This condo in Sea Woods was a good vacation rental for my family. We had the space we needed for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The walk to the beach was very convenient and everything in NSB was just a short drive away. Having access to a pool was very nice, as well. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well furnished and close to the beach.

Apartment is well equipped, but is very tired. In an excellent location with good facilities around and plenty of good restaurants close by. Managed well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Home was welcoming, bright, and super comfortable! We were celebrating our 9-year late honeymoon and this was a perfect getaway for us! Very convenient location to shopping, groceries and most importantly, the BEACH!! Master bed was super comfortable and I loved finding an extra pillow in the closet. Loved the decor and the awesome wooden fish on the master bedroom walls. The screened in porch was our favorite spot of the home as we spent mornings with our coffee enjoying the beautiful plants outside and the nice ocean breezes. We even had a few anole lizards and a turtle come by! Master bath shower head could use with an update and carpeting throughout the home could use a deep steam clean (our feet ended up being dirty from walking around inside). Back porch was screened in and lovely - floor could do with a good scrubbing though 😁 We would definitely book again and stay here - wonderful stay!

Love Sea Woods. The condo was very comfortable and convenient to everything in NSB. TV streaming was very slow and glitchy. Could use a couple beach lounge chairs. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

This condo was just a few minutes walk to the beach. The grounds at Sea Woods were remarkable with walking trails through the trees, and three pools! The condo was well supplied with kitchen utensils and it had plenty of linens and beach towels, beach toys and chairs. The rather dirty lanai was a little sparse on furniture but it did have a table to eat at. Our microwave broke while we were there and within an hour of me calling them, it was replaced with a new one. The furnishings were adequate and comfortable but the carpet was awful! Please replace it with another flooring type. We were there for two months and everything was great but I was disappointed when Vacassa told me there was no mail key and I had to rent a mailbox at the PO. It cost extra $$. When we arrived at the condo there was a mailbox key. Very friendly people at Sea Woods and activities to join there.

It was a overall decent place, had all your basic necessities for a stay. I would recommend cleaning the carpets and maybe fixing the sliding doors to the screened in porch. Decent place, I would stay again.
