As always it’s a great stay here. We love this condo

Overall great location and easy access to all activities and venues. Very nice amenities! Time to replace mattresses thought. They dipped in the middle. The drive up check in was quick and easy especially with unloading luggage. However the keys worked once then didn’t work again. I would recommend

We had a great week stay in this unit- it was nice and spacious- amazing views of the mountains and close to the mountain activities and pool. We would probably stay here again if it's available next time we visit the area.

We had a great time, the resort is great for a family ski trip. Condo met all of our needs. Could have been cleaner when we arrived.

We have stayed in this unit several times and it never disappoints. The view of the needles mountain range is second to none and the amenities are always first class. There is a reason we keep coming back to this unit. This is the perfect spot for a lovely vacation.

Wonderful location! Having Mountain View’s at corner of building with the fireplace in the middle was perfect. Watching the changing weather and light on the mountains was so enjoyable

This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. The location and proximity to skiing was perfect. The owner was very responsive with a question and the lodge staff was wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. The furnishings were beautiful and there was so much space for our whole family. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was nothing we needed. To help others with planning I will comment on parking. It was extremely tight in the garage. It is a narrow tandem space that will only hold one larger vehicle like a pickup or suv. The overflow parking was not too far and the lodge staff was very helpful in directing us. This didn’t detract from our enjoyment one bit and this was one of our best vacations in a long time. We would love to return in the future!

Great place to bring the fam. Easy access to skiing, indoor parking, club access. Owner was great w/communication & concern about our stay being as good as possible. Would def book again.

Our stay was great! Family got together from Phoenix, Denver and Grand Junction. The condo had plenty of space for all of us. It sometimes is difficult to find house for 3 couples plus few extra. Jason’s place was perfect. Hopefully we can make this a yearly event!

Great location to the slopes and resort amenities. Spacious and accommodated everyone in our group. Host was very responsive and kind. Be sure to bring toilet paper because there is a limited amount even though listing does not stipulate to bring more outside of 2 rolls per bathroom. We cooked every meal but did not have any food storage options(Tupperware) for leftovers. While this is a great location and very spacious, the king beds are very worn down and have big impressions in them which make it hard to get comfortable and sleep well. When we arrived, there were past guest’s supplies left in the fridge, one tv had been damaged prior to our stay, lights out and flickering in fridge and microwave, and dishwasher did not really clean the dishes. There was a white film on all the dishes and they had to be washed prior to using. Again, we had a wonderful time and it is a great location for a family ski trip, just a few considerations would have made it even better!

The owners were very helpful and the property is comfortable for a couple families. Plenty of equipment for cooking in the condo. Definitely will stay here again.

Nice location, friendly staff and other guests. Was a nice perk to have access to the Durango Mountain Club.

This was our first time taking our kids skiing/snowboarding. They had a blast. The location is perfect, and the condo was a treat for all. We had access to the pool, private club, and game room. Jason was very easy to reach and very accommodating. I would definitely book this location again!

Beautiful condo and accommodated all our family comfortably. Beautiful views, easy walking in the plaza. The drive to silver ton was amazing and shorter from this location.. We will be back again!

Only complaint was poor response from property manager for minor repairs…lights not working was biggest issue.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Cons are how far it is from the nearest grocery store/town. Parking is terrible - we have a suburban and had to squeeze into the second spot immediately after garage opened. Kids had to climb through the car to get out because we couldn’t open one door, which isn’t great when you’re muddy or wet from excursions. Purgatory shops/food is outrageously expensive. We loved the amenities of Purgatory. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed for relaxation.

The property was nice, though not cleaned as it should have been. Dishwasher does not get dishes clean.

Five old men, on a fly fishing trip to the Rocky Mountains had a great time. This spacious and comfortable condo was well supplied with all we needed. The location, in the San Juan Range of the Rocky Mountains, is beautiful.

Our group stayed at this property for almost a week. It truly is an amazing property! The location is THE BEST! You are literally just steps away from the slopes, rentals, restaurants! The property itself is beautifully appointed and has all you need as far as creature comforts from home. We were all beyond pleased with our stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning again soon!

My family - 6 adults, 5 toddlers and one infant had a fabulous stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is amazing and allowed us easy access to the slopes and the ability to eat lunch altogether back at the condo each day. We will definitely stay again.

This property is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We have already booked for next years ski trip!! It is truly ski n and ski out! Clean! Amazing amenities! Maybe I can win the lotto so I can just buy it!
