We were thrilled with this townhouse for our family ski vacation. Great location for Beavercreek and Vail. Close enough you don't spend much time getting to the slopes, and far enough away from the noise and ruckus of the resort crowds. The entry was great for coming in and taking off ski boots and hanging up coats, helmets, etc. Fully stocked kitchen supplies with all the utensils and spices you need to feed the family (obviously BYO groceries). We saved hundreds by cooking our own family meals vs. going out to eat each night. One of the main reasons we chose this place, was the king and queen size beds. So many places squeeze in tiny twin or bunk beds. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have king size beds, and each their own private bath. It is great for those that are 6 ft+ tall. One of the king bedrooms also has a nice desk to set up your computer and take care of those online needs each day (yep, WiFi is included at around 200Mb/s down but only a few Mb/s up). Good enough to upload those ski videos at the end of the day. The lower level bedroom has a queen bed. Plus the lower level has it's own private living area and bath. It was perfect for our more independent family member. Extra blankets are available if you really like to wrap yourself up. The washer and dryer are good size, and can do a fair amount of clothes so you don't have to pack so much in your luggage. We had one issue with the door entry code (I think it expired), but I called the host, and it was RESOLVED within 2-3 minutes. You won't get that quick of response from a hotel! (You know the story... How many times have I heard, "We'll send maintenance up in a few minutes to take a look"). I can only think of one con, and that's the location of the trash dumpster. It's a shared dumpster in a shed for several of the townhomes, so you have to carry your trash bags 25-30 yds. Not really anything the owner can do about it, but just something to be aware of. I would stay here again.

Kitchen was extremely well stocked - we had everything we could possibly need. Great location - proximity to Homestead Court Club, Arrowhead/BC, Edwards/Riverwalk etc. can't be beat. Owner was very responsive to questions. A positive experience!

Great rental with plenty of room. It has one of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever rented, which is perfect if you want to do your own cooking. The owner was responsive to all inquiries. The area is quiet and was very convenient to visiting family in Edwards. We enjoyed hiking the trails each morning that are a part of the Homestead HOA area.

Worked out well for my daughter and sons family to stay while there for my other daughters wedding. It was within a15-20 minute drive to the wedding place.

This is a lovely condo with three levels which accommodates 3 couples wonderfully or a larger family. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is more amply stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. than any other place we've stayed. It lacked nothing. The full sized washer and dryer are convenient as well. Walking paths abound in this neighborhood among all the open spaces of the rolling hills. We wished our stay had been longer. It's a place we would gladly rent again. The only dislike the five of us had (and it's very minor) was the awkward lock box holding the only key. A keypad lock would be so much easier and convenient for easy entry and seems to be the standard anymore for rentals.

Could not have asked for a better place. Spacious, modern, clean and in a great location. Toni was very responsive to our questions and gave us great recommendations on dining options, hiking trails, etc. if we’re back in the area, would not stay anywhere else!

Immaculate, spacious and nicely furnished townhouse. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. Overall, the house is very nice and in a great location (close proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek). The owner responded quickly to questions. The only downside was that the basement was very cold. In the winter, it might be good to have a couple of space heaters on hand as an option.

Situated close to Arrowhead, Vail, Avon and Edwards, made our ski vacation hassle free. Toni is a very good host and is a pleasure to deal with. All queries responded to promptly. Thanks so much Toni. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

We spent a weekend at the townhouse with two other couples. The unit was very well furnished and very comfortable. We all commented on the comfort of the beds. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy dinner together at the table, and to sit in the family room and watch TV and visit. The kitchen is very well stocked, which we appreciated because we cooked our dinners there. We loved the proximity to Beaver Creek...we skied there both days. Highly recommend this place!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay for a family ski vacation. Only minutes from Beaver Creek, it was well furnished and had everything we needed. We especially loved the front vestibule for all our ski and snowboard gear. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Toni, Thank you for the use of your townhome in Homestead. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the unit along with the short walk to the fitness center. Short drive to the ski hill as well as so many choices for meals. We will be back..

We stayed for almost a week for our son's lacrosse tournament. The townhome was extremely clean and very well equipped. It was quiet and convenient for reaching any location in Edwards or Vail. The owner was very responsive and accessible if we had any questions. If you are looking for a very nice place to stay in Edwards I highly recommend it.

Great space, with two full bedrooms upstairs and separate living area (plus full bedroom) downstairs, so allowed for plenty of space for us to spread out. Excellent centralized location in the valley in a great neighborhood. Being able to use the neighborhood fitness center was very nice, as it is really a full scope fitness club with weights, machines, fitness classes and a pool, basically anything you would want. Working with owner was super easy as well. We liked this so much that we stayed several times over the last couple of months during separate stays. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the stay in Edwards CO. Toni the place is beautiful and very well equipped. We were able to enjoy working out in the fitness center as well. Loved the three bedrooms with bath, clean, well stocked, plenty of room for everyone. Close to downtown, highly recommend

The location in Edwards is perfect. Close to Vail but Edwards has so much to offer. The townhouse was even better than the pictures and description. It was fully equipped, well maintained and very comfortable. We had 6 adults plus a baby and the layout was perfect. The Open Area just down the street had great trails for a morning hike with great views. The owner was very responsive and we had our deposit back just a few days after returning. We definitely plan on returning.

This townhome is a great choice in the Vail Valley, very convenient, but removed from the noise of I-70. Edwards has a variety of excellent restaurants, convenient shopping, and easy access to all the activities of the Vail Valley. The townhome is spacious and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, good beds and plenty of seating. There were only four in our group, but the house could easily accommodate twice as many. Owners are very responsive and were easy to work with.
