the beds were comfortable, wonderful views of the lake. owner should be encouraged to install a railing on stairway to second floor and to install a front wheel stop at the edge of the driveway.

Second time we have stayed there. Great location on lake. Very quiet. House sits at end of private road. Great view of the lake with all the sliding glass doors in the living room. Great for small children with walk in beach access to the lake.

Our family has rented at Lake Owasco for years and we were in a panic when the home we had always rented suddenly sold. It was meant to be that three doors down we came across White O’Morn and last year we booked it for this past week. This home is amazing in so many ways. We are a family of six with four kids. The kids absolutely loved this home, the bedrooms, and layout. It was perfect to have all the kids upstairs in the two bedrooms - such a cozy space for them and they all loved having their own queen beds. They all said the beds were so comfortable and I also loved that they had drawers for their clothes and closet space. Downstairs is just breathtaking. I can’t even describe the views from the living room. They are stunning! Our bedroom on the main floor was also wonderful. Very comfortable bed and it was really nice to have drawers and nightstands. The deck and outdoor space are incredible. There are multiple decks, which was amazing for the views! The dock is very large and we loved how wide it was at the end. It’s perfect for the whole family to relax and swim. White O’Morn is at the end of the street and makes the home very private with a really great area to swim. It’s much larger swim area than most rentals. And you also have a large grassy area for the kids to play. It’s a short walk to Tom Thumb for ice cream and a wonderful street to be on. We just loved this home and will be back next year!

This is the third time we've had our annual Girls' Week at White O'Morn, and we just booked our fourth for next year! Mike is one of the most responsive hosts I've encountered. The cottage is clean and comfortably accommodates five of us; the view of the lake is gorgeous and the sounds of nature soothing; there is so much outside space to enjoy (deck, patio with fire pit, dock). We enjoyed it all and look forward to our return next year. Thank you Mike!

We had a great time here, the house was updated, clean and right on the lake. The kitchen and family room is spacious with great view to lake and access to deck. My only concern was the half bath upstairs shared by the 2 bedrooms is very small. But overall we had a great time in downtown Skaneateles and wineries near by!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was a good size for 6 people, the outdoor seating areas are great, the best part was access to the water for fishing and swimming right from the dock. The location is great, close to restaurants, stores etc. We absolutely recommend!

We loved our stay there. When you walk out onto the deck the view of the lake is breathtaking. We had campfires around the fire pit and watched the sunset every night. The dock was great to tie our boat rental to. It is a beautiful lake to cruise up and down. We spent the whole week on the lake, swimming, kayaking, boating and fishing. Definitely plan on going back.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes drive from Skaneateles and Auburn. Easy to run to the store or the bakery. Close to fitness facilities, parks, and restaurants. Large shallow area of waterfront for swimming/wading with convenient steps off the dock into the water. Property is well maintained. We had a wonderful time this week!

From the time we walked in we were amazed… beautiful home, gorgeous view and awesome host. The sunsets were postcard worthy! I loved how you could just relax by the water or go enjoy some of the local attractions. We had such a wonderful time we have already booked again for next year! Thank you for sharing your home which allowed us to make great memories with friends and family.

Our stay was short. The property is great and the view amazing. The host is very responsive. The only surprise to us was to have to pay for linens and towels separately, as it is not a part of the rental. Although this was in the description of the property, one could easily miss it, which we did. Also I recommend some amenities to be added, such as soap in the shower. as it is not provided as a part of them

Very clean and well appointed property with fantastic lake views. Host is genuinely concerned about you enjoying your stay (first time we had a VRBO owner touch base mid-stay to make sure everything was ok). Super fast wi-fi for work or streaming, Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc. The home easily accommodates & "sleeps" multiple people in quite comfortable beds but take note there is only ONE shower (in a spacious first floor bath). We had zero issues and would definitely book here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The lake views were beautiful and peaceful. We explored the surrounding Auburn area and ventured throughout other cities along Cayuga , Seneca and Skaneateles lakes. Everyone agreed we would recommend the Finger Lakes to friends and family.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about staying at White O’Morn this past week! My husband and I brought our 18 month old and my parents to stay in this lake house paradise. The home was clean, with all the amenities you’d need. The beds were comfortable, the views were SPECTACULAR!! Multiple outdoor spaces to hang out and take in the breathtaking view of Lake Owasco. Every morning we would drink coffee and fish right off the dock (fish were biting the whole trip - bass, catfish, bluegill, perch), we ate dinner outside and enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and the fire pit, enjoying the local wine. There was a family of ducks that our daughter thoroughly enjoyed watching on the lake, as did we. The stars at night and the moon shining off the lake was stunning. We walked up to Tom Thumb for ice cream. Visited multiple waterfalls within an hour drive from the lake house, had delicious pizza from Valentines. Listened to music on the Bose Bluetooth speaker all week. White O Morn exceeded my expectations as well as my families. Mike was a wonderful host and always readily responded. We had no issues, only a beautiful family retreat to the Lake. 10/10 recommend this place and hope to be back someday!

This is our second time staying at White o' Morn. It's really a wonderfully situated cottage that the whole family can enjoy. We ate outside most days, enjoyed the clear waters, and really love being close to Wegmans and the Tom Thumb Drive-In. If you and your family would like a relaxing vacation on the water without complication and all the amenities, this is it.

The property was beautiful. Everything we needed to feel right at home, including communicative and welcoming owners (but not overbearing in any way), a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds with extra pillows (always overlooked - but not here)!! The view and outside decks and dock were wonderful. It was such a gift to be able to enjoy those sunsets every night. It was the perfect family vacation for us, great to unwind and enjoy our time together!

This was our second stay at White O’ Morn and it did not disappoint. The house is outfitted so comfortably, and every level of the outside offers gorgeous views of the lake. We enjoyed dinners on the deck, the firepit on the mid-level patio, and swimming from the dock. The water was crystal clear and so enjoyable to be in. Finally and so importantly - Mike simply could not be a more responsive host! We made more memories during our week, and look forward to returning for another beautiful stay. Thank you Mike!

We loved the location of this home. It is on a quiet little lane on a quiet section of the lake. Each night we enjoyed watching the sunset over the water. The living room and outdoor area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Mike was also very responsive and extremely helpful, accommodating our every need. The only slight drawback for the home was that second floor (with the two large bedrooms) only has one very tight half bath. I would definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a lake getaway. Thank you Mike for such a wonderful stay!

We had to use duct tape around the window air conditioners and door screens to keep the bugs out. One smoke detector in the whole house! No railings on staircase! Unfortunately this house is very neglected and should NOT cost that much per night! The fee should be half of what is stated!!
