We had a perfect stay, with this great property. Exactly as described, and the location is incredibly convention to both the mountain (2 block walk to gondola) and 2 block walk to Main Street/downtown for shopping & restaurants.
Management company was great to work with as well. Excellent communication throughout the process.!

This is a perfect location for a ski trip. Right in town with access to food / shops, along the Breck bus route that takes you to Peak 7 / 8, and has ski-in access through the 4 O’Clock run.
Pleasant to work with the mgmt. team and place was 100% as advertised.
We hope to stay again soon!

Property manager communicated with us on time about access to the condo. They are very business oriented so be sure to know what check in and check out times are. We asked for an early check in and got it about 30 minutes early. We did not ask for any late check out, but the assumption of that was made by the property manager. The property manager truly went above and beyond however, to work with us to facilitate the return of my oxygen as I came down with acute mountain sickness. His staff got the oxygen tank from the condo and facilitated the return to the oxygen company. Grateful for that extra work on their behalf. The condo was beautiful, and spotless. There's even a washer and dryer we did not use, with a courtesy box of laundry soap (we did not use). This is the type of property manager that crosses his t's and dot's his I'd and is very professional. This is shown in the condition of the condo. It was clean, fresh smelling, perfect for us. If you want a clean place with no bugs or issues, this is the condo for you. Enjoy the snowy slopes of Breckenridge. This is the condo you want to rent. Once again, please understand the check in and check out policies and adhere to them. Your visit will go flawlessly! Please note this is an upper floor unit but easily accessible by elevator. Bring your swimsuits as there is a hot tub in the complex!

Condo was wonderful and as expected EXCEPT that upstairs neighbors were very loud… this was especially annoying from 1am -3am. There was so much stomping around and loud talking that all five staying in the condo were awakened for several hours.

The condo was on walking distance to Main Street. Easy to get to everything. My husband and I stayed here with our teenage boys, and it was great! The condo had everything we needed. I would for sure come back and stay here again!

The experience was excellent. Only concern was upstairs neighbors first 2 nights moving furniture, stomping from @ 1-3am both nights as we were sleeping. Breckinridge is beautiful, this was our second visit. We stayed at the Lodge in 2010.

We drove up for a quick birthday celebration. We wanted to be walking distance to downtown and have a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tup and pool were not available because of maintenance.

Location was great for an easy walk to Main Street. Very comfortable condo. Need a few extras like soap dishes and tongs. Bring your own foil or baggies. The rule for only car parking is maybe understandable during peak seasons, but there was plenty of room and to have to park our other car mikes away for $20 was ridiculous!!!! Need more TV instructions as well.

We loved our stay! The condo was charming and clean. We walked to dinner every night, and would ski home in the afternoons via the 4 o'clock run which stops right outside the property. The only thing I would change would be keyless entry. You have to go pick up your keys in town, which is not far, but we had a shuttle service to and from the airport instead of renting a car. The shuttle service was happy to stop to pick up the keys but would not stop to drop off the keys, so my husband had to walk to the drop box in the snow prior to our departure.

Everything was good and as shown or told. The only issue and reason we would not stay there again as it was very expensive for getting to check in at 4 and having to be out by 10. They did offer to let us check in a bit early......for more money.. No thank you.

This was an excellent place to stay in Breck! Near everything. Near downtown and the go gondola. Walking distance to everything else! Nice condo, updated and lots of space. Everything we needed and more! Ski Country resort was great to work with! I would stay again in this condo! I highly recommend this to anyone! Thank you!

Loved our stay! Super clean, lovely living area, great location. View of mountains through a small-ish window but not easily seen. The mattress in the Master bedroom was very uncomfortable for the couple that travelled with me. Mattress in the guest room was fantastic, though! Overall, a great stay. Thank you!

This unit was a great price compared to similar lodgings but is a bit dated. Master bedroom bed was not the most comfortable. Guest bedrooms were better.
Small bathrooms but i think this is more a restriction of the condo layout.
Overall good but likely would not book again.

Perfect location
We had a perfect location to everything in breck. We could easily walk to the gondola, Main Street, and even Maggie’s pond wasn’t too far. The property management company is by far the easiest group we have ever dealt with in 30 years of coming to Breck. The only slight negative is the washing machine did not drain properly so we had to do extra spin cycles, but no biggie! We would definitely stay again. Also the patio is nice and big!

Came in and parked our rental car and never got in it again until we left at the end of our stay walked everywhere! Very clean inside and out. Will recommend or stay here again!

Cleaning crew was still cleaning and the sink was stopped up. Didn't get into the unit until 5:00 pm and the sink wasn't fixed for another day. TV in master bedroom didn't work. Management came through! Hired a plumber to fix the sink, purchased a new TV for the bedroom and reimbursed us for the cleaning fee and 1/2 day's rental. Loved the unit and the location - will definitely rent Sawmill Creek 214 again!

We had a great time staying here. The location was walking distance to everything (main street, ski lifts, grocery store) we never even had to use our car. The place was stocked with tons of kitchen appliances and the fireplace was a nice touch. The only downfall of this place was the beds were very uncomfortable.

We stayed at this property for a few days during xmas 2021. Really enjoyed the property, and the fireplace really added a nice touch. The property is well equipped for short or long-term stays, and being just a short walk away from main street was a plus. Overall great experience
