect getaway spot for our fam. We hope to be back soon!

Very nice condo. Very modern with everything you would want on vacation. Close to everything Brandon Area has to offer. We stay at emerald point a lot and this condo is one of the best.
