I cannot say enough fabulous things about our family trip. This home was perfectly located and chock full of cooking supplies for our 3 dinners in. Julie was very approachable, always replied to questions promptly, and her home was great for my 6 family members- Two 50 year old couples and our 80 year old parents. Julie suggested delicious restaurants and day trips from Ketchum. It was ALL TOP KNOTCH. The back patio was our main living and hang out area ooooh The views of Baldy and colorful hanging baskets were so special. We hope to come back!!!

Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our stay and found the house accommodated our group quite well. Location is great. Easy to get to dollar, sun valley and town, our most common stops.

The house was ideal in every way...minutes from town and the mountain and had all the comforts of home (Sonos, nice china, crystal glasses, comfortable furniture, etc.) The layout was absolutely perfect for our family composition...the two master suites were equally lovely. Highly recommend!

The house fit our needs perfectly for our Christmas getaway with the grandchildren. It was extremely clean, fully equipped and provided a relaxed, beautiful setting for our family. Julie could not have been more helpful prior to arrival, during our stay and continues even after our departure. Since we were going to be away from home for the first time at Christmas it was important to me that it was as festive as possible. My request for getting a Christmas tree for the kids prior to my arrival was met with enthusiasm and exceeded my expectations. She allowed us to send our suitcases and packages ahead of arrival and assisted in arranging to have someone come in to unpack and organize so that we were able to immediately begin enjoying our house for the holidays. Any request was met and fulfilled. The ability to be able to cook and eat at home when we wanted was a benefit that offered flexibility and relaxation to our schedule that we would not have had at a traditional hotel rental. We were able to host a beautiful family Christmas Eve dinner in a relaxed, comfortable setting that will provide special memories for years to come. Julie, the house, and the beautiful setting made for a wonderful Christmas vacation and I could not be more appreciative and thankful. I highly recommend this house and owner.

We used the house for a guys mountain biking trip. Could ride from the house to great trails. The house is right on a golf course so we enjoyed a round of golf. Also a short ride into town to many cool restaurants.

While the home looked great upon entry, the passing of time revealed many flaws. The second floor had NO AC and the house would never really cool down even with the shades down 24/7 and opening the windows up in the evening. Temps in July/August get into the 90s and 50s at night. The house was also dirty with dog hair everywhere and appliances 20+ years old - dirty fridge too. When asked to the owner for a discount she knocked off 7%. We thought we should receive more (maybe an entire night - 20%) because 3 of the 4 rooms are on the 2nd floor and those guest really could not sleep in the high temperature. Also, when we complained to owner she said we just wanted to get a free night and that we complained on our 2nd to last day (5 night stay) and because of that we didn't deserve more of a discount. The home is in a very good location but the home is not of quality of the other homes in the neighborhood, I would not recommend this home because the price does not match the quality.

We booked this home over the Eclipse weekend and all not only had a wonderful time, but we were completely comfortable in this home. The owner was very accommodating and made all elements of the trip in and out effortless. I highly recommend this property. Kevin Manhattan Beach

I'm extremely critical and would not be happy with a typical second home rental no matter how nice. This home was well beyond our expectations. Two master suits make it perfect for a 2 family rental. The furniture and decor was clearly influenced by an interior decorator's touch. The home was comfortable and stylish at the same time. The owner was extremely accommodating. We loved it!
