We had a great time! It's close the beach, close to the town center, and is located in a quiet, one-way, loop on the edge of Seaside. The home was exactly as described, very clean, and the hosts were great about answering questions. I would highly recommend this house to others!

We have stayed at Bonny Dune for two weeks every year for the last four or five years, and find the house perfect for our needs. The only improvement we can think of is that the outdoor porch furniture needs a thorough cleaning.

When we stayed at Rosemary Beach several years ago we admired Seaside when passing through. We finally made it to Seaside for a family vacation and we LOVED IT! Our Bonny Dune house was a great location, only steps from the pool, only 2 blocks from the Natchez pavilion to enter the private beach area, and only 4 blocks from the town square. The Cabana Man had our umbrellas and chairs ready for us each day on the amazing white sand. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the response time from the Blue Swell team with each question or concern during our stay.

House and property were great. Marathon weekend is always a crowded (fun) zoo. Staying close by makes all the difference Blue Swell management not so much. I understand you are given a “starter kit” but really stingy. Two trash bags one tiny hotel soap no coffee filters. Etc I knew in advance they supplied little but was still a little surprised at how little Have been coming to Seaside for 35 years. Will avoid Blue Swell in the future

Beautiful, comfortable accommodations for our family of 6! The home is located perfectly for walking to the beach and around town. It is well maintained. We had one issue with the hot water but maintenance came promptly and corrected the problem. We highly recommend this property and Blue Swell Rentals.

Beautifully appointed home with several deep porches. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Close walk to village with good restaurants & interesting food trucks. 1 block from private gated beach access. Farmer’s Market on Saturday with live entertainment. Very nice area.

The location was fabulous. Close to the beach and a lot of the restaurants are in walking distance. We enjoyed having our coffee on the back patio and listening to the birds sing. Even though you are close to a lot of business's it was actually very quiet area. We where highly impressed with this house and would love to stay here again.

The house itself was great, but management tried to fee us any time we asked for something (early-ish check-in, fresh towels, late check-out, etc.). Definitely not the most accommodating to travel issues. The Wifi did not work the entire time, so completely pointless to be there. Had to use cellular data the whole trip and their TV’s do not work without Wifi. Nice house but would probably not stay there again.

Overall it is a nice rental. It does need some maintenance though. The clothes dryer didn’t work and the inside needs paint. It should also have a king instead of a queen in the master bedroom. Finally, there is not good parking. My vehicle was hit in the parking spot because the road is so narrow.

Great getaway with small kids
We loved this property for our family getaway. We have 3 kids (6, 3, and 2) and the house was perfect. The room with bunk beds and a trundle worked great for their sleeping arrangement. The location is just right for a walk to the beach, pool, or shops. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

Our experience was awesome! Our son got engaged. The kitchen looked just like the pictures and was plenty spacious for 2 families to gather. We loved all of the porches and the location was perfect. The den was very big and the house had lots of light shining through the windows. We would stay here again for sure!

House was in a perfect location. Great for walking to restaurants and riding bikes around the neighborhood. The home was extremely clean on the inside and the outside. We only live a hour away and would stay at this property again to be so close to the great restaurants in Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Blue Mountain.

Great location! Architecture more suitable for adults. Outstanding porches. Very open.
Rooms nice size. Very open and bright concept. Free standing ice maker was very noisy. Wooden stairs slippery with a steep incline (need a gripper strip on each step). Had one individual to slip and fall near bottom of stairs. Bathrooms seemed to have been mopped without being vacuumed. Lot of hair left on floors, in showers, bath tub, and in drawers. I expected everything to be cleaner since description indicated more cleaning due to COVID. TV only in living room and master bedroom. Really enjoyed walking trails nearby.

Bonny, Bonny Dune!
We loved our stay at Bonny Dune. It was a nice family reunion with our 2 adult children. Despite Hurricane Ida looming over or homes in New Orleans, we were able to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. The house is fantastic. We loved having the living space upstairs which gave the home a treehouse feeling and a chance to see the stormy sky. The living room and kitchen were both comfortable and nicely equipped. We hope to return again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Lovely home, great location and happy with stay. Mix up on gate code to private beach which caused some frustration the first evening but it was corrected by next morning. Also some difficulty location certain items in house that were located in recessed wall panels (hard to see). Well equipped and comfy once we found everything.
