The pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are incredible and the location is perfect in between the 5 and the 101. Having a secure place to park the car was a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

We rented this condo on short notice. There was nothing available closer to the beach. Nothing special. Nice area but not beach property. No King bed in Master. Towels old and dingy. Silverware and kitchen knives really cheap quality. A little effort and this condo could be a lot nicer.

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Secure parking. Very convenient to fairgrounds, beaches, and shopping.

The location and view was amazing, and the property was newly renovated, filled with good new furniture, and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could expect for a great stay! Hope to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the SeaBiscuit condo. The view was amazing and it was a very quiet community. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. The only downside was that the only tub in the unit was quite old with grungy sealant around the edges...mold? not sure. But I had so looked forward to having a bath, and once I saw it I changed my mind. The other suggestion would be for them to put a king bed in the master. The master is huge and could definitely accommodate a king without overcrowding the room. If they fixed the tub and changed the bed size then it would be absolutely fabulous. The last thing that I mention is just for safety reasons...it's upstairs and the porch is SO tiny that one feels like they may fall off while opening or closing the door. Just beware if you're elderly it may be a little bit of a challenge. The location is great and close to lots of restaurants too :))

This condo was very nice and well supplied! You can see the water and hear the waves. Also you can see the racetrack for the horses. Very nice quite area and safe. Close to Oceanside where my daughter lives. I would diffently stay here again!

Great, clean spot, with a surprisingly good view of the ocean from the tiny porch.

My teenagers, dog, and I came to my home town for a family visit during the pandemic crisis in CA. We were very COVID conscious and isolated. We went to dog beach (walking distance) and visited my nearby family a few times. This location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Loved using the garage as I towed a trailer and motorcycle. The unit was very comfortable and enjoyable. I would have preferred some updated appliances and supplies (like nicer soap dispensers, but I'm mostly being picky!) I really have no complaints! I loved the location and brought everything I needed to be perfectly comfortable! It was an outstanding environment for me to work and still connect with family. I will likely reserve again!

The condo was spotless and beautiful, with a great view and a quiet neighborhood. The location is walkable to everything in Solana Beach and the beds are comfy. We had a great time and will be back!

Our stay was wonderful, and we appreciate the efforts made by the owner to accommodate us and provide a clean, relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone.

the condo was small but nice and fully stocked. great location, we could walk to del mar dog beach or solana beach. it was not child-proofed but had a pack n play and high chair. it was a quiet and relaxing setting. the pool was not open to renters due to covid. it was a little too warm at night for us in the master bedroom, the only AC unit was in the kitchen and it didn't cool the back of the house very well but there were fans as well. lots of extra towels, sheets and kitchen supplies.

Everything was as hoped for! Beautiful view, great sunset view steps away.

Everything about the unit and location was perfect. Took our Berniedoodle to beach for his first time. He said it was Dog Heaven

Really excellent place to see the north San Diego area. Beautiful condo and well equipped to spend time in. Access to the pool was a bonus since the weather didn't allow beach fun for the kids most days!! The power issues and limitation was a bit odd, but not terribly inconvenient. Having kids staying with us meant that we didn't always shut down certain appliances when using other things. Kids don't think before they use things. Would definitely stay there again, had a great time.

This was a great experience. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was also wonderful. Being able to park in the garage was awesome!!

Pristine clean and modern townhome with lots of light. A nice white water view of the ocean and very easy to check in. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and it’s just across the street from the race track. There is a two car enclosed garage! Lovely, comfortable relaxing experience!

I loved it! It was decorated so nicely, it was emmaculate and had everything u could ever want. The ocean view was great and the place was near the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend it
