We had a great stay at the PoshPadz Villa! The house was the perfect beach house. Lovely home with lots of space, steps from the beach & Atlantic Ave. Any questions we had were answered immediately by Gina. We would definitely rent again!

This was a long overdue family vacation spanning 3 generations and the house became our home in no time at all. Tastefully decorated with all the possible amenities in the perfect location.

The property is in a great location to Atlantic Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. The entire property is shaded which probably works for most times of year but we came from New England and wished for more sun on the property, although we could always walk up to the beach to get that. The house has power surges that you get used to as the lights blink regularly. It has most of what you could need but some have some indications of being worn and not kept up. We had a Tahoe and couldn't fit in the garage. The street is skinny/one way so that caused some issues...Again, ours, not theirs! Nice porches and great main floor set up. Master suite is to die for!!! We would probably return and be prepared for what we need. The property managers were great!

My family thanks both the property manager and owners for a wonderful stay. The location was just perfect. The house had everything we needed. Great to have the array of included amenities to start our getaway. We highly recommend staying at Villa Delray.

Very nice house to stay in for a week
Very nice house. Walk to beach. Pool was nice. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Would stay again without even looking at other places.

First Class all the way!
Perfect location! Across the street from the beach and only 2 blocks from bars & restaurants. The house is very large and clean. Very comfortable for a family vacation and nicely appointed with everything you need. We had a blast and will be coming back!

Elegant, upscale, upgraded luxury property
5 bedrooms with en-suite bath plus two additional full baths, two living areas, two kitchens, two sets of washer dryers, numerous private verandas. Cook a gourmet meal with equipment and staples in this kitchen. Elevator. Everything works. Impeccably clean. Walk to beach and Atlantic ave. Modest heated pool. Responsive helpful manager. A pleasure to stay at Villa Delray.

Location is primo! The property was excellent. While it has a pool, there is no sundeck but the house has enough patios to find a spot. Quiet, well appointed.... was a great place to stay.

Everything was great. The house was beautiful and immaculate. Gary, the manager, was very kind and attentive. We had minor trouble with the pool heater, but other than that our stay was perfect!!! Five stars!

Family Winter Escape
Conveniently located property in upscale Delray Beach. Set between two beach parking lots that close each night at dark. Walk to beach or shops and two playgrounds for the young children. Well equipped kitchen, nice gas grill, comfortable beds, shaded pool. Lots of beach towels. Good neighborhood for walking.

Top Vacation Rental in Delray and beyond
We came down for a covid-relief break for Thanksgiving week. The property surpassed our expectations for cleanliness, floorplan and comfort. We had 4 family members and everyone was delighted with the trip. The layout was great for our size and could have easily accommodated a couple more with plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the warm weather. The property manager was the most responsive and helpful rep we have probably ever dealt with. Each question before and during the trip was answered in short-order and completely! We would highly recommend this property and we would return on our next visit (if its available!!)

We have stayed in Delray many times, but this is our first time renting a house. The house is beautiful. Clean, wonderful decor, great location! Would definitely like to come back!!

The property was exactly what we needed for us and our extended Family. Spacious enough for everyone to get together or have privacy if wanted. We also had a 1 1/2 year old and he LOVED running around. Will definitely book here again. Thanks for everything.
