Spacious Adirondack Lakefront House on Star Lake
Rodeada por pinheiros imponentes altas, a nossa bela casa à beira do lago isolado e espaçoso está localizado a poucos passos da água cristalina de Star Lake, a "Jóia do Adirondacks".
A frente lago tem uma praia de areia, perfeito para vadear, bem como uma doca que recebe a luz do sol durante o dia e vista para o pôr do sol espectacular. Há também um banco de areia maravilhoso dentro da distância de natação da nossa costa, grande para manter fresca, enquanto banhos de sol, jogar futebol, entreter as crianças, ou simplesmente relaxar. Nós também fornecemos o uso dos nossos 3 caiaques, canoas e barcos a remo, para explorar as belas enseadas e margens do lago.
A casa tem uma cozinha lindo com aparelhos de aço inox e bancadas em granito, e está bem abastecido com todos os pratos, panelas, copos e utensílios de cozinha que você vai precisar. This rental met all of our needs and then some. The home was spacious and comfortable and Star Lake is beautiful. and so peaceful. Lisa and her caretaker Joe were very responsive to all of my communications. Thank you Lisa for sharing your wonderful lake home with us.

Great Escape on the Lake!
My family enjoyed every day at this property. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Joe the caretaker and the owner were very helpful. This location can’t be beat! We plan to come back next year.

I will not go back. There are much better, cleaner options on Star Lake. The ice machine has been broken for years, the picnic table fell apart under a 12 year old girl, our security deposit was kept for damage done to the house before we got there. Keep looking.

Although the driveway is rather steep, the lodge is very nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, beds were very comfortable, rooms were all comfortable and beautiful to the eye. We thoroughly enjoyed all the boats, the firepit, the water was clear, and the sandbar fun to walk on! The owner, Lisa, was very helpful as was her caretaker Joe. Would stay there again!

Clean, and very well stocked with all you need.
Although the driveway is rather steep, the lodge is very nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, beds were very comfortable, rooms were all comfortable and beautiful to the eye. We thoroughly enjoyed all the boats, the firepit, the water was clear, and the sandbar fun to walk on! The owner, Lisa, was very helpful as was her caretaker Joe. Would stay there again!

The kids loved the lake and lake toys/boats of all kinds/ we would like to return soon. We are working on detail. Joe was great. He and his wife took good care of us. Could not have dreamed of a better stay. Thanks so much for sharing you beautiful home with my family.

Perfect location, really nicely furnished and equipped, no surprises. The beach, the boats, the fishing, the screened porch and the peaceful environment were wonderful. We only left the property to top up our basic food supplies across the road and beer and wine. No need to and no desire to leave! Fantastic vacation and what a great place.

Perfect location, really nicely furnished and equipped, no surprises. The beach, the boats, the fishing, the screened porch and the peaceful environment were wonderful. My family was the first to use the house this season and there were a few kinks but we worked it out with Lisa and Randy the owners. We had my extended family stay at the house to celebrate my sons graduation from Clarkson University. The house was spacious, the cabinets well stocked with dishes and glassware. Though it was a bit early in the season for the paddle boats we did take advantage of the canoe. Star Lake is a beautiful small lake in the Adirondacks and if you have a large family, I recommend this house for you!

Beautiful house and grounds on Star Lake.
My family was the first to use the house this season and there were a few kinks but we worked it out with Lisa and Randy the owners. We had my extended family stay at the house to celebrate my sons graduation from Clarkson University. The house was spacious, the cabinets well stocked with dishes and glassware. Though it was a bit early in the season for the paddle boats we did take advantage of the canoe. Star Lake is a beautiful small lake in the Adirondacks and if you have a large family, I recommend this house for you!

Very nice house - Great for a large group
The house was very comfortable for our large group of 12, which consisted of 3 families. Two of the group of parents slept in two downstairs bedrooms while the third slept upstairs with the kids. The house was large enough that we never felt like we were tripping over each other.
Most of the cooking was done on the outside grill but the kitchen could have supported a meal for 12. The dining room table only sat 8 but there were other tables on the porch and a bar in the kitchen.
The dock offered lots of great fishing with many small mouthed bass and a few large mouthed bass. The swimming area was clean and easily accessible. The lean to (Shed) had a king sized bed and screened in front and doors which was a perfect afternoon nap spot.
The sand bar bas a fun spot to boat or raft to. The owners included several kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat that helped to keep the kids busy.
Around town there isn't much in the form of attractions. The grocery store across the street has all the basics are good prices.

We have never spent any time in the Adirondacks so we weren't sure what to expect, but this location exceeded our hopes. spacious home that was easily able to accomodate 3 generations on a family vacation to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. the property had lots of trees and therefore privacy. it was the perfect balance of a quaint getaway surrounded by nature, yet with all the comforts of home so you never feel you are "roughing" it.
