I would have gladly given it a five star which it really is except for the parking situation, that being said I would still rent this property again.

Condo was immaculate and well stocked and furnished with everything one could want. New and very comfortable sofa and recliner! Bed mattresses were wonderful and location was right across street from beach and short walks to restaurants/bars.

Great condo! Right across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to anything you could want. The beds were very comfortable, very clean condo, all the amenities we needed. The back deck was perfect to sun bathe- lots of privacy as the building next door wasn't being worked on that much. We went to Keegans, Salt Rock Grill, Groupers and Beach Waves Grill - highly recommend all these. We didn't do our research beforehand but most beaches don't allow dogs! We were able to drive to Fort de Soto, North Clearwater and another close ish dog beach to let them have some fun. My fault for not looking first but lots of neighborhood to walk the dogs and a little dog park nearby.

Was very nice very clean comfortable but one day before it was time for us to leave there was plumbing issues toilet water was coming up the shower, notified host then other issues came across I notified I was bringing my dog because they clearly said pet friendly, but was not aware of a $100 charge so I had to leave a day before my stay

This is our second time visiting Indian Rocks, the main selling point was access to the beach. Super close, the rental had everything we needed.

The unit was clean, very user friendly with instructions with instructions on electronics and kitchen. Very comfortable and private. We were warned of construction, which was not an issue. The only lacking was green space for dog. The town is pet friendly and does have a dog park 3 blocks away, but not close enough to quickly “ take the do out”

The condo is very nice and has been updated beautifully. They thought of everything you will need for a relaxing beach get away. My only 2 pieces of feedback would be the construction next door waking us up at 7:30am everyday during the week so that did interrupt our sleeping in, but of course not the end of the world. The other item is the couch and chair are not comfortable for sitting or sleeping as it is a pull out couch. My kids like to have there own space and my 12 year old had a sore back after sleeping there a few nights. We try to make it better but the couch is just not comfortable overall. Even sitting on it was not comfortable. I found myself watching tv from the bedroom instead. Although it would not stop us from renting this one again it was truly clean and beautiful and has all the amenities a family would need for a great vacation! The owners where above and beyond nice and made the entire experience stress free. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Indian Rock!! The property was right across from the beach, very clean, had everything you could want while away and Beth was amazing to work with. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This place is great. It is small but it is so well laid out it doesn't feel small at all. It is nicely decorated, Super clean and well stocked. It right across from the beautiful Indian Rocks beach. We would stay again.

The property was perfectly situated within walking distance to Kooky Coconut and several other restaurants so we treated ourselves to ice cream twice and Guppy's twice. Yummy!!! The bed was super comfortable and it has a great little private patio. It was clean and had everything that we needed.

Over-the-top clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Loved walking the neighborhood and the nature preserve was steps away. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was as described and pictures. Plenty of space for two couples (my parents) and a pooch. The outside area was perfect for casual dining on Thanksgiving- and the kitchen was equipped nicely with a variety of cooking utensils, dishes etc. Very quiet location with easy access to beach, dining etc. The perfect holiday get away.

This property is exactly as shown on listing. Very clean & comfortable unit! Shannon was very accommodating & welcoming! When in the area we will definitely be staying again!

Perfect for two couples. Kitchen well equipped. Nice furnishings and bedding, two king-size beds, mattresses extremely comfortable. Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Alexa all top notch. High-end appliances. Bach patio enjoyable , peaceful and very nicely furnished. Beautifully lit at night. Gas grill, large beverage cooler as well. Easy arrival and departure. Lots of heart and soul evident by owners in this rental for tenants enjoyment. Location the best! Quiet but near everything! Short short walk to the beautiful white beaches, chairs are on hand for use at the beach. Publix nearby for shopping. Would most definitely stay next time we are in the area thank you so much Beth ❤️

This condo was a 2 minute walk to beach and included beach chairs. It was clean, quiet, and served all our needs. Beds were comfortable and Beth was a delight to work with. Definately recommend!!!

This was an easy stay. Easy access across the street to the beach as well as close to grocery, a lovely French bistro and other amenities. For the price it was a good space, very economical. But I do think its getting a little shabby but not so chic, with the couch springs making it uncomfortable, the chair "patches" falling off and the headboards looking a bit rough. However the back deck was lovely. Overall, it was well managed and easy.

Our trip was all about WFH and getting away from snow. The wifi is awesome, no connectivity issues. The space is cozy. You're right on Gulf Drive, so it can be a little noisy. One block walk to the beach was wonderful. The owner provides everything you need to prepare meals and hit the beach. Beds are comfy. All was good!!

We've been fortunate to stay at this property twice now and both times it was fantastic in every way. The property owner (Beth) is super nice, extremely organized, responsive and a great communicator. Her property is spotless, tastefully decorated, comfortable and quiet. The property is exactly as described, the photos are accurate, and the property includes all the listed amenities. The location is a 3 min walk to the beach and multiple restaurants/eateries. This property is exactly what a 5-star rental should look and feel like, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hosts made everything so easy. All of the appliances/ tv’s were top notch.

Just want to say THANKS to Beth, what a beautiful hidden gem u have in this apartment. Everything was perfect from the time we walked in to the time we left. Everything you need is in this apartment. Beds/pillow super comfortable, I did not even miss my sleep number bed while I was there ji ji :). Super clean, love the decor and the beach right across was a bonus. As well as the doggie park. B-B-Q area out back great. I would only recc. a little bit more light back there since is so nice to stay out later there. Highly recomend this place to anyone, and will definetly be coming back. Beth was amazing, she thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay superb; from all the start up cleaners, paper products and the like, to a spotless and up to date unit across from the beach. Wonderful rental, owners were amazing and prompt in all communications. The rental is in the perfect location to enjoy beach going. Just a short drive to clear water and other activities near by. Pet friendly. Looking forward to our next trip.
