We had a fabulous stay at Ann & Peter’s lovely home. The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities. It was in an ideal location in Brewster close to pools, the beaches and great restaurants. Ann & Peter were wonderful hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

The only problem was the downstair neighbor complaining about the normal noise we and the children do when we walk. This made all of us unconfortable.

My husband, daughter, and my mom (grandma) all had a wonderful time during our weeklong stay at Ann and Peter's place. It's spacious, and the décor is gorgeous, but it's also really comfortable. If you're on the fence, book it! Ocean Edge is a quiet and beautiful community, with amenities like the pool and activities for kiddos (which my 4 year old loved!). Brewster is my favorite place on the Cape--walking the flats, dining at the great restaurants, going for runs at ocean edge, a quick drive to the National Seashore--it's the best. We hope to return!

This is the third time renting this property. It is immaculate and very comfortable. It is well stocked with towels and cleaning solutions. It is very well appointed. I would highly recommend it.

Ocean's Edge is a lovely property with golf, kayaking, beaches, tennis, pools , restaurants, etc. This home is beautifully appointed, well maintained, clean, and convenient. The host are just wonderful, friendly, available, and helpful. The resort has plenty of activities scheduled for little ones.All goodness!

Ann and Peter have created an oasis for their guests. Their property is beautifully designed and maintained, and they have seemingly thought of everything to make their guests feel not just comfortable but pampered. This is a perfect getaway.

A perfect location!!!! Can use the resort pools for an extra charge. The condo is clean, modern and comfortable! This is our second time staying. Hope to go back next summer! Anne and Peter are always available and so kind.

The place was better than expected, everything you need is there, location is great and the amenities were great, the grandchildren loved the indoor pool and all the events that were scheduled (Harry Potter) theme. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to people

This was our second stay at Peter and Ann’s beautiful condo. They are welcoming hosts and the pictures and description match the setting—it is designer decorated (love the paintings, Peter!), clean, neat, and they ARE always updating the condo for their guests. A big nor’easter passed through on Saturday but we had a wonderful spot to catch up on our lives. Thanks for opening your home to us!

The unit had tons of space and was beautifully decorated. It had every single convenience. The central AC was perfect. The WiFi was great, important since I had to work remotely while we were there. We loved how all of the towels and sheets were provided. Saved us lots of room in the car. Right next door to Linx restaurant was handy. The owners were kind and helpful with good ideas about the Cape. Kitchen and both bathrooms were 100 percent gorgeous and renovated. Washer and dryer also great.

This property is perfect for a stay at the Cape. It is well appointed and comfortable. Everything you need is at the Condo. Ann and Peter are responsive and easy to communicate with if you need anything. We already booked for next year.

You have a beautiful place in one of the best parts of the cape. I loved all the decks and how well stocked your place is for guests. Many places are bare bones so it was such a nice change for us. We will definitely rent again and enjoy the grounds more in a longer stay. Thank you!

We stayed at this property while we attended a wedding at Ocean Edge. The property was immaculate, stunningly decorated, and made our stay so easy. Everything we needed was included! Check-in was very easy and we experienced no problems. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Our rental home was beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-maintained. Our hosts, Peter & Ann, were very responsive to any request. We thoroughly enjoyed our three month stay in this condo located mid-Cape Cod. Close to beaches, golf and restaurants. One of our best Summer vacations ever.

Amazing Property, Even Nicer Owners
This property is even better in person than the pictures and was the perfect size for 3 couples in town for a wedding at Ocean Edge. Ann and Peter were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We absolutely loved our stay!

Great location for a sisters birthday get away.
Home was immaculate and we enjoyed watching the deer on the golf course in the morning. The Frost Bar dinner and drinks was amazing. Will definitely be back.
