This is a great house, very well stocked and the best toys in the playroom and game room. We all had a wonderful time. The only reason for one star off is because of the holiday and we could not get a response on the snow plowing. The plowing company was supposed to come when it snowed and they did not. Since we left before the big storm we could get out of the driveway with our all wheel drive cars. Suggest info on the snowplow company be in the handbook so guests can reach them. But this was a very minor issue.

This place was perfect for our family needs. The game room was a big hit. Short drive to Truckee and Tahoe Donner. Would stay again!

Fun times here for all 9 of us at Thanksgiving, plenty of room for us all and perfect location for a family gathering. Andrea was quick to answer questions and we were lacking absolutely nothing during our stay here. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and the extra refrigerator really came in handy for all of the food. My 3 year old grandson took over the (on-site) snow sleds as his 2 cousins showed him how to navigate the hill behind the house. How convenient! When the boys weren't sledding they were busy with Foos Ball or Air Hockey or Ping Pong. The neighbors were super friendly and told us all about the neighborhood. Traffic on the street was nil, very safe. One nice amenity was being able to watch TV without using a Firestick or ROKU. It was so convenient to just turn on the TV and select a channel! We hated to leave here, but really look forward to a return trip.

This was the 4th year that my family stayed in this home and it's always fantastic. We enjoyed swimming at Donner Lake and Tennis at the Truckee River Regional Park, but that was a bonus. This home has everything you need to relax and enjoy the family without going anywhere. Games, air hockey, dress up clothes for the kids, hot tub and the perfect deck for an outdoor movie on the "big screen." And each year we look forward to seeing the new upgrades that the owners have completed. There's nothing like making memories with the grandchildren---everyone is already looking forward to next year!!

We enjoyed this stay a lot and have no complaints. It was a little toasty in late afternoon and early evening but we were there during the hottest time of the year

Apparently VRBO changed their policy and the landlord was not aware of these changes. Lots of undue stress created y this and it also created difficulty for coordination for us and family members that live out-of-state.

House is well appointed. Everything clean. Amenities there. An easy stay.

I would definitely come back again ! Great location near everything that is fun. Great game room with everything you could imagine for adults and children ! Spacious and super clean…easily sleeps 11 people.. Andrea the host was always available for any questions I had. Totally recommend this house!

We had a small family reunion and this was the PERFRCT house. Close to amenities and only a short drive to Lake Tahoe. Very clean and comfortable for our entire family with plenty of room. Games and kids stuff kept our younger party members entertained and evenings and mornings on the deck were incredible. Thank you so much!!!

Good place to stay except the mattresses are not good quality and too soft in firmness causing muscle pain after a night sleep. Everything else is very good!

The house was perfect for us. we were Adults, Teens, and Small children with a very well behaved dog. We had fresh snow and the kids played outside for hours. The Gourmet kitchen had everything and was well stocked. There were many options for sleeping. I slept in the master and it was very comfortable. The bunk was a bit small for our big teens, but that was just us. Smaller kids would be fine. The price was reasonable and the hosts are very nice . Overall, we all had a good time.

Rented in February with extended family. The kids loved the game room and rec room downstairs with the toys and board games, too. Can sled right out back. Hot tub a perfect outdoor escape. Very easy communication with owners. Kitchen well stocked, place clean. Comfortable for 5 children (8 and under) and 9 adults. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return!

The house was the perfect setting for us. We had three families, all with young children. The house was set up with everything that we needed. The hosts were fantastic, very communicative and helpful. Rate this 10/10 and would definitely stay again.

There were 9 of us staying at the house. It was very lovely. The house is spread out nicely so I can see how perfect it is for family with children. My family was all over 27 years old. The house itself has everything need to be quite comfortable. High end kitchen with plenty of gadgets. The hot tub was a treat for after skiing. The beds were all very comfortable and roomy. The location was great . Would I stay again? Happily !!!

My in-laws have never been to a Vrbo for vacation (we mostly camp) so they were skeptical of cleanliness and amenities but they were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean house with a fully stocked kitchen. The kids loved the kids bedroom and all the toys. We lucked out with amazing fresh snow and sunshine. The heater and gas stoves kept us plenty warm. The large fireplace was great for warming our clothes after playing in the snow. Our family of fourteen loved this location. Plenty of linens and futons for the kids, the game room was a huge hit, and the upstairs space was nice and big for all of us. We had to make some adjustments for seating during meals, but otherwise had a great time. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, and the location can't be beat. We'll definitely be back!
