Very nice, clean and near activities.

This first floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in a great location in Savannah for family or friends wanting to be active while you are visiting this great city! Parking on the street was easy and very convenient. We traveled easily to Tybee Island for a day. It’s so convenient to do a quick walk to the Kroger for a Starbucks coffee or replenish breakfast items. The walk to Forsyth Park is easy and you are able to catch the free DOT bus to get around conveniently. It was a terrific way to get close to the riverfront for the weekend Craft/artisan booths. City Market area and museums were also readily accessible. Driving around the town is also pretty easy but not worrying about parking is wonderful. The host, Mary, was very responsive and helpful. So enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo.

The home is spacious, clean and comfy. We did site seeing around Savannah and it was an easy location to walk from and/or drive when needed. Those in the front room should expect to hear loud traffic from the road during the night.

We could walk to everything. The condo was cute and plenty of room. Bonus for us was that it had back patio area that could be securely locked which provided us a place to keep our e-bikes when not in use. We rented two units with two couples in each of them and this worked really well! Would definitely stay here again

My family stayed at this and the upstairs property for a family reunion and had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and conveniently located. We were fortunate enough to be in Savannah during their JazzFest most of which took place in Forsyth Park, just a few blocks from where we stayed. Beautiful city and a wonderful experience. Wonderful old building! Well updated and maintained! Love how walkable the area is. We walked all over every day! Myself,wife and kids (who are adults and married) all had a wonderful time!

Clean apt. Comfortable beds & furniture. Nice neighborhood & felt safe taking a walk around. Easy walk to Kroger & sweet little coffee house nearby. Perfectly located to all local Savannah attractions, everything located less than 2miles away. You will need cooking/kitchen basics like coffee/filters, sugar, spices, cooking oil. Easy check-in/check-out process. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house was as advertised. Very welcoming for our group. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We brought lawn chairs to sit out back. Walkable to parks and restaurants. The check in/out process was easy. We would stay again if we visit Savanna.

Great property for a long weekend stay. We were very comfortable and also enjoyed learning about the history and restoration of the home.

Stay was all in all good. Main bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, toulet was dirty on outside - looked like vomit and no toilet paper on holder upon arrivial. Found 3 hairballs down the hallway and bedroom entrances.

Perfect place for my family as we attended the Sidewalk Art Festival in Savannah. This property is actually is actually directly across the street from an apartment that I lived in 20 years ago as a SCAD student! I love that we were walking distance to the park and grocery store.

6 adults staying did for St Patrick’s Day weekend. Good location, transportation was easy to get to but we walked every day. Would stay here again.

This property was in close proximity to Forsyth Park for morning walks. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy even with 2 vehicles. Easy check in process. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historic property. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It was clean, well maintained and stocked. Quiet neighborhood close to Kroger's and historical sights, walk to bars and restaurants. Parked right out front every day, no problem. Highly recommend staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and the owner was available when needed. It was a little further from River St than we anticipated but not bad. Our only complaint was the tiny size of the living room; it barely fit three people to sit down.

The proximity to Forsyth Park, river district and the surrounding area were all perks that made our stay special.

This location was perfect for my friends and I. Location was a short ride to River Street and walking distance to everything else. The property is well-kept and accurate to the details. Worth the stay!

Townhome had everything we needed for 2 couples. Check in process was super easy, parking was right out front, and it was less than a mile to River street. Amazing experience for all of us, would highly recommend
