Beach is right across the street from the unit. Unit was clean and stocked with the essentials. We had a nice time here and loved the central location to restaurants and the beach. We didn’t find any beach towels to use so we bought some and left them for future guests. There are chairs and a boogie board if needed. A small glitch with check in but it was figured out quickly. Overall great stay here in Kihei.

We had a good time, nice layout of the kitchen, good cookware- everything we need was there. Clean, nice view from the balcony and overall good vibe of the condo.

There was an issue with the power going out that was a building issue, not a unit issue. I contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly. Should not be an issue again. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

The place was exactly as advertised in its description and a little more. It was clean and well located. We loved that the family friendly beach was so close (and the complex pool too) We loved that there was sand toys/boogie board/4 beach chairs and towels for us so we didn't have to buy any. The kitchen was fully stocked and much bigger than the other units we saw in these places. And the bed was SUPER comfortable. Thank you! We highly suggest people renting this place. The only draw back was that if you had more than 2 adults, the pull out couch is not comfortable. But besides that, a fabulous place! THANK YOU once again! Sincerely, Mich, Nic and Noah

The remodel is wonderful! Very nice and the condo has everything you could possibly imagine. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Owner was great to deal with. Had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the location being very close to the office and pool. It was pretty noisy during my stay with a lot of kids in the pool making it hard to enjoy a peaceful evening on the balcony.

Having your breakfast overlooking the green garden and pool at your sunny lanai is really the greatest. Also having just a few steps to the beautyfull beach make the unit number one choice. Thank you.

The kitchen was beautiful and wonderfully stocked with whatever dishes, appliances, etc. you might need. You can ask the office for a fruit picker and pick fruit off the trees on the grounds which was so great. I understood why the AC unit was where it was but maybe a floor fan or something in the bedroom, because the ceiling fan doesn't move much air, to help cool down the bedroom at night could be nice. The sheets and bedding were clean but had visible stains on them which doesn't really set the mind at ease. Great location and the office was easy to deal with.

Well kept, clean and updated condo with privacy yet close enough for a lovely view of the pool and gardens. This condo has everything that you need for your stay including a beautiful, newly remodeled kitchen, along with flat screen tvs in both the bedroom and kitchen area. Lots of lounging and sitting space, a dining table and another table and chairs set on the lanai. The full bathroom was clean and updated as well. The bedroom is bright and clean and the king size bed was heavenly. Everything seemed polished and new. We also had use of a cooler, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs. The pool is right in front of the condo and the ocean right behind. The outdoor barbecues were close by and wonderful to have and use. We met up with several friends and spent time in other condos. In comparison, ours was so clean, bright and uncluttered. It was especially nice having the pantry to store two weeks of Costco food out the way and drawers that were organized with everything we needed. The ice cube maker was a big bonus and the shade of the star fruit tree on the lanai meant we never needed to use the air conditioner. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely return to this unit specifically. A perfect condo for us... in a central location.

Quiet little spot right across the beach, condo was newly renovated and spotless! Darling place to stay! Great little place for couples! Thank you for making our anniversary trip perfect! The bed beats any bed at any fancy resort!
