Lovely place right on the river with beautiful decks to enjoy the outdoors! Easy access to downtown. Very comfortable with everything we needed.

The location is great. The setup of the house worked well. The house was clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that the bedrooms didn’t have curtains.

Our stay was very peaceful. The location can’t be beat! We enjoyed the large kitchen and living area, and all the decks facing the river were spectacular! We found the place very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and homey!

The condo was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Nice big kitchen to cook in! We enjoyed the cozy fireplace each evening. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing after a long day skiing at Monarch. We appreciated the comfortable beds, pillows, and couches. It was great to be within walking distance of all the restaurants. We also enjoyed the view of the river and hearing it each morning and night. Things we didn't enjoy: There were 2 homeless guys camped out directly across the river from the condo. From 2am to 5am they were yelling/cussing at each other, making all kinds of noise! We lost much needed sleep that night. Luckily, the next day the cops came, talked with them and they packed up and left. Another homeless man decided to sleep on the rocks just below the hot tub. When you're on vacation it's nice to sleep in, but at this rental, you won't be sleeping in. There are no blinds or curtains in the master bedroom or in the studio/downstairs 3rd bedroom. You are up when it gets light outside. This has been a common complaint since 2017 from other reviews. You'd think the rental company would want to accommodate their guests so they could have more privacy. The bathroom door in the master bedroom needs trimmed on the bottom because every time you open/close the door it rubs on the floor making a loud noise. It was impossible to be quiet and not wake up other people. The floors and the stairs are very creaky as well. Needless to say we won't be renting again

The condo was very comfortable, the beds were great, all the amenities were functioning well, very clean. We walked to dinner in Salida each night. We stayed in February...but we think this condo would be fantastic any time of the year. Thanks!!

This is a great property. Close to downtown but far enough away to relax. Located on the river and in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well taken care of. We had no issues of any sort. Check in process was easy and great communication. Highly recommended.

This was an incredible find right by the river and walking distance to town. It was also within riding distance to bike trails nearby. We loved the open floor plan and the hot tub, great views of the river. Hope to stay again in the future! Very cozy and welcoming place to stay and the check in/out process was easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with many cooking supplies; appreciated that! Only feedback, would like more coat hooks near the entrances.

The home is very nice and the location is great. A few steps down and you’re on the River walk and only a couple blocks to downtown Salida.

Fabulous location! A shot walk to a charming downtown. The property was lovely. Please do keep in mind that the third bedroom is completely separate and you have to walk outside downstairs. This is better for older kids or another couple. My only sadness, is that the hot tub was extremely green. There was no bromine in the cartridge. We did call, but never got any extra bromine. I’m the end, we just didn’t soak which was a bit of a bummer. On a bright note, we had amazing dinners in a fabulous kitchen and really enjoyed the openness of the main floor.

The property was clean and the view of the Arkansas River was fantastic. It was also nice to walk along the river to restaurants in the downtown area. We'll be back!

This house was fantastic. The location can’t be beat. The direct river access, hot tub, and 3 patios kept us outside most of the time. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

With six of us, this was an excellent choice. We could walk downtown to all eat different places and shop. The Murphy bed was a little uncomfortable for two adults, but not bad. The place is beautiful and setting is amazing with the river.

We had a great time here for my husband’s 40th birthday!

Place was perfect. Great location, outdoor space and right on the river. Walk to town in minute. Super easy all the way around. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This property was lovely and a perfectly placed location, close to excellent hiking and town.

We stayed at this wonderful rental and enjoyed a ski weekend with friends. The kitchen was perfectly appointed, beds were comfy, and the location was easily walkable to restaurants and shops. The house was clean and cozy and we especially enjoyed the views of the Arkansas river. The hot tub was more of a warm tub, but that could have been user error. All-in-all, it was a great rental and we highly recommend.

House was nice, location was great, downstairs apartment/room was a little small but fine. The only major flaw was that the hot tub doesn't really work, even after talking with the property management and getting someone out to "fix" it, it never really achieved temperatures that would make it actually pleasant to sit in during the winter. Pretty disappointing, especially given a separate hot-tub cleaning fee for a feature we were excited about but couldn't use.

I was overall not very satisfied due to the lack of amenities for comfort and the misleading advertisement for sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom is NOT connected to the main house. If you have to stay down there, you have to walk outside and downstairs to get there. Then you are totally separate from the rest of your party. The worst part was the lack of privacy blinds or curtains of any kind in this room and the master bedroom. I felt very vulnerable sleeping in the third bedroom right down by the river with anyone able to walk up to the room and watch me sleep. Did not feel safe!!! The third bedroom area was missing wash cloths and the entire house did not have shampoo or conditioner as an amenity. TV was out of date and no option for streaming. The wash cloths in the main house smelt of stale laundry and I did not want to use them on my face. The location and the house itself is beautiful, but I did not feel valued as a guest. For that reason I would not recommend renting with this company and will not return.

This property is perfect. Close to downtown, but quiet. The river is steps away. The home has all the amenities and is stocked for any need. The downtown area has great shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

I then messaged on the platform and didn't hear back until the next afternoon. The communication and hospitality (i.e., restaurant reccos) were all pretty sterile. Overall, the property was amazing. But, as a Superhost myself, the approach to hosting left me feeling frustrated.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this property, but we would not stay at this particular townhome again because the layout did not work well for our group. This is not actually a single 3-bedroom unit. It’s a 2-bedroom unit with a separate outside entry for the third bedroom (it appears the listing details may have been updated to state this). The owner of the property management company was responsive – we would work with this company again. The updated kitchen is spacious and well stocked, though we kept blowing a fuse when we ran the microwave. The location is awesome, right along the river path, and only a couple of blocks from downtown and the park.

The location of this place cannot be any better. You’re only a couple of blocks away from downtown Salida. The place was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and just a beautiful space overall. We had such a great time spending the weekend there and can’t wait to go back.
