Good price for quality.Room to improve - listing says it sleeps 8 but their were only five coffee mugs. lack of simple amenities like coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap were frustrating. the sleeper bed in the sofa was very uncomfortable, should be replaced. the floor didn't seem to be mopped in a long time, after walking barefoot for a few minutes, bottom of feet were very very dirty.

And only a few minutes driving to the best beaches in the Wailea/Kihei area. The vacation rental was perfect for our family of five. The pictures are accurate, but the furniture is getting worn and the living room rug needs a good clean. My biggest concern was the AC in the living room as previous reviews had mentioned it not working. It does not, but a small window-type AC unit was added. It's fine in the morning, but it cannot keep up once the sun comes around the south side and starts to shine in the windows...and it gets very warm upstairs and can't cool down after about 5pm. The good thing is with that sun, you get awesome sunset views from the balcony! The balcony could use a good hose down, but this is a tropical island and there are lots of birds. Good news is the bedrooms are downstairs and we spent most time there (sleeping) and the split AC units there work great. Again, furniture is getting worn, but the mattresses were comfortable. Also, the beach equipment saved us a lot of $ with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas (one needs replaced). The Property Manager was quick to respond to questions/concerns. The property is very quiet and you can tell there are many owners living/staying here. It's an older complex but well maintained outside. I would stay here again if the AC were to be fixed upstairs and some furniture cleaned/replaced. Overall a good stay and nice to be back on Maui.

The rooms/beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for the 4 of us. The upstairs was the kitchen/family room and had a lovely view. However, the upstairs was very warm and hard to enjoy. Guessing the air conditioner didn't work well upstairs, as downstairs was great. A couple other minor suggestions, spruce up the patio area, as such a beautiful view, a welcome gift is always a nice touch and some wine glasses.

Plenty of room and unit had more than everything we needed including beach chairs, plenty of towels and comfy beds and sheets. The managing company responded quickly to AC problem upstairs but not sure that AC unit big enough for the job. Great location and 2 porches a plus

Comfortable home away from home for our party of 5, ranging from age 9 to 75. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, and convenient location to shops and beaches enhanced our stay.

Very nice property. Modern conveniences such as A/C (definitely useful in July) and dishwasher. Nicely decorated and well supplied. Nicely landscaped property. Short walk to Shops at Wailea.

The view is great and the location is very well suited to enjoy Wailea. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the air conditioner in the family room and the beach chairs and umbrellas for the convenience of guests. But, overall, our experience was great and we would for sure go back again.

I have a beach view from the top balcony. The rooms were neat. The kitchen was clean.

The condo was nicely done and in a convenient location. There is ample parking right outside the unit. Bedrooms are downstairs with the living, dining and kitchen upstairs.

It was very good

While the location of the townhouse was great, with shopping areas nearby and a short drive to a few local beaches, there were a few aspects of the property that made it less than ideal for our family stay. A few quirky things be found annoying - the half-open showers were not to our liking as they got the floors wet also the stairs can be a bit steep and tricky...make sure your kids aren't running up and down. Additionally, the washer and dryer were quite loud - we had to use it every day to keep the towels dry. Few things that were awesome But access to the patio was nice to enjoy the incredible sunset views with your meal. Condo has access to beach chairs and a few towels - which came in handy for our trip to the beach. The condo manager is very responsive to your questions.

Just as listed. Very clean, and cozy. My family had a great time staying here. Will definitely return if I come back to Maui.

Everything was good

Check in was easy, great communication. Beautiful, quiet complex. Short drive to beaches. Great amenities, comfortable beds and living space. Upstairs living space is warm but cooled off with AC and fans; just the nature of a 2 story property. Family loved the unit. Would definitely book again, in a heartbeat. Oh, and the sunset views are incredible. Comfortably slept 7. Our entire group raved about the property!

Fabulous location! Immaculate property and grounds. Very serene and quiet, you won’t want to get off the lanai. Stayed for a month and wish it could have been two or three.

The view both in the morning and at sunset was perfect from the lanai. Also, the drive to the airport was easy and much shorter than West Maui. We did not use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped.

Our family (3 generations), 7 in total enjoyed our stay, great location! Sunsets from the 2nd floor patio were beautiful! Lots of space, comfortable sleeping, we will be back!

The condo was in a great location and decorated nicely with all the amenities and items you could possibly need. Enjoyed the shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby. Condo was spacious and clean and we had a great stay.

Had a great experience here with four of my other guy friends for a wedding. It was super close to the ocean, golf courses, and Wailea shopping center. The condo was spacious and accommodating. The only thing negative I have to say is that the upstairs area would get significantly hotter than the downstairs area due to the sunshine coming thru the windows.

Description of condo is perfect. Great location, wonderful condo, fine amenities such as beach chairs and towels. Would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here! The condo was exceptionally clean, well designed, roomy, and in a beautiful location! Convenient to amenities! We are frequent travelers and I’d say this is one of our favorite condos. Definitely will be back!
