You will not be disappointed by staying here. So clean and a feeling of home. Beds were so comfortable and sheets were quality. Location was great also, can walk to most places. Will be back! Thank you again!

Fantastic Location/Property
This is our second stay and our favorite place in Golden. Beds are comfy, house is well appointed, and you cannot beat the location. We just love it!

Comfortable and conveniently located!
We really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space for the three of us and it was quite comfortable. I think my favorite "room" was the deck and I especially loved the fireplace table! This was a convenient location as we traveled to Colorado Springs one day and Idaho Springs. Golden is a neat little town. If you stay here, you have to walk along Clear Creek!

The perfect place in every way!
This place exceeded expectations! It was very clean. Had lots of room for my family of 4, a full kitchen and a large bathroom. The rainfall shower head was fantastic after a long day hiking in the mountains. The beds were comfy. Heather was quick to respond to communications. I really have nothing bad to say. We will book this location every time we go to Red Rocks! Thanks again, Heather!

This rental was perfect for our trip. Walking distance to downtown Golden. Center to all the scenic attractions for our visit, from Estes Park to Pikes Peak.

So nice
We loved Heather and Brian's carriage house! It was close to town but gave us the privacy we like. Having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the comfortable deck was a real treat. All the accommodations were very clean and great...very comfortable beds! This place helped to make our visit even more enjoyable...thanks so much!

Great stay
The condo was great the owners were very helpful. The coronavirus hit so we had to leave 2 days early everything closed down. We would definitely stay there again !!😊

A very well appointed house nicely decorated. To say that, is putting it mildly. The house is fantastic. The area nice and quiet. Owners close by and very willing to help. Everything you need for a wonderful visit. If available...we will be back a lot!

Golden Gem
What a location and place to stay! While my husband and son went skiing my other son and I stayed in town. Walking to town was short and scenic, a beautiful path along Clear Creek. The owners thought of everything for this VBRO! The little extra's, provided like tp, shampoo and house hold soaps were a huge benefit coming from out of state. Heather and Chris were super helpful and easy to communicate with but gave us our privacy too. We could not have asked for better hosts and place to stay for our week long CO vacation! We hope to return someday.

Carriage House
The carriage house is beautiful, modern, easily accessible and and just plain awesome! It is close to walking paths and within walking distance of downtown Golden. Bryan and Heather are wonderful hosts. If I'm ever back in Golden, this will be the first place I will look to stay. Great place! Highly recommend!

Perfect weeks stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely location, everything we needed and more! Heather and Bryan were great hosts, any needs or questions were just a text away. Loved being close to Lions Park, the river and downtown. It made all of our preparations for our daughters wedding at Chief Hosa Lodge go smoothly!! Would highly recommend!!!!

It's got it all!
The carriage house is quiet and close to a leafy park and a lively stream so nature is outside the door and yet we could walk to the charming main street of Golden and find shops and restaurants and bars - perfect location! The apartment is perfectly appointed, with charming, modern rustic decor and many thoughtful touches. It will be our go-to for future Red Rock concerts for sure.

Great location & awesome unit!
The location is great as it’s a short walk to just about anything needed. The unit was very well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Having the washer /dryer was nice - only because we came in during a rain storm so could dry out clothes quickly.
The deck is a wonderful place to chill, watch the sunset , and grill dinner.
The only slight negative ( and didn’t impact our stay at all ) is the carport parking ... just be aware that the carport is a bit narrow. So it might be tough to get a car under the carport. Since we only had one car - not a problem at all.

A real gem in Golden!
We had a wonderful stay in Heather and Brian's apartment for our daughter's graduation from CSM. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with great kitchen utensils, comfy blankets, lots of towels, and everything else to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. And the location is great - right next to the river and the Golden community center, and a short walk to town. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the outdoor fire pit - maybe next time!! I only wish we had found this earlier - so much better than an expensive hotel room!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Exactly what we needed!
The Carriage House is within walking distance of everything in Golden, and Golden is perfectly situated to get you into the mountains or the city with ease. The beds were comfy, the deck was a great place to drink morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, the kitchen allowed us to save some money and eat in and had just the right amenities to get us started. We had three gals staying for four days and three nights and the Carriage House was exactly what we needed!

Perfect location, perfect stay!
We had high hopes upon arriving and we certainly weren’t disappointed. In fact, we were still remarkably blown away with how *perfect* everything was. The beds are comfortable, the couch is comfortable, the minor amenities are a BIG touch! Don’t get me started on that bathroom— I’d be more than happy just to live in that bathtub!
Stay here. Do it. You won’t regret it!

It’s a gem! In a park setting
This great apartment has everything,perfect location,walking distance to downtown golden,to a couple wonderful breweries and a city park with a creek. It’s got it all. The apartment is well equipped and cozy.

Wonderful property in a great downtown Golden location.
This is a modern, comfortable and impeccably maintained accommodation. It is very near Lions Park, the Recreation Center, Clear Creek, and the many walking/hiking trails. Also just a short walk to restaurants, shopping and other Golden attractions. We are looking forward to another stay.
