Perfect property for two families. The pool and outdoor spa were great, and there was ample beach equipment, towels, etc which made it super convenient. Lisa is wonderful to work with. It was a great vacation all around and highly recommend this property!

This property was in an ideal location for day trips to all the great locations! Minutes from Avalon beach. Pool was incredible. Property manager was so informative. Would stay here again!

The house did not disappoint! So well stocked with the simple things like plates, utensils, pots/pans, etc.(I have stayed in many that have the bare minimum). House was comfortable, larger than appears from outside, so much room for everyone. The house was very clean and the linen service quality was great. The hot water/showers were so nice, we were all able to get ready without worrying about the water getting hot. Games galore. The pool and spa were fantastic. Spent the entire day lounging and relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating and grill.

House was amazing. Very clean and well stocked. Pool and spa were fabulous. Only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the busy road and lack of privacy of backyard.

Loved the house, lication and cleanliness of all. Everything you could need was supplied. Only issue was lack of handrails, especially near and into pool proved problematic for cane-using guest.

Great location in a very comfortable house. Owner was very responsive when we noted a problem with one of the TVs. Avalon/Stone Harbor is a lovely area

This property was absolutely terrific! I believed all the previous reviews & booked it. What really sold me was the photo of the pool and hot tub. We were three couples and having three bathrooms was very convenient. Only downsides? - my husband uses a cane & there is a step from the entry to the living area & no grab bars in shower.

We absolutely loved this property. The house was very clean and updated. Our 3 year old daughter loved the pool and spa. The location is perfect. So close to Avalon , Sea Isle , Cape May. We were able to explore all around. We will definitely be booking again. Lisa was very accommodating. So sad to leave Thanks. Again

Accommodated 7 adults very comfortably. The grill allowed for a family meal without the restaurant wait. The adult kids (under 30) enjoyed the hot tub and pool toys. Comfortable outdoor seating around the fire pit was nice and relaxing. An easy less than 5 minute drive to the ocean.

House is great and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. House was clean and linen service was nice to have as an option. Pool was great for afternoon swims after the beach. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars :)

MY MOM'S 70TH BIRTHDAY
THE SUMMER HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE FURNITURE FIT IN SO WELL WITH THE PLACE
IT HAD A LOT OF SPACE SO MY COUSINS CAME FOR MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY FRIDAY TO SUNDAY
THE POOL IS AWESOME AND REFRESHING ALONG WITH THE WATERFALL
AND THE HOT TUB WAS FUN ONCE YOU GOT THE JETS MOVING
THERE WAS ALSO A LOT OF DECK SPACE AND SPACE AROUND THE POOL SO WE COULD SOAK IN SOME SUN
WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME AND I CAN SAY YOU WILL TOO
I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS VACATION RENTAL

Heated pool + hot tub!
We came here with our two kids and family friends. The house has everything you need. Best part was def the pool, deck and hot tub. We spent all day there. Kitchen is very well stocked. There's a grill on the deck. We didn't need to go out to eat at all. Beds and pillows were super comfy, showers were great. Owner was very responsive. Place was immaculate. Great experience overall. Heads up to other guests: don't forget your bug spray ! The outdoor area has a lot of little "no see ums" that bite just like mosquitos. It's the beginning of summer so insects are out, understandably. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful Property
When we arrived we were in awe with how beautiful the property is. It was clean and had plenty of parking. There were plenty of fresh linens and towels available for our use. For our first night, we planned for a night time pool party as the property lists there are pool lights. Unfortunately the pool lights were not operable. When I messaged the owner about this issue they responded that they stopped working last week, which I was not informed of. Also, the fire pit was not operable so a lot of the things I purchased for the pool and the fire pit went to waste. The property owners never followed up or made any attempt to remedy this issue when I let them know that this was an issue for us.

Fantastic find!
We were blown away with the beauty of this property and all the things Lisa provided to guests. The Acme market was super convenient too! We had great weather and enjoyed the beach, historical museum, cape may zoo, and a short trip to wildwood boardwalk. Great location with so many things to do! Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful summer getaway
Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. The home was beautiful and everything was 100% as advertised. Lisa went above and beyond through the entire process including recommendations on boat rentals and restaurants. I highly recommend to anyone and we can’t wait to visit again.

The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The pool and spa was wonderful, we enjoyed it a lot. Beach was a short drive away. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would come back again!

Wonderful experience
We had a wondeful.stay at this house. It was beautiful, clean, and impressively decorated. Everything specified on the listing was there. It was convenient to all beach towns. Plus, the spa and the pool were amazing to have right in the backyard. We will 100% be back next summer.

Perfect getaway for a large family
Beautiful property with ample space for large families, including three full bathrooms, back yard, and a pool/hot tub. Just 3 short miles to the beach! There is a grocery store right across the street from the property for your convenience. It was a top-notch experience for us and we would go back in a heartbeat.

It was bad weather this year.
I couldn't swimm only one day.We played golf only 4 rounds.
But we could eat very good Salmon,Scallops , Shrimps and Tuna sashimi.
I 'd like to come back next year.

Wonderful Vaca
We visited Lisa's home for a kid free weekend with 2 other couples. The house is clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too! Would definitely recommend this home to other renters! Thank you for your hospitality!

This is our 2nd time staying in this lovely home
It’s hard even leaving this house, because my kids love the pool so much! When we do leave it’s close to everything. Short drive to the beautiful beaches of Avalon. We enjoy the arcade there and our favorite ice cream shop moved right next to the arcade which is perfect! We are already booking for next year!

Beautiful property, phenomenal views
We had a wonderful stay at The Holiday House. The grounds was beautifully maintained and the view of the boats going by was simply delightful. We enjoyed meals outside with the bbq, breakfast. I traveled with a baby and a toddler, and there were another baby and another toddler in our extended family -- and we had room to spread out which was nice. Lesli and Albert were very helpful, particularly setting up all of the baby stuff so we did not need to worry about anything when we checked in after our flight with two little ones. It really did confirm that when traveling with children, renting a very nice house is the way to go. My son ended up with a high fever so I didn't get to do much except stay home with him....but at least I could hang out by the veranda and watch the boats go by, which still made it nice. I would happily return to the Holiday House and recommend it to all families.

Beautiful and immaculate home! Everything was exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. The pool was wonderfully relaxing and the backyard was private. Very convenient to the surrounding areas and the grocery store is right across the street. Lisa was awesome to work with! We would definitely rent this home again!

Clean, beautifully decorated & comfortable for the whole family
My family & I loved staying here. We enjoyed having the pool everyday, especially with small children who can't last long at the beach. The location is perfect! It's a quick ride to the ocean & lots of restaurants. Avalon beach is very clean & beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous, Well-Appointed Home
This was our 2nd stay and we'll be back for future vacation. Lisa is a fabulous host and we enjoy all the amenities (pool, hot tub, etc.).
The Acme is very convenient and the drive to Avalon beach is a short drive. If you're interested, try Cafe Loren in Avalon for dinner (BYOB).

Just awesome
I cannot say more about how wonderful this house is! Lisa has done an amazing job and made us feel right at home while still being treated to something really special. Absolutely nothing was missing! The pool and spa were wonderful. Even the weather cooperated!

Our stay at Cape Cottage was wonderful from start to finish!
Lisa is an absolute pleasure to work with and responds quickly to all inquiries. The home is immaculate, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for the week. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location is convenient to anywhere you would want to visit in the area. We did add the linen service to our stay and am glad we did. It was waiting for us upon arrival, and not having to worry about packing bed linens and towels made preparing for the week that much easier.

Great Place!
We absolutely love this place so much, that this was our 2nd year staying here. The house is just as it is in the pictures. It is very clean and the decor is so warm and inviting. Lisa is wonderful to work with, she responds promptly to any and all questions before and during your stay. With this back yard we never even went to the beach! We did do some antique shopping (in the area) we took a ride to Sea Isle City, Wildwood and Cape May..all are a short drive away. We would recommend this rental and we will be back again.
