Beautiful location and nearby Nashville

Extreme cold weather dampened our experience considerably. This is out of the property owner’s control entirely and I understand that. However, heating was a serious issue and was taken lightly by owner. It starts with property being heated by a heat pump system which does not work well when temperatures reach zero. Emergency heat settings did not work on system. Owner had the nerve to tell me that emergency heat settings were not intended to provide extra heat when extreme conditions exist. He did provide on space heater to help. Property was fairly clean, not what I would consider acceptable. Kitchen was well equipped but very disorganized and dishes, cups, glasses, pots, and pans were obviously not very clean. Needed to wash everything we used. Check out guidelines were a little more than I expected. Wash and put away all dirty dishes. Clean countertops. Take out all trash and put in dumpster which was not close to the house. I am charged a large cleaning fee(which I find unacceptable to begin with) and then I am required to take these extra steps. Not a property I would use again nor would I recommend it.

I love the property

The home/property was terrific. Went down for a bachelor trip and was plenty room. Emily was great at getting back with me. The deck lights weren’t working, I sent them a text, and they came out to fix the very next day. I highly recommend checking this place out! It’s hard to notice in the images, but there are other cottages close to the main A frame. Be sure to ask if there are events going on when you decide to make a reservation! Not that is was a problem, but there was a lot of traffic when we stayed for the weekend.

Rented for a 7 person bachelor party and had plenty of room for everyone. View from the front of the porch was amazing. Only problem was the porch lights not working when we grilled at night. Driveway was long and bumpy but worth it to be away from everyone and have space for the group to have fun.

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party and everyone loved it. It was far enough outside Nashville where you got the peace and quiet of the country, but then a quick 20 minute drive and you are downtown Nashville. The management was great to work with and quickly responded to emails. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful setting and perfect for the family

The property is amazing. Very quiet and a great place to be with family.

The outside property was beautiful. However, we didn’t realize the wedding party was going to be so close to the cabin and the parking of wedding guest were 15 ft from the cabin’s front porch and wrapped around the cabin. Loud rap music was played all evening and I could here it through the house. We were hoping for a quiet getaway but unfortunately we didn’t get it on the first night we stayed. I would definitely check if there are any parties during your stay.

I cannot imagine a more peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days at There was constant will life to watch. I am sure we all will return someday.

The property was fantastic. The lake was beautiful and the home was everything we were expecting. I would stay here again if I were to travel to Nashville.

We absolutely loved this place, worked great for our party of 9 fully grown adults. We loved the fire pit by the cabin and spent plenty of time hanging out at the property. Very close to downtown, so we were still able to have a night out late on the town. Thank you guys for listing the place, it was awesome!

This was place was the perfect spot for our group of friends visiting Nashville. The property was better than we expected and it had a lot of wide open space

The property was very nice, there was plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep comfortably. The property offers nice views of a nearby pond and room to stretch your legs. I would absolutely come back.

Has plenty of space for everyone. Very quiet. Very Clean. Close enough to downtown Nashville. We will definitely return if we return to Nashville.

Brought a church group for close to a week. It was an excellent location, close to Nashville and easy access to a lot of natural areas. Would recommend.

We did a pre-Christmas at this cabin and met our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter along with my wife, and mother. Our daughter called it our "cabin Christmas". It has great character and was tucked back from the road so we saw a lot of wildlife including the usual squirrels but lots of dear and even wild turkey. The cabin is well appointed and stocked with equipment to make any gathering/getaway awesome. The owner communicated very well and answered all questions we had very promptly. I would highly recommend this property.

We had no issues with check in and really enjoyed staying there with family. Everything was clean and ready to enjoy. We would come back and stay there again

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party in August 2021 and had a blast. Grill on site was put to good use and plenty of beds for each of us. The location was far enough from Nashville to not worry about the hustle and bustle of the city life, but not so far away for us to make a quick trip to town for bachelor party shenanigans. Lisa and her crew are rockstars for prompt responses and willingness to help. Would definitely stay again.

Came in with some friends for a bachelor party. Great hideaway only 30 minutes from downtown, 15 or so from grocery and other eats. Would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful weekend trip to Nashville for my best friends bachelorette ! The cabin was great with pretty scenery! Most importantly the communication process was fantastic, every question I had received a fast response and they were so nice! We fell in love with the place ❤️

This was the first time any of us stayed at a cabin, we were there for my bday wknd, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, it had EVERYTHING you need from kitchen pots n pans, utensils, coffee needs, etc..We all slept comfortably, The Property was beautiful inside and out.. I can go on for days about our experience. Location was everything we wanted. We will for sure be back..
