Owners were lovely to deal with and condo was clean and comfy. Thank you for the 3 week visit

We really enjoy our stay at this condo. It had a clear view of the ocean so we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset off of our balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It truly is home away from home. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We will stay again in the future and will referral friend and family to this condo.

Overall it was great! Awesome location and a lot of fun. Only concern was the AC. It would get pretty toasty in the late afternoon. I believe all the units in Hale have the same system, so not a whole lot you can do without changin out the entire HVAC system. We would rent the unit again for sure!

Great stay @ BVM! Condo was well appointed as stated in description. The owner, Michael, was very accessible. Snorkeling gear was a bonus. Nearby parking was always available. The only downside was street noise at night on Kehei Road but the sunset views and the grass park across the road made this end unit more than worth it. Thanks, Michael

We are a family of 5 (three kids aged 18, 16, 12). We loved the location of the property: literally walk across the street to beaches, and lots of restaurant options within 10 mins of drive. The rental is spacious, clean, bright, and we really appreciate the view from this corner unit! We had a great time.

Clean, great location, walking distance to many good restaurants & shops, well equipped (kitchen, beds, beach equipment), FANTASTIC view of ocean & sunsets. Can't wait to come back!

We truly felt and experienced the Aloha spirit here. The view is fantastic. It’s close to all you need, We felt like locals. The decor in this property is really nice and the pictures are delightfully accurate. You will not be disappointed, at least we weren’t ✨ Make it a great stay mahalo

Michael was extremely easy to work with and very thorough. The property exceeded our expectations. It truly is the best view on Maui. It was wonderful to explore the island early in the morning throughout the afternoon. Each day we arrived back with our dinners that we picked up to go and sat on the lanai to watch the amazing sunset. There are no words to describe how perfect this location is. Parking was easy. We loved watching the traffic (boats, beach lovers, etc.) As we enjoyed our morning coffee and dinner. The grounds were extremely clean, birds were beautiful and loved listening to their songs. Early morning Yoga/meditation was dreamy across the street. I could see lots of turtles from the rocks. In between the kam III cove and just before the boat dock has beautiful snorkeling. We had no issues with bugs or ants as we kept all food in refrigerator or freezer. There was however a few geckos that would watch the sunset on the lanai with us at night. AC in bedrooms worked great for sleeping. And it remained cool during the day with Tradewinds. We have no complaints at all! **** This is of no fault to the property owner. *** I gave 5 stars for office because I didn't want to effect the condo rating. But the office staff was not even a 1 star. The office staff was NOT friendly. Would not go talk to them if I didn't absolutely have to get the parking pass.. They clearly did not want to be there and it was the only low point during our entire vacation.

This condo was great! Had everything we needed for personal accommodations and beach supplies. The property it was in was beautiful and well kept. Gorgeous view from the lanai. We will be back 👍🏻

We had a really great visit! The location really can't be beat... a minute walk across the road and grass to a family-friendly sandy beach with snorkeling. We even saw a sea turtle! The home is also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Each bedroom has AC which was lovely, especially at night. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs (pots, pans, and even a rice cooker.) As for beach fun, the lanai closet was stocked with snorkeling gear for all of us, plus 4 boogie boards, and beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. Perfect for our kids! We would love to stay here again!!

The air conditioning was a lifesaver as we had some pretty warm weather in the upper 80s. Not a criticism but as an FYI, if you have a larger group and need to do laundry then pick up some laundry detergent and plan on doing multiple small loads. Otherwise, you will have all the comforts of home and everything you need for the beach! We had to pick up a few beach towels because the ones at the condo were too small for our teens, but we were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas! Also, the owners were very flexible with us during the schedule changes needed due to COVID. We would definitely stay here again!

We've visited Maui over a dozen times now and have stayed all over the island. This particular rental had it all-- views, accommodations, and cleanliness. It easily fit 3 adults and 2 teenagers and could fit 6 adults if need be. Having two full bathrooms as well as two spacious bedrooms was a godsend.

The property is beautiful but due to us being there during the Coronavirus we couldn’t fully enjoy it and the area. Everything was closed or closing it’s doors. Micheal was very understanding in this very stressful time in that we needed to leave early and get back to Canada. Hopefully we will get to go back again and fully enjoy this property and area with our family.

Everything was as described. Our kids loved the stocked cupbaord and we appreciated the lawn chairs, beach towels and kitchen essentials. The bedding was nice and the layout was perfect for our family. We loved the conch blowing right outside of our balcony at sundown. The access to the beaches was hard to beat! We enjoyed our out of the sun time while still taking in the great view from the dining room window. The inclusion of laundry soap, dryers sheets, dish soap and essential kitchen spices and cookware was so great. We would recommend this lovely property with tasteful decor and excellent location to any of our friends. Street noise didn't bother us.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is within easy walking distance to the ocean and many beach items are provided. Our family loved to snorkel and see the colorful and interestingly shaped fish. A Sea Turtle even stopped to say hello. The windows provide million dollar views and you can see Molokini from the condo as well. Wow. That's all I can say.
