Very cozy place. The host was great at communicating once I asked for the check in instructions. The place is definitely dated, but its very cozy and better than the pictures. Having a working fireplace was super cozy and added the charm to our family ski trip. Easy parking, fun shared recreational area downstairs and neighbors were quite. Its 20 min to Keystone. The place is at the top of the hill out of town. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We forgot our crockpot, but luckily they had one so it didn't ruin our meal plans. I would stay here again. They had games for the kids too. Jumanji was a big hit!

The condo itself was clean and comfortable, but an older property. The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work and two of the TV remotes had very low batteries that we replaced. But mostly we were disappointed that the building’s hot tub was out of service and the sauna wasn’t working. The location was good and the hosts were conscientious in providing information for our stay. Overall a good stay.

A little dated, but well stocked. Owners went above and beyond to provide coffee, cocoa, paper towels, toilet paper and kleenex. Elevator was out of service, but unit is on the end and close to a second, more convenient stairway.

Clearly this is an old building. Heating was up in the air. We had a fire going the entire time as the electric heat wasn't keeping up. Pool was easily accessible. Hot tub out of order. Ran out of coffee filters for the small coffee pot. Kureg not working. WiFi was spotty. The kids loved learning how to use a VCR. There were a lot of great movies and games to choose from. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was hot. Fire was cozy. Cooking was easy. We had a memorable family vacation and appreciate the constant contact from the owner. Bring a sweater and your fire starting skills.

We enjoyed our stay and my son learned how to use a VCR which was exciting for him. The amenities are older and the game rooms didn't have operational games. It was nice to have the pools and the hot tub was a bit warmer than the pools.
The location was great and there is a perfect and manicured trail in walking distance.

Barbara gave us detailed instructions on getting to the condo few days before our scheduled arrival, thank you Barb.
The condo is spacious and clean; located 3 miles from the village of Silverthorne up the hill. The roads were cleared inspite the heavy snow the area got during our stay.The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. However, the pots and pans need to be replaced by new ones as the tefllon was worn off.
We appreciated the wood provided for the fireplace as we had a cozy, comfortable place to enjoy after a day of skiing. We also appreciated Barb's hospitality in providing us with coffee, tea and cocoa. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was under maintenance during our stay.
Thank you Barb for providing us a home away from home for a reasonable price.

Thanks to Barb and Norm for letting us book last minute after our Christmas was canceled bc of the winter storm. The condo is perfect. My kids loved the decor, they have hooks everywhere to hang wet ski clothes, nightlights in the bathrooms so you can see at night, and a wood burning fireplace with wood inside to build! The kitchen is perhaps the best equipped one that I have stayed in. When we got snowed in before checkout this morning, Barb promptly called the property manager and an hour later there was a CAT snowplow moving snow. Thank you thank you guys for saving our Christmas!

We stay in Silverthorne every year from Indiana. This is a well decorated, comfortable condo with a responsive owner. The only issue we had was with the laundry room. There were machines that accepted credit card but they were “offline” each time we tried to use them. We finally found enough coins and ran the washer but the dryer ate our coins, which effected our ski clothes. It was irritating for my wife as you can imagine, but this wouldn’t impact us from renting the place again. I would prefer a view on the other side of Lake Dillon. This is the first time staying in this area and having a view of the parking lot. I would rent the place again.

2nd Year Here
This is our second year at this property, and it is exactly what we need for a ski weekend. It is centrally-located to all the Summit County resorts, it is clean and comfortable, and the communication is easy.
When we had a slight issue getting the check-in instructions via email, we called the owner and she immediately called us back, gave us the directions, and told us the door code.
We would stay here again without question.

Lovely place in silverthorne
This is a lovely condo. It was beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked. The only problem was with getting there. The directions were incorrect (wrong address) and when we got there the key was not where it was supposed to be. We were able to contact the owner and she got back in a short time and helped us get in. But I think there needs to be a better back up for this initial process. I’ve spoken with the owner who was appreciative and gracious so hopefully these issues will be resolved. Otherwise, great place!

Perfect Location to SKI/Board 5 Ski Resorts
Location, location, location!! 4 of us enjoyed winter ski trip during a powder filled winter storm Jan. 2022. We were surprised at roads being cleared and drivable to unit during storm! Minutes to everything in Silverthorne. Fantastic Communication with host, easy check-in/check out. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Although we did buy pans to use due to mostly unusable pots and pans. We enjoyed a real fire every night of our stay and would definitely stay here again. Big bedrooms-easy to spread out with all of our gear. Lockable ski area literally beside your front door! Washer/Dryer, sauna and indoor pool conveniently located one floor down.

Unbeatable for the price we payed. Beds and bathrooms were good. Address provided by owner was incorrect but we found it with little issue following their instructions. Very slight smoky smell from wood burning fireplace.

perfect for family ski trip
This was the perfect place for our family ski trip. Easy drive to Copper and A Basin. Plenty of room for our family, and cooking and eating meals. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A real bonus was the fire place and porch fully stocked with wood. Thank you Barb!

Downstairs neighbor
My family got in late because of traffic and the downstairs neighbor came up at 7 A.M. knocked on the door and said we needed to hold down the noise. Then the next day after we gave our grandkids a bath unfortunately the drain under the bath leaked into there bathroom roof through no fault of our own, again she came upstairs and demanded the owners number saying she was going to have to pay, before knowing that it was a building problem and not us. Thanks to this Karen we will no longer stay at this condo. If this neighbor was not such a Karen the place was great. I feel sorry for this condo owner and would otherwise recommend this condo but until this neighbor moves I'm afraid anyone who goes here will have problems with this person.

Great condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This place is perfect for a family of 4. Price was affordable, kitchen was fully stocked, rooms were clean. The only issue we had was using the right remote in the living room to get everything to work properly. Discovered the HDMI cord was faulty. The owner was quick to respond to our texts. Loved having a fan in each bedroom. If we are in Silverthorne again, we will stay here!

Everything as expected
Host was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay, apartment had everything we needed. (Too bad the some of the amenities were closed because of Covid - but that is not the owners fault)

Trouble checking in and condo lacked cleanliness and supplies
We had problems checking in due to lack of information. We were not givent the condo number in advance and took over 45 minutes to get the proper info. The Condo was not properly cleaned and lacked several items such as hand towels, wash closthes and pot scrubbers. The cooking pots and pans were old and did not cook well and the cabinets were cluttered.

Loved our stay! Great location to many ski resorts! Condo was decorated with charming mountain decor! Loved the fireplace! Beds were cozy! Kitchen had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! Owner graciously let us arrive a day early to beat the Colorado storm!

Better than expected
The condo was very clean, and I felt that it was nicer than the pictures. Pool/Hot Tube code didn't work. Not sure if the pool was closed or not (due to COVID?); we were only there a few days, so it wasn't worth the hassle to figure it out. Would definitely recommend.
