It was a fabulous townhouse. All the amenities were there and we did not need anything else. Perfect location to get to Vail or to Avon. Lovely spot.

I debated where to stay, and I’m so happy we booked this property. It couldn’t have been better. Part of the trip was for skiing and the other for relaxing and spending time together. Stevenson’s townhouse provided the perfect location to make memories. It was roomy, very clean and had a homey feel, especially with the gas fireplace. And it snowed most of the time we were there, so the garage was an extra bonus. Stevenson was a great communicator with house codes, directions, etc, and he sent us a message during our stay to make sure it was going well. It was an excellent experience!

Our stay at this town home in Minturn, Co., was great! The owner was helpful and responsive. The location was great and equidistant between Vail and Beaver Creek. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. The kitchen was fully stocked. The gas fireplace was great and easy to use. I would highly recommend this place.

Property was great; had some issues getting access initially, but this was resolved within a reasonable amount of time in a very professional manner. Can't guarantee there will never be a problem, so having a host that deals with and addresses those problems quickly and appropriately is all you can ask for.

Would highly recommend staying here! We had 10 friends staying here for an extended ski weekend, and it worked out so well. The bedrooms are very comfy and the place had plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the long wooden table in the dining room fit the whole crew. It's really nice having the bedrooms on separate floors from the main living area for privacy. And the location was great - easy walk to downtown Minturn, catching I-70 to Vail or Beaver Creek, or even heading south to Leadville for a day. I can't wait to return to this special place, and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Overall, the townhouse was a great place to stay. The description is quite accurate. Upon arrival it seems to be cleaning. Crew did not get the memo and the unit was not cleaned from the previous guest. I contacted the owner/ manager immediately. He got back in touch with me within 5 minutes. He got in touch with the cleaning company and rectified the situation quickly. The owner was very apologetic, and surprised that the situation even occurred. The next time in Vail, I hope this unit will still be available for rental , because we would want to stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in 2022 that we booked it again in 2023. It is clean, super well provisioned, and convenient to friends in Minturn and the Vail ski area. And we were allowed to have our dog with us. I give it an A+

We put 7 adults into the townhouse comfortably. The multiple bathrooms were amazing. Friendly neighbors. Great town.
Minor hiccups: sink disposal was seized, and we were never able to get on to the WiFi.

Fantastic townhouse in charming Minturn
We enjoyed our long-term stay of 5 weeks again this year - the townhouse is perfectly appointed, located in charming Minturn with a local vibe and lots of great places to eat and drink, and only minutes to both Vail and Beaver Creek. The host, Stevenson, is prompt and attentive, and made sure we had everything we need. Highligh recommended.

Nice condo for a nice stay in Minturn
This condo is clean, warm, lots of space for a family, cozy beds and easy walk to town with lots of restaurant choices nearby. It was also a quick 15 minute drive to Vail or Avon - making it cheaper to stay here than in those villages. It’s also dog-friendly and quiet at night. The owner is accessible and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

We are from Denver and stayed here for a ski trip. Location was great, 10 minutes from vail and Beaver creek. Quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of vail village but walking distance from a few restaurants in Minturn. I was not familiar with this little town prior to staying here but would definitely stay in the area again! The home was cozy and plenty of room in the home without feeling crammed. The beds were comfy ! The only issue we had was related to a noise complaint as this is a town home with a residence attached to both sides and the neighbor could hear the sound bar from the tv when we were watching a movie. The neighbor and host were understanding and friendly. I would recommend staying here!

Cozy mountain home

Lovely and clean 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome in Minturn, steps from downtown. Great location with views. Father/daughter weekend with 2 dogs. Very comfortable and safe. Nice neighbors. This townhouse was SUPER CLEAN and wonderful for our family! Everyone had their own space and it is laid out well. The kitchen was very well stocked, perhaps from previous guests buying and leaving some things. We had a wonderful stay! Minturn is delightful town with lots of great restaurants! Only minutes from the ski slopes in Vail. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice and well equipped. It was clean and had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 4 bunk beds in one of them. We especially liked the fact that the condo is very close to town with the restaurants all in easy walking distance.

Summer Getaway
Great time spent with family and friends. Went rafting down the Colorado River, hiking up to the lion head and walking through town with our dogs. Very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay in Minturn
We loved this rental property! It was the perfect location for our group to be able to ski both Vail and Beaver Creek. We loved walking to downtown Minturn in the evenings and escaping the Vail crowds for a more local experience. We will definitely be back!

Owner was easy to get a hold of. The place was clean and comfortable. we used it more as a hotel than a house so I cant tell you about the cooking utensils and such. Great place really cozy and close to town.

Nice house in nice little town
We rented this property for ski vacation with 2 families. The house is spacious and nicely laid out. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Plenty of blankets, comforters to keep warm in the winter. Some of the appliances are bit dated but functional. Very nice overall.
Location is nice as well. Close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Not far from stores but away from the crowds. Good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Ski Vacation 2019
Our group of 4 Adults and 1 teenager had a great time at the Mountain Air townhome. Minturn’s central location allowed us to ski Beaver Creek, Vai,l and even Breck without getting too far from home base. It was nice to come home to the relaxing living room. We made breakfast and dinner daily, the kitchen has all the basics needed to prepare meals. We could have easily walked to town to eat as well. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are updated, plenty of towels. The house was sparkling clean, and there is ample parking available. Thanks for hosting us Stevenson!

Three level condo with plenty of room for group of 9. We had 5 adults and big kids. Bunk bed room was great for the boys. It was a great location. We had dinner right in Minturn and was an easy drive to Beaver Creek and Vail. Would stay here again. Thank you!
