This is a great property to enjoy lake Cumberland and surrounding area. Has everything you need to be comfortable and relax. Very clean ! We were at the lake for a fishing trip and the condo is only a few miles from the lake which is very convenient after a full day on the lake.

Prob wont return due to the distance of boat parking

NOT SUITABLE FOR COUPLES, NO PRIVACY DID NOT LIKE THE BEDROOM SETUP,MAINTANCE NEEDED FOR BOTH RESTROOMS, TOO EXPENSIVE ,OVER PRICED THEIR WEREN'T ENOUGH BATH TOWELS FOR OUR LENGTH OF STAY,WHICH WAS 5 DAYS..WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE GOING WITH A COUPLE OF FRIENDS. IF YOU LIKE PRIVACY..

The property was excellent. nice place to stay to enjoy the many adventures in the area... and come home to an extremely clean and well stocked home... You will enjoy the humming birds and other birds that are frequently seen in the pine tree right off your balcony. The pool if you decide to take a dip is just a short walk away.. The owners gave a detailed list of activities in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! So close to State Dock & the Lake Cumberland campground. The condo was clean, comfortable, and we’ll equipped. The binder of information was helpful. The recommendations for hiking trails & pontoon boat rentals were great! We would stay again on a future trip to Lake Cumberland.

Everything was nice in the condo. The binder the owner has in the condo has lots of great information in it. A little disappointed that the pool wasn’t open due to a repair.

It was a nice set up for my wife and I. We mainly used it to sleep and shower. We had a friend who bought a property near by so we were there most of the time. The rental is five miles to the lake which we enjoyed also!

Clean, country setting. Tennis courts needed major repair, pool area looked like it could be nice and was supposed to be open by May 15 however it was not. Condo was clean and quiet. If you want to grill bring one; the grill area was not open but did see a couple old gas grills were there, behind stacked picnic tables. Good location to the state park and marinas.

This property was very accommodating for our college fishing team partners and coach. Clean and comfortable, it had everything they needed and the location can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This is a great place to stay while at the lake. The property is well maintained with many amenities surrounded by beautiful views. The owner was easy to work with and made our stay comfortable.

We had never been to Cumberland so we went in not knowing much about the area. This condo was spotless and cozy and perfect for my family of five. And the binder with so much info and the owners favorite things was a perfect touch for our first visit! Can’t say enough good things about our experience!

We had a great time at Apple Valley. The condo was clean. Everything we needed was there. Of course, the lake was great. I would highly recommend staying at this rental.

The rental worked out well for my husband and myself. Very quiet. Beautiful wooded area in the State Park. I agree with other renters that the king size mattress could be replaced.

This was a great rental for a family. Close to hiking, fishing and boating!
