This is a lovely, well-maintained and well-appointed home. And it is perfectly located with easy access south and west (shopping in Jerome!). It is south of traffic congestion coming and going through Sedona, but a pleasant walk to excellent cafes and shops.

So clean and ease of booking and all information emailed for entry and exit. Only wish Sedona Mountain View’s! Just a yard tall wall and a Juniper tree. All house accommodations were fantastic

Very nice clean house, well stocked for a comfortable stay. Convenient to Sedona, located 7 miles south of Sedona. Village of Oaks has basic restaurants, gas stations, etc. but drove into Sedona several times for shopping and Safeway for groceries. Would definitely stay there again!

Convenient location for walking to everthing we needed for a month's stay. Becky, the owner thought of everything for her guests' comfort. She responded promptly to all communications. We enjoyed the privacy of the back patio and the views from the front patio.

Great place a few minutes from the Chapel of the Holy Cross . Nice neighborhood walking distance to restaurants and grocery store.

Our family enjoyed our few days at this house. Great location south of sedona - morning runs and afternoon hikes. Made a day trip to the Grand Canyon. The house was also great!

The property would be perfect for 2 couples, may be with some children. The owner is responsive to the requests. The main problem for me was, that the bedroom next to the kitchen is actually a closet with the morene sink with nothing for your clothes, bathroom stuff.

This was a fanatic rental—plenty of room and beautiful furnishings. The indoor/outdoor space made our weekend that much more enjoyable. We would definitely rent again!

My 5 girlfriends and I were looking for a quiet but fun getaway for our 40th birthdays. We booked this adorable home in Sedona and had an absolutely wonderful experience. First of all, we arrived and stayed during the epic snowstorm of Feb 2019 where Sedona got record-breaking snow--I think over 12"! We contacted Becky beforehand with our concerns about the weather and she was very helpful, friendly, and available. We barely made it to the VRBO due to the storm (no ones fault!) and the next morning we lost power! Ack! But we immediately contacted Becky and she told us where to look up the estimated time for power to be restored...and then checked back with us to make sure everything was ok. It ended up getting restored that same day! It was an easy excuse for us to go wander Sedona and explore, which we wanted to do anyway. Thank goodness for 4-wheel drive! :) What an adventure. Sedona is beautiful, the restaurant recommendations that Becky gave were on-point, and the VRBO itself was perfect. It was just as described and had all the amenities you would expect. The decor was rustic Southwest modern and very tastefully done. And comfy! We felt like we were in Sedona without being overwhelmed by tacky Southwestern decor. We all slept very well in our beds/rooms and it was comfortable for 5 adults with the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Garage was a huge plus and home felt very safe and secure. Location was awesome--a few minutes outside the hectic pace of downtown Sedona but right across the street from quiet coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Overall I highly recommend this beautiful VRBO for a quiet getaway with the feel of home!

Three friends and I stayed at this home over a long weekend. The home owner gave us clear instructions, and the house was easy to find/access. We were very close to some great hiking and activities (Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock were very close!) and would get up early to be the first people there. Although not in the heart of downtown Sedona, it was only about 15 minutes away from the center of town, and we enjoyed being close enough to the action but also having some peace and quiet. The home itself was great. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes; the beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious; everyone had some privacy and space. Only thing I can think of that might be an issue for some is the third bathroom located in the full size bedroom is pretty small -- one person had that room to themselves and had no issues, and the other bathrooms were plenty large (so one could share/use those), but just something to note if you have a big group. Thank you for letting us stay here and we look forward to returning.

We stayed at this property for a girls’ getaway. The five of us thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of the property and the convenient location to Sedona. The three bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely spaced out within the house. We also enjoyed the open concept of the living area and kitchen. The only recommendation we can offer is to add room darkening shades in the bedrooms.

Location. Location. Location. We love the fact we could walk to several of our favorite restaurants including the store. A minor glitch when we arrived but handled very quickly. The owner was very responsive. The bed in the "locker bedroom" was a tad soft. The king bed was perfect. The queen bed no complaints. Can fit 3 cars - 2 in garage, 1 in front. We appreciated the laundry detergent and bounce. Little extra things: like dish detergent, body wash, and plenty of trash bags. Very comfortable. We have 2 couples and a friend. The rooms are in different corners of the house so we all felt like we had our privacy. Would stay again.

We loved our time in Sedona. This house was perfect for us! We went with our friends, their son and our two boys. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ask for.

Absolutely loved our stay, property is large, very clean, convenient and quiet. Enjoyed the local restaurants and coffee cafes. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone, we had a fantastic time.

Having never been to Sedona before, it was tough to choose a place that would fit our needs. We hit the jackpot!! Easy quick access to all Red Rock trail heads, easy walk to The Collective for dinning and shopping. Quick ride to Telaquepaque and downtown Sedona. This house is quite new, and so wonderful to be at you don't really mind not going out. Check in and out is a breeze. Owner is very accessible and ready to help with anything you might need. Well stocked with the essentials which eliminates the need to make shopping your first task upon arrival. Lots of tiny details have been provided that made this a stress free arrival and a relaxing stay. We took an overnight trip to the Grand Canyon. This location made it easy in and out to the highway. We love the outside porch while cooking on the grill. And the beautiful Sedona golf resort is in walking distance! This was a family trip for our Moms birthday...and it was tremendous! We would not hesitate to stay again! Thank you Wyatt family for your lovely home and hospitality!

Perfect location to everything! Lovely home and was equipped with every item you could possibly need!

A very nice home, totally furnished for any occasion. Walkable to good local restaurants, and a short drive to the Red Rocks experience. Becky was very helpful with initial questions, and provided a complete collection of flyers for eateries, and local sights. Highly recommended .

My husband and I needed to stay a few days in VOC (village of oak creek) and this worked perfectly for us! it's very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, even a french press for coffee! the master bedroom and bathroom are large and comfortable, linens were nice and mattress new and firm. since it was just the two of us we didn't need the other bedrooms but one is very nicely decorated and good size with a bathroom next door with shower/tub. the third bedroom off the kitchen is small and does have a small en suite bathroom and would be fine for adults but is ideally for kids. the back terrace has a privacy wall and is a great place for morning coffee and dinner at home. there's also a small table and chairs on the front porch under a tree. the garage fits two cars nicely. there's a full size washer and dryer. the place gets nice light and is very comfortable! it is honestly easy walking distance to the collective, an outdoor mall area where famous sedona restauranteur, lisa dahl, cucina rustica is located, also J wine bar and some other pizza and burger places as well as a sports bar are in the collective. you could also walk up the short hill to the hilton where they have a nice restaurant and gym that sells day passes. it's about 15 min into sedona via a gorgeous drive through red rocks. this was our first stay in VOC and we really enjoyed it! thank you, becky!
