Property is beautiful, close access to pools, hot tubs and beach. Across from Barefoot Landing which has shops and several restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend Aligator Adventure.

The location of this property is perfect. The beach is a short walk and Barefoot Landing and great restaurants are very close as well. The house is as advertised and has everything and more, you could need for a wonderful beach vacation. The house was spotless upon our arrival, which I think is very impressive. Booking the vacation as well as the check in process was easy. The owner has thought of every detail. This property is a gem! Thanks for sharing your home with us and we hope to stay here again.

We love this cottage. It is like being in your own home. Everything is clean and up to date. The owner has everything that you would need. This is my 2nd time staying in this cottage.. I love ❤️ it.

House was perfect for our family of 4. Great location to golf courses, the beach, restaurants etc…The house was thoughtfully organized and had everything we needed and more which I appreciated. Our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again next year when we come back to visit my dad and golf if it is available. Sarah, the owner, was delightful to chat with over e-mail and text too. All in all a great visit and house!

Well maintained property with an interesting layout. The living area is horseshoe shaped with a courtyard in the middle. All necessary cooking utensils, towels, etc. were available. Home was clean with the only minor hitch being the garage which could use a clean out. Communication with our contact was excellent as all needed codes were provided prior to our arrival. All we had to do is show up. Overall a good experience.

Outstanding communication, comfortable mattresses and pillows, fully equipped kitchen, new Weber gas grill. Enjoyed the courtyard.

HOUSE WAS JUST AS ADVERTISED. WELL STOCKED, EVERYTHING CLEAN AND APPRECIATED THE "LITTLE THINGS" SUCH AS ALL LIGHT SWITCHES LABELED, SO MANY THINGS FOR ENTERTAINMENT. KITCHEN HAD ANYTHING YOU COULD NEED. ENJOYED OUR STAY SO MUCH

Beautiful, welcoming and relaxing home! We had everything we needed, and enjoyed the short walks to the pools and beach at the resort, and the restaurants nearby. The location was perfect for us to visit Wilmington, Murrells Inlet, Broadway at the Beach and the 501 outlets during our stay.

Beautiful home in a great location! Exactly as advertised and more! Courtyard is so enjoyable and we had warm weather the entire week, sunny and gorgeous! The home had everything you could need and the proximity to pools and the beach is wonderful! The house was so clean on arrival and felt so welcoming, along with the ease of check in made it a great experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We didn't want to leave.

Brought our 3 kids ages 11, 9 & 1year old to Myrtle Beach for their first big vacation. We also had our aunt and uncle visiting. The house was very accommodating! We spent every day at the beach. The house was stocked with everything youd need for a day at beach. And a short walk there. We made such great memories.

We enjoyed our stay. House is nicely furnished and located conveniently across street from barefoot landing and short walk to the beach. The one inconvenience was some loud neighbors across the street that came in late on a Friday night, like 12-1 am and were playing loud music. I think some other neighbors came and told them to quiet down and they did shortly thereafter.

We had the BEST time!!! You ca easily walk to the beach OR call the shuttle to take you. They loaded up our chairs, cooler, towels, etc... They had live music at the pool, delicious strong drinks at the bar, and a basic lunch menu. We weren't too impressed with the food, honestly. We had no trouble finding 7 pool chairs together. The beach was busy but the water was perfect. We recommend making dinner reservations in advance, if possible. Everything is very booked. We loved Lulu Buffets and the Flying Fish. The house is BEAUTIFUL. The paint colors, drapes, and patio for nighttime chats, were perfect. The grocery store was easy to get to . We didn't actually cook anything but it was great for breakfast items, drinks and snacks. . The owner was so quick to respond to any questions we had. She really took care of us. The beds were SO comfortable and the master had blackout drapes that made afternoon naps a dream! We couldn't have chosen a better property for our 50th birthday girls' trip. Everything was perfect!

This home away from home was absolutely more than we excited. The location snuggly nestled in a great little neighborhood a stone's throw from the beach and in the middle of NM action. The house comes stocked with everything you need, so leave those worries behind. Our only hitch was that the cleaning company did not do such a great job and there were pockets of trash left around.

My family just returned from our first visit to Myrtle Beach. This property was a nice fit for us. It’s a short walk to the resort pools and beach. We felt safe and secure. My husband and I enjoyed a DELICIOUS meal at 21 Main which was also easy to walk. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and considerate. Things that we really appreciated about this home include: washer & dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, stocked kitchen, wagon to haul things to beach, court yard area and the grill! We also enjoyed a day at Barefoot Landing & Beach Shops which is only about 5 minutes away.

The house is gorgeous, a good size, and the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It’s updated and the host had everything and then some that you could imagine you would need. Would absolutely stay here again. The resort amenities were awesome and we used the shuttle for a lot of getting around.

The location of the property is close to a little bit of everything - pool, beach, great coffee place, restaurants, attractions…lots of walkable activities and great space to hang out. The house is lovely. Fits a family well. Comfortable and beachy. The owner is super responsive and friendly. The resort is perfect for a family vacation. We had an amazing time during our stay!

We had a great time in North Myrtle Beach and the house was perfect! It had everything we needed and more- the toddler bed and beach stuff were great and let us travel with much less. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area!

I came across this rental and had to book immediately. It was just my luck the one weekend I wanted was available (right before the 4th). Most people recommend staying in North Myrtle and all the amenities that came with this rental made it SO worth it. We didn’t need to bring a stroller, beach toys, chairs, towels- nothing! Everything was provided. The space was clean, which we didn’t realize how clean until returning from the beach and all the sand that came back with us. There’s a shopping/food/entertainment area that’s a 5 minute drive away which was perfect! So many food options close by as well and the beach was walking distance though we drove. We did night swims at the resort attached to the rental and loved all the pools, especially the ones catered to the kiddies. Sarah replied to any questions I had promptly as well, which was much appreciated. The washer/dryer was an added bonus I didn’t think I’d need. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for a pre-4th of July weekend too. This was an amazing place to stay and I would 100% recommend and book here again.

The house was great and very clean. We've stayed in over a dozen rentals over the years and this was definitely the nicest and cleanest. The walk to the beach/pool was not bad, but the pool area was extremely busy. We opted to rent a private cabana through out the week as there were no seats available at the pool until after 5pm each day. Sarah was a great host, her detailed messages were appreciated as we did not have any issues/questions during our stay and the house is very well supplied for your stay.

I loved this house! My family stayed here for a week while we enjoyed North Myrtle Beach area and really enjoyed staying in this home. Love the courtyard area in the middle of the home and perfect for kids to play outside safely! I noticed so many beach, toys, and things in the garage for our use but unfortunately, my toddler hated the sand and we didn’t spend much time at all on the beach, so did not use any of the items. We ended up spending most of our time at the heated pool at North Beach Resort. The decor and cleanliness was on point and the host was extremely communicative at all times. Highly recommend if you are looking to travel in this area!

Overall, one of our best stays. The house is immaculate. The location is perfect. The only negative would be the weather that we experienced will in the area for the weekend. The house has everything that you need, and the beds are very comfortable. Mrs. Sarah is the best when it comes to communication and making sure to give you all the information you need on the home.

We had a great stay, the house was just as in the pictures, clean and well taken care of. Sarah was wonderful in responding to a few minor issues. Our grandchildren loved the pool area and the beach. They asked if we could come back soon. Do not hesitate in booking this place.

Sarah was the best host and provided every accommodation possible. The home was immaculate. You could not tell that anyone else stayed there. Fresh linens, fluffy rugs, clean appliances, court yard free of debris… I needed to be somewhere that I didn’t have to be concerned about sanitation, cleanliness, safety and noise. Sarah’s place exceeded my expectations.

It was hard to believe we were less than a half mile off the Myrtle beach strip. The house and entire neighborhood and resort was beautiful. Everything outside was groomed to perfection and the house was just what we were hoping for. It was modern and bright with all the amenities as promised. We loved the inner courtyard and even garage space for our cars. We didn’t spend much time on the beach because of the time of year but the pools an amenities were impressive. We had a great time and Sarah was so welcoming and responsive.

Ease of rental was phenomenal. Owner very responsive in communication. She supplied items when requested and replaced anything missing while we were still there. I would rent this property again. The courtyard was a great feature.
