We arrived and the elevator code that was given was incorrect but a nice gentleman that was working helped us out. We made it to the door of our room and our code did not work and it took several calls for us to reach someone to help. We did finally make it in and the view of the ocean was amazing! Condo was picked up but not deep cleaned. We found bleach spray and sprayed showers. Kitchen was fabulous size and the porch was definitely our favorite gathering spot. The next morning we headed to the beach and we were stopped because we did not have the correct bracelets. We reached out to management and they provide the correct bracelets about 1 hour later. We loved loved the slow pace at perido key and will definitely return to the area. Thanks for allowing us to stay and make memories at your condo.

Loved the whole place. Main bedroom bed was a tiny bit uncomfortable, but that was my only complaint! Definitely going back!

Really nice property. The bathrooms could use some updating as well as kitchen sink/faucet & dishwasher. Loved the covered parking so close to building. Felt secure.

The condo and amenties were amazing - ease of access to pool and beach was perfect. The condo (whole building) is older and it shows in the condo (booked room), however if you can overlook it everything is just as it should be for a beach vaca. The owners are making updates to the room so it is only going to get better as time moves on. I highly recommend.

Property location is awesome by having a beachfront view. Live the fact that there are 2 pools-indoor and outdoor. Love the amenities particularly the covered parking, tennis court, and grill station. The private pathway is convenient and not that far from public parking beach access to meet up with friends at the beach. The unit is roomy for 3-4 people but not 6 people as the maximum allowed. It gets crowded having 6 people in the unit. I love the kitchen equipped with essentials to do basic cooking. Love the jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The unit could use a more detail cleaning. First notice the rusty door handle as you enter the unit. Then the metal trimming on the bottom of the door is bent. The kitchen has wine glasses but the Corkscrew is missing and didn't get to drink my favorite wine during my stay. The fixture in the kitchen is not fully secured, concern that it might come off every time I turn on the faucet. The guest bath tub is stopped up and had to use the plunger to free the obstruction (gross!!!). The fixtures in the bathroom especially on the jacuzzi could be replace as it's not aesthetically maintained. Noticed some mildew in the door sills and tiles. Overall, it's 3/5 stars! The owner(s) should really pay attention to their housekeeping and maintenance crew who did poorly on maintaining and detail cleaning their unit. The best part of the unit is the view on the patio, that was priceless! Thank you for taking the time in reading my survey!

Overall a great trip. Floor was soaking wet upon arrival and nearly fell. Guess cleaners had just left. Other than a couple of minor aesthetic repairs needed. Great property. Would stay again

Great condo that had everything we needed in the perfect location for a long weekend at the beach.

This was our first time staying in Perdido Key and it was great stay. The condo was a great size and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked having the covered parking for the unit since it was very hot while we were there. We are thinking about returning next year.

Everything about this trip was great!!! Communication with the owner before and during our trip was excellent! They were very responsive when we had questions! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Everything that was advertised was accurate. We will absolutely be coming back and would love to rent this condo again!!!

Location couldn't be better. Right on the water with easy beach access. 2 grocery stores within 1.5 miles, 10 minutes from Orange Beach, AL. The facility is 25 years old and starting to look like it. One of the two elevators was down for our entire stay which made for long waits especially at peak hours. It actually was an advantage to be on the 3rd floor because we could use the stairwell. Fitness center is clean and well equipped. Plenty of utility carts to help with check-in, check-out. The unit was a good size for our family of 4. It had been cleaned and we were given plenty of bath/kitchen towels. The unit has ample dishes, sliver ware and pots/pans. Bring all your own cleaners and dishwasher detergent. Washer & drier work great. This unit looks like it sees a lot of bookings. So, if you go in with that mindset, you'll be fine. The mildew situation in the master shower is pretty rough and several kitchen tiles are held down exclusively by gravity. The "owners" keep their things in the outside storage closet, so if you bring beach chairs/toys/umbrellas, they have to stay outside your front door or in the unit. Upon arrival, go to the office in the central tower to get your parking permit before 4:00pm! Communication with property managers was excellent. Emails and text messages were answered very promptly. All in all, I feel like we experienced exactly what I'd anticipated.

Everything was great as for the property and location would stay again. There was lots of confusion with the elevators to the property. And everyone had issues, other guests helped the new ones out.

Our visit was spoiled by the termites swarming inside the unit. They started in the master bath. Horrible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was obviously in process of updating, which is needed, but it was comfortable and convenient. We'll be back!

This is a perfect property location with garage parking. Very responsive hosts. It’s on the third floor with a great view.

From all aspects our trip was great and the service, location and place was overall awesome! The condition of the room was very good but for sure needs a few finishing touches to go from a 4 star to 5 star in my opinion. My family would stay here again based on our experience.

The condo was clean and well maintained. A walk around the building put you ON the beach. We loved it so much!! We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back SOON!!

The outside deck deck was a little sandy but that could be from the weather. We appreciated the sand toys, boards, and chairs. A few of the boards and one chair were broken and need be discarded. (I'm sure they had been left by previous guests, but didi not know where tout them.)

Although this condo had a beautiful view of the Gulf, it could use some tlc! Just a few things, like old bulky furniture. Some broken, stained, rusty (on deck) Very ratty carpet in bedrooms, and discusting curtains. Many other things, just need some maintenance.

Great property and location. The condo is right on the beach and the view of the gulf is stunning. We were beyond satisfied with ur stay.

Overall it was a good condo. Pros: Big balcony with awesome view, Very spacious condo unit, new appliances as well as well stocked kitchen Cons: Televison in 2nd bedroom did not work, broken closet hinge in 2nd bedroom, cracked toilet handle so we had to show our kids how to flush without breaking it in half, mildew stains in grout of master shower, parking attendant claims we were given false information regarding parking (even after we showed him the actual email we received and parking was very well outlined). He gave us a ticket and after a lengthy conversation, he finally gave us a "temporary parking pass" and said next time we need to actually have the pass upon our arrival because contrary to what our email said, they do not give parking passes out to anyone. Overall the condo was nice and well equipped. Just needs a little attention

This condo offers substantial room for inside living, as well as essential outdoor amenities. Being right on the beach is always a must, and this venue does not disappoint. Water conditions could have been better, but that is not on the property's responsibility. We will stay here again!

It was easy to get to condo, clean and very nice! We loved every minute of the trip but the first time riding on the elevator was an adventure lol. Over all it was a great weekend !

Enjoyed staying here. Kitchen beautiful and well stocked. Common areas are very spacious and nicely furnished. Master bedroom is spacious but needs updating. Carpet is old and needs cleaning. King size bed needs to be replaced. Uncomfortable. Master bathroom is so nice!! Stunning!! A/C vent in master bedroom needs to be rerouted. This bedroom is warmer than the rest of the unit. Great balcony. Larger than most

The property is very nice, but needs a little updating. Loved the balcony, and the rooms were large, especially the master bathroom. Some of the tiles in the kitchen were loose, but did not pose any problems. Our biggest beef was that there was an exorbitant amount of seaweed in the surf, but this is not Beach Colony's issue. Could very well stay here again!

This was my family's first "big vacation" and we were happy with everything. Starting with the communication with the property owner who was helpful in answering all of my questions in a timely manner, all the way to the cleanliness and quality of the condo. We had a great time, and would definately stay here again.
