The location was excellent, close to the Kiawah Island entrance gate. A short walk to the beach. The villa was super clean with everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home. The host made sure that all items needed for a comfortable week or more stay were in the villa. Nicely furnished bedroom with comfortable mattress for a good night sleep! Lots of storage space, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Easy to reach Vacassa rental agency for any information regarding the villa. Quiet area and close to great restaurants which, are located ON THE ISLAND!! We went to several excellent restaurants at Freshfields. Although, not a beach front property it's just a quick 4 mintue walk on the Seascape villa's path to the beach. Technically you never have to leave the Island! We absolutely loved Seacape villas and Kiawah Island. We would highly recommend Seascape for your stay at Kiawah island. *The website pictures are accurate*

TV in Living Room was not hooked up and it should have been - we couldn't figure out how to connect it.

Fantastic location- so close to the beach. Super clean, well-appointed unit! Comfortable bed, seating, and well-stocked with kitchen equipment.

The first 2 days we had trouble making the door code work. Both times, Vacasa staff was able to give us a new code in a fairly short amount of time. Not a huge problem, but annoying. The last 4days, no more lock problems.

We loved the condo - comfortable bed, lots of pillows, super clean, well lighted, convenient location (less than 5 min walk to the beach) quiet, private.
