Very nice property. The view of the bay was peaceful. Great location . We had rescheduled this from last year when Sarasota was hit by a hurricane and did so without any difficulty. Would come back again .

Superb vacation, great owners!

We loved this condo. It was updated and bright, super clean, had all of the beach stuff and in a great location. Short walk to the beach and easy access to the stores and restaurants.

The condo itself was wonderful. Fully stocked with anything we needed! The views from the lanai were beautiful! My only complaint would be the property owner didn’t communicate back as quickly as I would have liked about an early check in when we arrived in Siesta. I tried to stay again next year but it was already booked! Popular place!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our Spring break. We are a family of 4 with 2 college kids. We loved the view of the bay, watching the sunrise daily & all the beautiful boats drive by. The condo is very clean, well-equipped & perfect location. They literally had everything we would possibly need for the beach (wagon, chairs, snorkel & goggles, cooler on wheels, etc). The heated pool in Midnight Cove 2 is gorgeous & was perfect temp! Gated access to the beach kept the area very nice. Nancy was so responsive & such a delight to work with. We would definitely stay here again!! Perfect & delightful trip to Siesta Key!!

Everything about our stay was tops. This property has everything you need for a great beach trip. Loved the location and sitting on the porch watching the boats. However, be sure you can walk up 3 flights of stairs!!!

Lived up to our expectations

We have had several vacations at Midnight Cove II, and this was the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in to date. The location is perfect, with a superb view of the ICW from the third floor unit, where you can see spectacular sunrises from the main bedroom, and watch the boats and dolphins on the water whenever you have time to relax. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfy and is well-equipped with everything you need.The two full bathrooms are a bonus (most of the other units we’ve stayed at have one and a half bathrooms). Having a washer and dryer in the unit is also a plus for us. I can’t think of any negatives, though you need to be aware there are stairs up to the apartment, and it is a little walk to the beach. We, however, love the location as it is very peaceful and has the lovely views over the water.

Loved the unit and location. Quiet, roomy and great views. Short walk to beach. Saw New Years fireworks from our lanai!

This place is amazing. Very clean, great location , spectacular views. The only disappointing thing is that is not available for 2024. We will be back as soon as it is available. Nancy and property management were amazing to work with. We really appreciate them sharing this fantastic property with us.

The condo is very spacious and the view is excellent! Were a few minor inconveniences but overall enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time with our 9 and 10 year old. The pool was one of the nicest pools we have stayed at. The condo was huge and amazing view. Owners were helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property that fully overlooks the inter coastal. The beach was across the street and is a short hike but worked out just fine. The owners and property manager are very attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and well-equipped condo with a fantastic view.

I'll start with the positives: Kitchen was almost new (except for the ice maker that did not function and was not seen as a priority by host, so it was not fixed during our stay). Location is great. Outside screened-in deck was wonderful. Great to have covered parking and semi-private beach access to a wonderful beach. Pool. Nice shower in master. Okay, the not so great. Beach wagon has 1 working tire, 3 were split, and rusty. Bed mattresses were awful. King was a piece of concrete. I like firm mattresses but this was ridiculous. Had a migraine the first night from the horrible pillows. There are like 10 on the property and they are all awful. Queen bed was so soft you couldn't sit on it without falling off. My daughter said it was incredibly uncomfortable. And there was only one set of sheets, no extras. Towels are scarce and most are in poor condition. Plan to do constant laundry. Beach towels provided, with snarky note about stealing them, but they too are in poor shape. And speaking of laundry, there is NO soap provided so plan to bring or buy your own. Someone had left some dishwasher tablets thankfully, otherwise those are not provided. And bathing soap was a joke so make sure you bring your own. Shower in 2nd bathroom is horrible--the shower head is just the original. Carpet in master is also nasty feeling--old and dirty. Few cleaning supplies. No sponges to use on counters, just two threadbare rags in the kitchen. Broom in terrible condition. Barely working vacuum.

Even better than expected! The view out the front is amazing and literally is hours of entertainment a day. Kitchen is beautiful. Condo is spacious. Lots of toys in the beach closet. 11 minute walk to beach is accurate. We tend to load the trunk and go to access 7 early. Perfect after dinner walk over for sunset daily. The grounds are so nice with established large trees. Bring binoculars!! So much to see in the bay including MANY dolphins!! Best deal in Siesta!!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo really had everything we needed. The lanai was so relaxing just watching the boats go by. Great place!

The views was the very best thing about this condo. Sitting out on the lanai in the morning watching all the boats and sail boats go by. In the afternoon it was so nice to sit out there and relax after a day at the beach. We saw dolphins every afternoon. The location was great. You could walk to many restaurants and a small grocery. The condo was well equipped, beds were really comfy. The only complaint would be the walls could use repainting and the carpet needs to be cleaned.. Other than that it was a nice condo.

Nancy is a gracious host! Her place is even more beautiful in person! Can't say enough good things, we had supplies that many other VRBO do not include as well as beach stuff, towels, etc, tennis and pickle ball, all kinds of fun stuff. Nancy goes the extra mile and also has great communication. Our friends loved it as well. The boats and jet skies do go by all day and we also saw dolphins and other unique birds, etc. Some of the best seafood at Walts and Phillipe Creek oyster bar, also can walk to the daiquiri deck which was great! Sure hope we get to stay here again!!

This property is clean, beautiful and central to beaches, restaurants and everything you need. Views of the intercoastal provides views of Dolphins, Manatees and other amazing wildlife. I'm a repeat customer and can't wait to go back.

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over six years and this one was our favorite! We were a bit hesitant it being on the 3rd floor and at the back of the resort, but the view from the lanai made up for that totally! Watching the parade of boats and seeing many dolphins made it extra special! We spent many hours sitting out there and many hours enjoying one of the best beaches in the country. The condo is absolutely beautiful and even had the same granite countertops as in our home in Ohio. Had to laugh at that! Unfortunately when I tried to book in January for 2024 February and March was already booked. 😢. Maybe I’ll have luck for 2025. If it comes available again we’ll definitely be back!
