The condo was exactly as described- beautiful, well maintained, great location. We would definitely stay here again. Had some house keeping issues but that’s not the owner’s fault. Liz was great to work with.

Nice vacation rental ,wonderful owner

This was a month sabbatical to refresh, refocus and reconnect with associates, my vision team and friends. I could not have asked for a more perfect environment in which to do this. I have stayed at this condo before and always seek it out as my first option. It NEVER fails to live up to my expectations. It is well equipped, spotless. The view could not be more perfect. Liz is always receptive and easy to reach should I have a question. While I love the Orange Beach area, there are lots of condo options in the area that would allow me to access the OBA. This condo, however, is my absolute favorite. I always feel like I have arrived home when I am able to secure it.

Meet our needs

The condo is supplied with everything you will need. The owner made the check in process very easy. You are within walking distance of Flora Bama. Grocery stores and other restaurants are within a short drive.

The host, Ms. Liz, was very helpful throughout the entire process. The condo was very nice. No deviation from the on-line pictures. The views were simply gorgeous. We checked in after hours, but the security personnel was also very helpful, informative and extremely pleasant. If you're looking for a quiet place to vacation, I do recommend the Phoenix IX.

Everything about this property/condo and our stay was perfect! Perfect location convenient to so many things. The condo was very clean and the property was very well kept and maintained. We appreciated the amount of linens provided. We thought we would miss being oceanfront but the view of the bay was just as pleasant. We enjoyed our long weekend getaway with friends and will definitely stay at this condo again!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners have provided everything you could need during the stay. We enjoyed the bay view from the floor to ceiling windows. Could not hear road traffic at all when inside. The beach was easily accessible. My 80+ mother really appreciated the boardwalk to the beach. She was worried about walking in the sand but it was such a short distance, she had no trouble. We also liked that the garage is enclosed, protecting our cars from salt and elements. The owner was responsive and provided all information we needed for check in and check out. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back for sure!

This property had a large balcony with a great view of the bay. Spacious and well equipped. Had plenty of plates, glassware, baking dishes, pots and pans. Way more than just the 6 place settings most rental properties are required to have. While this unit faces the bay, which we really enjoyed, the condo building is ocean front, so you get ocean front access. Location made trips to the Flora-bama just a short walk. Great unit. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was absolutely awesome! Amazing views and very clean. When we visit Orange Beach again we will be staying in this condo.

Loved having two king suites. Well equipped with lots of amenities. Facility located close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and one block away from the famous FlorBama Bar. Only negative it was difficult to operate the tv and the Dish Remote. We were limited to just a few channels and I like watching national news. All three TV’s were messed up. I will rent this unit again and unit was just like the pictures. Great View

The owner was very responsive to our questions. We have never visited the Gulf Shores area. We hoped to find a place we could relax, but still enjoy some tourist attractions. The Orange Beach location was perfect for our group. The condo was very clean and spacious. We plan to visit again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. We were pleasantly surprised with the Bay view. We loved all of the windows and amenities. The place was not as clean as we would have expected and the couch is in desperate need of replacement. We had to place a sheet over it to feel comfortable sitting on it. Also, the bedding was clean, but if you enjoy nicer bedding I would consider packing your own sheets. Just a few lost cost items would make this a 5 star stay.

Property was nice...weather in Feb only ok!

Wasn’t sure about facing the bay, but it turned out very nice. The parking was very good, had a big time with security guard. We are looking at dates to return in the fall.

Great Condo with nice amount of room and furnishings. We were happy with everything except the view. Disappointed that the road was a major part of the view. Title of Beachfront Condo made us think we had an ocean view not a bay and road view. Traffic noise was sometimes a little loud. We would have liked to have had more than one trash bag.

I loved the property, it didn't require a long walk to get to the beach. Within walking distance to the FloraBama.

This condo was perfect for our weekend away. Had plenty of room, was very clean, the view was amazing. We really enjoyed it . The only thing I would suggest is maybe some updated, more comfy furniture in the living area. Otherwise, it was fantastic place to stay! We will be back for our next long weekend!

My boyfriend and I stayed a week here! Liz, stays in communication with you, which is why it was an easy pick! We absolutely loved the view and such a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had every single thing you’d need. It’s a good place to have anytime! Waking up when it’s sunny or rainy with the views just paid in itself! They have cable so you can enjoy football games. Again, Liz was a great hostess, can’t wait to come back!

The condo was nice as I expected. The only issue was that it smelled like a seafood restaurant dumpster

The condo was great and the location was great. the weather was also great.

The unit was great for us. Nice view of the bay...right on the beach. Security was good...felt safe. The unit had many amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. It was roomy and open. Air worked great. My only complaint is that it wasn't as clean as I thought it would be and expected. The furniture/pillows in the living room was dirty, worn and outdated. The glass tables made me anxious with young children. Overall still a great property and a great trip! I would stay here again and would hope things would be a little cleaner and maybe some new living room furniture.

This location is great for families. We especially loved all the games and toys the unit provided for us as well as the available pack n play for our little one. I would have like to see the unit a little cleaner but that is not on the property managers. They were super friendly and accommodating and we LOVED our stay.

This property was great for our family of 4! The location and beach access was amazing, we used the outdoor & kids pool a couple times. The condo was the perfect amount of space, so we didn't feel cramped and was perfectly equipped for two toddlers. The dryer ran a bit loud, but we just made sure to not run it while the kids were sleeping. We hope to return again very soon!!

Easy check in. Host is VERY responsive to any questions or concerns. Parking deck is tight but navigable. No problems, always spaces. Rental is as described. Pictures don’t really do it justice. Nice view of river (and road) from LR and BR1 from tall windows. Water temp and pressure excellent. A/c excellent. Nice tv’s. Nice drip/k-cup coffeemaker. Nice kitchen had everything we needed except sponge—not supplied due to covid. Now, to nit-pick: supplied paper goods are the cheapest. For what this place costs, Charmin and Brawny could have been supplied. You only get one roll (as indicated: “starter set”). Lots of wall switches but pretty sure 4-5 bulbs were out. No biggie but could have been taken care of by housekeeping before check in. There is a relatively small amount of road noise you may hear in the back bedroom. More good: gotta love the 7th floor indoor pool. Excellent beach access. So, near perfect. Would definitely come back.

We had the pleasure of renting unit number 1012. We found everything at the condo very comfortable, we enjoyed the use of the pools and the beach. We were blessed with great weather, and found phoenix IX so close and convenient to stores and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean and the view of the bay was great.
