There was 15 in house. Kids loved that they had their part of house. Loved the hot tub. Good parking. Thanks for letting us sgare home...

Just a couple of things… The code that was sent to me for removing the trash and placing it in the dumpster was incorrect. Thankfully, we saw an employee there who gave us the correct code after we stood in 20 mph winds trying to use 1492. This needs to be updated on any future emails sent to guests. Also, the listing is appropriate that there are three bathrooms. It would be very nice, though, if someone could look into making the third bathroom into a shower combination. The house needs a good scrubbing. Very dusty. Also, we tried to make coffee the first day and a roach came out of the coffee maker. ☹️

We visited with multiple people and their children. This cabin accommodated us perfectly, was in a great location, with a convenience store nearby, and was about a half hour from Yellowstone.

The house was nice. We couldn’t really get the tv to work. We requested an opportunity to come a day early and I got the impression that the property manager just didn’t want to mess with us and we were denied. In all fairness it short notice. The directions about what to do with the trash were unclear. We were told to take it to the clubhouse but we didn’t know where the clubhouse was.

We loved this cabin. Very clean, located in a great area. Close to Yellowstone. The kids had fun in the game room and we all loved the hot tub. I do wish the beds on the main floor were bigger, hard for 2 adults to sleep in them when you are used to a king bed. The room that does have a king bed also opens up to the main floor living area from the loft and is only separated by a curtain. So we could hear the baby crying and the noise downstairs was keeping the couple in that room awake. We also had pretty close neighbors that played music late into the night and started up again early in the morning. This really spoiled the atmosphere of a quiet mountain morning. But overall, would stay there again for sure.

Overall the property was great for our group. We used it as a central location for our time in the area. The kitchen and grill worked well for cooking meals for our large group. Would recommend for anyone interested in the many activities the area has to offer.

We loved this cabin. One of the best stocked kitchens, clean and beautiful. There were so many fun activities at the cabin for kids. We loved our stay!

I like the property and location in relation to West Yellowstone, the listing could clarify that although it is a cabin, it’s also a house in a neighborhood, not so much a cabin in the woods

Beautiful cabin in great location! Close to fishing in Island Park and Yellowstone. Lots of room for a large group! Many extras like fire pit, hot tub, ping pong, games, etc. to keep us entertained. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect! Amazing memories were made💕

This property is in a great location to visit Yellowstone and Tetons. Everything that you need to be comfortable and entertained. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, sitting on the back porch, all of the games, horseshoes, and the living area. Great host!

Some small things but overall great property.

Nice spacious house with plenty of places for each of us to chill and read or play games. Only 25 minutes from West Yellowstone, so easy access to Park and to lots of restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at the cabin. We had 14 guests, ages 2-40. Cabin was very clean; kitchen pots/pans and serving utensils were functional, but are in need of replacement soon. Overall, we are very happy with the cabin and would recommend to others.

Our family stayed at this property the last week of July - 2 adults and triplets in middle school. There were pros and cons. Pros: Island Park is an easy enough drive into Yellowstone and it's just off 20. The games in the garage were good for the kids (foos ball and ping pong). The kitchen had everything we needed and the upstairs is massive. Cons: There is no AC - which I realize is usually not a big deal but in the peak of the summer with highs approaching 90, we got back after a day in the park to a house that was 80 degrees. The yard was much smaller than pictured (the picture shows their neighbor's golf course) and not well kept (dirt and weeds). There is no basic cable and when I texted to find out how to possibly get news I was told it was Roku - but nothing worked on the living room tv but Netflix. The quiet hours are EIGHT PM TO 9 AM! That is 13 hours and also the only time we were ever at the house. It was just our family but I was petrified about them playing the games (with open doors bc it was so hot) and getting fined (the threat) for them making sounds. You also have to load all the trash and take it to an offsite dumpster. The house was fine but all the rules and work affiliated with it gave a negative vibe.

Great house and great for our family of 13.

This house was very clean and larger than excepted. It is in a neighborhood and has a golf course in the back yard. From the photos I was expecting something more isolated. Perfect for a large family with many beds. The only drawback is that there are only two showers. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Location was great with access to snowmobile trails. Parking at the house was not the best. We got word 3 days before our arrival that only 2 cars could be parked onsite. There was a pay lot down the road. This lack of parking spaces should be listed in the property description. We might have chosen another property with better parking options. House was clean and adequate. A little on the small side for our party of 10. Living room is quite small. Bedrooms were fine, beds could be replaced soon. Main bathroom off living room and bedroom only has a tub. We had to shower in a bathroom used by another bedroom and guests. No access to garage from the house. You have to go outside to enter the garage. There was a terrible ice problem at the entrance. Roof all drained to the garage corner and sidewalk. Ice was over 1 foot tall and slanted Owners have tried to limit the ice by placing sheets of plywood over one garage door and next to the garage entrance. I am surprised no one in our group took a spill. When the driveway had cars parked in it, you are forced to climb on the ice and it is an emergency room visit waiting to happen. This is caused by the design of the roof. Only fix would be daily removal of the ice buildup. The house was fine and mostly suited our needs. Next visit we will try another house with better parking accommodations for snowmobile trailers.

Cabin was great! My only comment is it is the first vacation home I have stayed in where there was not a crock pot or blender. If you’re staying here plan around that or bring your own.

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room and everything was very clean. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Couple of minor complaints. The 2nd bathroom on the main floor does not have a shower head which was inconvenient. There is no access to the garage from inside the house so using the game room & hot tub is also inconvenient. The weather was good while we were there so it was ok, but if it had been cold it would be miserable. It is a good 35 minutes to the West Entrance of YNP and traffic can be a bear in the mornings so plan accordingly- it took us 2 hours to get into the park from the house when we left at 9am - drove right in when we left the house at 5am though.

We stayed here for our Yellowstone vacation. The 30-minute drive to the park was easy and convenient. Lots of room to sleep. The living room and dining room were a bit small for our group of 11. The bathrooms were small, too. Many of the houses in the area are rentals so there is a lot of activity. Quiet time was not enforced, but we only had one night out of six where the neighbors were loud late into the night. The lawn could use some upkeep and the railing on the outside balcony was wiggly and unsafe. We enjoyed are stay and visiting Yellowstone Park.

We had 8 people in the house and had extra beds. The house is only 35 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance. Hot tub was a nice touch. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would stay again.

It was a nice stay

The cabin is really nice, decor is great. Lots of bedrooms. Hot tub was perfect. Almost everything needed was supplied (ice maker was turned off/did not work when turned back on). Easy and quick to get in touch with property manager. The beds ranged in age from 1993 to 2007, thus the soft and uncomfortable sleep. Very hot upstairs even with ceiling fan and box fan. Given that there are lots of choices of cabins in the area, I would choose to go elsewhere because of the beds and unbearable heat upstairs. Too bad, it really is a nice cabin.

We enjoyed our stay here there’s plenty of space for people to play games read watch television the kitchen was just big enough. Overall it was just what we needed.

Great property. Perfect size for our group. Enjoyed the extras of the spa and pool table. Check in process was seamless and great communication with rental company and on-site caretaker. The only challenge we had was with the dishwasher, it wasn’t secured so you have to be extra careful with it. Also we had issues with getting it to run. Would definitely go back. Beautiful countryside and convenient to West Yellowstone.

It was the perfect amount of space for us and a great location. The dishwasher wasn’t attached and so it wouldn’t work and it wasn’t as clean as others I’ve been in but the manager was easy to reach and fairly quick to respond.

It was awesome, first time in that area and going to Yellowstone. My family loved it as well.

The home itself is lovely and a very enjoyable space. The management of the property is much less enjoyable. After booking the rental, we received an email stating the price per night was not accurate and asked us to pay the difference or our booking would be canceled. Before even arriving we were receiving several texts and emails about the check-out process. The check-out/cleaning process is a lengthy list compared to other vacation rentals we have stayed at. This made our short stay even less relaxing and enjoyable as we were already thinking about check-out. I would not stay here again because of this, which is a shame because the space is quite nice. There was also a video camera by the front door.

Great stay. From Texas, so looked forward to waking up to coffee and a fireplace. Was disappointed it did not work. Also, don’t use hot tub much down here and would have used it, but no instructions so were afraid to. Front bedroom only had one little lamp that worked. It could have used some wine glasses also. Other than that, great house in good location.
