The location was great, the house was extremely well maintained, and it is obvious that the owners take a lot of care to keep it well decorated and stocked with lots of little extras to make the say nicer. Everything was well organized and helpful to find, use, and enjoy. The house is just a short walk to the beach, town center, and pool. We look forward to staying here again.

Quality throughout the house and located close to the West pool and everything else. Kids loved the outdoor shower and the top floor "storm room" where we were able to witness some beautiful lightning / thunder storms. Great cottage and we would certainly stay here again.

Easy access to playground, pools and short walk to beach (was much closer than we thought). Loved having a couple bikes, toiletries and hair dryers, washer/dryer all came in handy. Would definitely stay here again! Perfect for 2 families with overflow to the pullout couches.

Our family loved this property and will be back. It works well for a family with teens or adult kids that can share a room. If it’s your first time visiting Seaside here are a few tips: - Book your beach set up with cabana man as soon as you book your house; West Ruskin entrance - Book your extra bikes are the same time; it’s the only means of transportation you will need (which we loved!!) - Use the concierge service to have a grocery delivery waiting for you (make sure you get the basics like oil, salt and pepper too). This was awesome! - You do not need a car here if you decide to fly. Book the transportation service out of Pensacola. - Bring beach towels and a small cooler This is the best family vacation we have taken! Beautiful water and some great food all within biking distance!

The property was amazing! Everything in the kitchen is labeled so it goes back in the right place after use! My OCD loved this! The washer and dryer upstairs was also very convenient and a plus. Our upstairs A/c went out and it was fixed before early evening! Great time! �� Perfect weather! Perfect vacation!

Enjoyed our stay at cherry on top. Great location. Well organized kitchen, although small, it was adequate for vacation meals. Very nice outdoor spaces. Was bummed there was no bathtub and the master shares a bathroom with the other rooms. Showers for little ones is a bit difficult. Needs more towels for the number of people allowed to stay. My husband and I were constantly sharing a towel despite washing every day. Make sure you take advantage of volleyball and park with the kids. They keep balls at the park for people to use. One of our favorite parts about Seaside.

Cherry on Top is maybe a 10-minute walk to the beach, 7 minutes from Seaside town center. The place is unremarkable, nice but a bit worn, really. Very odd floorplan on the 2nd floor with two large bedrooms including the master but only one shared bathroom (what is that about?). Amenities are limited (soap, toilet paper, et cetera), and the place is not particularly good value for the price we paid ($6,000+ for 4th of July week).

Had the best time! Lovely home with amazing porches and a great tower view!

Beautiful house, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, comfortable, all the creature comforts of home and more! Greeted within 3 minutes of our arrival by helpful and professional staff member bearing beach bag filled with towels and wine. Can't wait to return!!
