This was just the perfect place to stay in Sedona. Place was clean, had everything I needed for a perfect spot in paradise! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone that wants a relaxing and seemless vacation spot.

We enjoyed everything about this property. Easy to check in and helpful manual with information on restaurants and things to do. Rick was super kind. Beautiful backyard and pool. We would definitely come back again!

A lovely casita on beautiful grounds with a spectacular view from the back of the property. Very relaxing and peaceful. Up town Sedona is not far. The host was quick to answer emails and attentive to our needs. Wonderful stay!

We've been to Sedona several times over the years!. Fall was beautiful!...casita was EXACTLY as advertised! Had everything we needed. It's in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, great views, away from town! We would certainly stay there again!

Great location with great views of the Red Rocks from the garden. Great place with everything we needed. We enjoyed the mornings in the garden (only ones there during our stay). Owner provided updates timely and responded quickly to questions.

Rick is HOSPITALITY ❤ The Casita is PERFECT for a couple or individual looking to explore beautiful Sedona and its surrounding areas. In fact, you could sit outside of the Casita and see the beauty right from the back patio area of this property! Rick has included every detail for you when you check in and has many great suggestions for hiking, exploring, and restaurants in the area. We will definitely make it back to this amazing place. Huge gratitude for Rick and all of his gracious hospitality while we stayed in amazing Sedona! 👏

Perfect place for us.

This is an incredible property in a gorgeous neighborhood with amazing views. The owner is very accommodating and I enjoyed sitting by the pool, and watching the sunrise over the red rocks.

A beautiful property setting! The property is shared with the main house. Pool was not heated, but hot tub was nice. Spectacular weather and great place to visit.

Property as described. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and the property was so easy to find and access. Check in and out went so smoothly. They had things we didn’t even know we needed such as Advil and info booklet. Communication was also quick which I really value. We had a lot of privacy and it was so quiet which we appreciated. We ended up traveling just the 15 minutes to Sedona for most things but there are restaurants and a grocery store 5 minutes away as well as some of the major hikes/red rocks. The AC worked great and we slept well. The sink is small so slightly challenging to wash dishes in but it was so nice to have the kitchenette aspects, coffee maker (with coffee provided) and a refrigerator. There were also plenty of plugs. This place was great and we would stay again. Wishful thinking would be the addition of a washer/dryer since we got dirty with all our outdoor activities. We were also warned about the bugs being worse than normal so bring your bug spray. Apparently all the rain has cooled the temperatures but has brought mosquitos with it so some would slip in with us no matter how quick we were and they were pesky poolside but that was without any bug spray.

This casita is just our style. It had everything we needed for a quiet long weekend. It's well stocked, which allowed us to mix eating out with preparing simple meals there. The bed is very comfortable and furnishings are thoughtfully arranged. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of space for luggage, etc. We especially enjoyed sitting in the private back patio, watching a variety of birds and other wildlife. We even saw a bobcat in the neighborhood (not at the fenced casita property). Rick is a great host and gave us excellent hiking and other recommendations. This is a gem.

We had a comfortable and relaxing time in the casita. Location was very convenient, and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous with mountain views. You can't go wrong staying in this location. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the place was immaculately clean. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in the casita! The location is convenient in a wonderful neighborhood. The main home is beautiful with fabulous landscaping. From the casita patio, we could hear their creek water feature and see beautiful mountains and their changing colors. We rented bikes from Absolute Bikes one day. You have to reserve the rental online and everything else about the rental was easy. We took the Bell Rock trail which they consider easy. We found it much more advanced than we were used to and we only took one water bottle each which wasn't enough. The scenery is great! We had a mexican dinner at Tortas De Fuego bar and grill on Cortez and it was excellent!

My friend and I chose to stay here on our escape to Sedona and we are both glad we did! The casita was in a great location, cozy and sweet, and it was extremely clean! Rick was extremely communicative and answered all the questions we had within just a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay here and when I return to Sedona I will definitely look to stay at the Casita again.

Loved our vacation to Sedona. Property was in a beautiful location near the golf course. It was nice to be a little out of 'town' away from downtown Sedona traffic. Yet we were still close to everything. The Casita is beautiful and Rick & Colleen have thought of everything! We would definitely recommend!

The property and neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. The Casita had everything you could possibly need. Every detail was so thought out. Perfect for a couple and Rick the owner is a wonderful host. So close to shopping and restaurants and golf courses. The bed was so comfortable, I just can't say enough good things. What a delightful find!

Great location. Just what a couple would need and want. Nothing overly fancy, but very practical. Very close to everything, especially golf courses. Truly enjoyed our stay.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay in the casita property in Sedona. The casita was clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The location was in a neighborhood surrounding a golf course and very safe. Loved that it was close to restaurants and hiking without the touristy feel. Rick replied immediately when the code to get in to the casita was set for the following day instead of the day of our arrival. Would definitely stay there again!
