The property was exquisite with a beautiful, spacious kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, a lovely dining area and a cozy family room space with working gas fireplace. We spent Thanksgiving at the house and had a wonderful time cooking and spending time together. Property is walking distance from an old grist mill and is a lovely spot to explore. Everything has exceeded our expectations.

The house was very beautiful and relaxing sitting at the end of a could-a-sac. The location was key for us too, you are close to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Little Rock. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you would need in a home. Mr. Scott was a super host and very responsive on all my questions and a repair that was needed during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous house.

We had the best time here. The pictures don't do this house justice. It is beautiful, clean, and huge. There is so much space to do whatever you need to do. The pool is also huge and you will have so much fun playing or relaxing in it. We were not even out of the driveway and my kids asked when we could go back. Definitely on our list of places we will be returning to. David was available to help fix the problems that came up. And they provided so many extras that you will not find at another house. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

We live in the area and needed additional housing for family from out of state. This home with pool was so good for our family stay and gathering with its open floor plan and outdoor space with pool. Owners very responsive to any needs.

This home is beautiful and way more spacious than we realized. The pool was large and very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay. Dave was responsive to texts which is always nice! We would definitely stay again.

This house was much larger than expected. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

My daughter (6) and I were in town on family business. We lucked out on finding Dave’s gem of a home. It was absolutely beautiful and cozy! It felt like home. He had opened to pool early and we were able to swim a couple of times. The water was actually cool and refreshing. We will most definitely be back! I certainly recommend this place to anyone. Would be the perfect place for a short family reunion or just a nice weekend stay. Dave was an awesome host and super attentive. We thank you again for the wonderful stay!

This house is a great find. It has ample space and all needed amenities. The pictures really do not do the space justice. The house owner is very communicative and has ensured his guests have their needs met. We would definitely rent the space again!

Dave was super to work with and had a quick response for all our questions. Location was close to good restaurants and shopping. Definitely put this home on your "favorite" list.

This place is outstanding. The pictures don't do it justice. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house is designed real well and has all the amenities you will need. The beds are the best ones we have come across in our travels. We stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic and had zero reservations about the house and it's cleanliness. The highs for the week ranged between 90-98, so the pool was like a slice of heaven. We spent almost all our time in the pool as we didn't want to venture out during the pandemic. The owner was very accommodating answering all our questions and concerns ahead of arrival. He made check-in/check-out very easy. The house is located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. Lots of restaurants and shopping near buy. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay with family most places closed because of covid 19 we stayed by the pool for the week and had a great time. Large home large pool very nice neighborhood.

I can’t thank Dave enough for his willingness to work with our changing schedule and for providing us with such a beautiful home. We were disappointed that the pool was closed (we were informed ahead of time) but once you see the beautiful trees in the back dropping acorns and leaves, I can understand the need to shut it down for the season. The home was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms for running a home for a week. The layout of the house was very nice with ample amount of room to roam, play, or step away. The deck is expansive and provided an area for outdoor gathering. The large formal dinning room table was perfect for family meals. We used the house for family to gather to greet our son and his family back home from his station in Germany. It was absolutely perfect for this. My only complaint..... the playing cards were terrible! I couldn't get a decent hand all week!

We have rented many houses as we have traveled in the military and this was, by far, the best. We rented this in order to visit family and friends and it was perfect. Large house, great pool, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. The owners are easy to deal with and attentive. The house had everything we needed to entertain. We will definitely stay here again. We definitely recommend this rental.

Having a catastrophic loss on our home after a giant tree fell on it, we were in need of a large rental for our family to start summer vacation and oversee the general contractors. It couldn't have been a better place for us. We love the open floor plan, beautiful kitchen (exceptionally equipped), the sparkling pool and best of all Jake, the onsite manager, who was more than gracious to answer questions, get the electronics running and making sure the pool was ready for summer. Thanks so much for helping us make this transition really fun and enjoyable.

The moment you walk into this gorgeous home, you realize you are in Heaven. The decor and art work is pure class. You will spend hours just looking at all the fabulous art in this home. You will have have every possible amenity you could ever need. Our needs were responded to immediately and Jake is a delight. We so enjoyed meeting him! We will stay here again should we ever visit Arkansas. We highly recommend this property without any reservation at all. It is worth every every dime and the Scotts are wonderful to work with! We have stayed at many VRBO-hosted lodgings across the U.S. This house ranks at the top of the list. Why? Spacious, well-appointed, and contemporary.

My crew and I stayed at this beautiful home while doing some work in NLR. We loved the home. It is beautiful and very suspicious. The master bedroom and bath are too die for. Plenty of cookware. The host was very helpful. It is a gold mine of a place to stay and we will definitely stay again.

Great location. Convent to everything and the photos just can't capture how great this home is inside. We were so comfortable - it felt like home.

A group of moms and daughters stayed a week in the house for a summer event. I was immediately impressed with the house! The pictures did not do the house justice from a size and scale. We all had plenty of space with the bedrooms and the living space. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep easy. The outdoor space was awesome with the deck and pool! The girls loved it! It even had rafts and floats which they were very excited about. The house was very comfortable! The owner was great to work with and we are hopeful to get to utilize the house next summer! The location is perfect for getting anywhere in LR or North LR. Close to the interstate but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the LR area. We stayed at this gorgeous home for a week as we were moving from Niceville, FL to Little Rock, FL, and we could not have picked a better place. The first thing to say is that the photos do not do this home justice. After our 11-hour drive, we walked in the door of this beautiful home and smelled this wonderful cinnamon fragrance and Enya was playing on the stereo in the living room to welcome us in after a long drive. You won't get that at a lot of rental homes!!! The living area is enormous as is the kitchen and dining area - all with an open floor plan which was great for our family and my parents. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need and made us want to stay in and cook instead of always going out to eat. The pool was just pure icing on the cake. It is bigger than most hotels you stay in, so it was such a treat not only for our two kids but also for the parents and grandparents alike. They even had floaties for us to use!! So we left the two floats we bought at the house for the next guests to enjoy. The beds were so soft and comfy with plenty of linens for our entire stay - they even provided pool towels. Booking and getting into the house was a piece of cake! I'm sure when we have family or large groups of friends come to visit us, we'll try and rent this place again because it was THAT good. Oh and all the artwork on the walls throughout the house gave the home even more character!

This home was really enjoyable we came from Las Vegas to have a small family reunion my mom is 92 years old and she is the oldest one left of the family everything was really nice I enjoyed the jacuzzi I enjoyed the patio area didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very enjoyable the next time I come to Little Rock if the home is available I will certainly inquire about staying here

We have used VRBO for 5 years in Arkansas and Montana. This is the best property we have every had the pleasure of staying in. The home is spacious, open and warm. There was plenty of room to have family members over to meet our grandchildren from Montana. The pool was a hit with the kids and was always clean. If you want to grill on the spacious deck or have some quiet time with your morning coffee in one of the window seats, this is the oasis for you. :) The owner was very easy to work with and his son Jake was very pleasant.

Our family enjoyed every bit of our stay. The home is just minutes away from grocery stores, shopping malls, & restaurants. Downtown is just 10 minutes up the highway. We drove an hour and a 1/2 to Fairbay Marina, but it was well worth it. They had everything: kayaks, canoes, jet skis, peddle boats, fishing boats you name it they had it. This home was such a great fit for us that we had to stay in one day We grilled corn, steaks, & chicken outside. It was hard to leave. What a great place. If we returned for vacay this will be where we choose to stay!

This home is conveniently located within minutes of many family fun attractions. The Discovery Museum, Bill Clinton Library and Riverwalk Market Center are literally 5 minutes away. The main level of this home is open concept, which is great for keeping an eye on the little ones while you cook or socialize in the kitchen or living room. There is a small Zen alcove overlooking the large sparkling pool and backyard area. The layout is fantastic with the master bedroom on one side of the home and two additional bedrooms on the opposite side...great for families. The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Huge deck area with grill for entertaining. We had such a wonderful time visiting with our family from the area, and can't wait to come back again!
