Nice clean house in close proximity to beach. We loved our stay.

It was a splurge for just the two of us, but worth it. Bright, clean, simple check-in, quick responses from the property manager, and a short walk to the nearest public beach access. We cooked most meals and enjoyed the kitchen. The weather was sometimes rainy and windy and we loved it. We were often the only people on the beach. Lovely long weekend.

My wife and I have stayed at this property numerous times. We love the easy access to the beach and the convenience of having beach chairs and a wagon so we dont habe to pack our own. The owner is wonderful and quick to respond if there were concerns.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and I felt very comfortable at this house. The short walk to the beach access was perfect having two small children.

The communication was so easy with the owner. The house was so cute and perfect for our family. The view was nice and it wasn’t much of a walk to the ocean access. We had a great stay!

We have rented a lot of VRBO beach houses, and I’ve come to appreciate when hosts get it right. This place was clean, thoughtfully stocked and comfortable, quick walk to the beach access, and adorable. We loved having the outdoor shower and access to the washer/dryer/ beach gear. The home is well maintained and we had no issues. The host is so easy to work with and friendly. Absolutely would recommend this spot and hope to come back!

The week was wonderful! The rental cottage was very comfortable. (for a group of eight or just one person!) The cottage was clean and tv’s and appliances were all in good working order. During my stay, there was a need for heat and air…..both worked well. Communication with the owner/s was excellent! Overall, just a great journey and I think the cottage stay may become an annual event!

Loved our stay here. House was super clean, kitchen well equipped, made use of chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (love not having to pack those items). Lots of hooks for towels and wet suits. Enjoyed my tea and book every morning on the rocking chairs on the front porch. Host was really easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this place! Context: mom and dad with three kiddos ages 8, 5, 1 and grandfather. The house was a perfectly quaint size and really clean and seemed to be renovated recently with newly purchased kitchenware and plenty for cooking home-cooked meals, which we did every night except one. For heading to the beach, there was an awesome beach cart, lots of chairs, toys, and umbrellas as well as a wheeled cooler. With a five minute (or less) walk to the nearest public beach access, you're met with your typical beautiful NC beaches. Upon returning to the house, it's so awesome to shower off the family and sandy bathing suits in the private outdoor shower. The downstairs utility room with washer/dryer and extra toilet was also helpful. Evenings spent grilling out on the simple charcoal grill and eating on the outdoor patio furniture was also a treat and common within our week. Then having dessert sitting on the four rocking chairs on the front porch listening to the waves crashing (with of course, the every once in a while loud trucks or screaming teens in golf carts), our time here was very much worth while and we'd do it again next summer, in this same house!

To say we were impressed with our accommodations is an understatement! The beach house was clean, updated, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated being such a short walk to the beach and having access to all necessary beach supplies (beach cart, lots of fun sand toys, beach umbrellas, boogie board, beach chairs, etc.). The outdoor shower was warm and the front porch and rockers were dreamy! I’m usually one to leave constructive feedback if there’s room for improvement, but there’s none to give. Our only complaint is that our trip was far too short! We hope our travels bring us back to Ocean Isle and this sweet beach house someday.

Nice place to stay while playing golf

The Beach House had everything we needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Close access to the beach, the pier, local restaurants and a lovely front porch to relax on and listen to the ocean sounds. Definitely recommend visiting!

Super well stocked cottage, sunny and sparkling clean! Location is unbeatable so close to the beach. Loved walking to Drift coffee shop in the am. Beach is pristine, first time at OIB. Communication with owner was great. Hope to be back really soon.

This home is comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach access with ramps for easy stroller or beach cart access. Beach toys, umbrellas and chairs were provided and appreciated. Communication was easy and great with the property owners. I hope to return to this cottage again.

Loved this property. Came with my husband, our toddler (3), and our 2 best friends. The house was the perfect size for us and was clean! It’s the second row back from the beach and maybe a 5 minute walk to a public beach access. The house has beach chairs/umbrella’s/toys/etc. and even a beach cart for use which was handy. Overall we had a great stay and would come again!

Our family had a great time!! Clean property and charming. Perfect for our week. Having beach items already there made it super easy with kids!!! I would highly recommend!!
