We enjoyed the stay on Tahiti Rd especially because it was convenient to family. The house was nice, the kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and furniture was adequate. I was disappointed there was not any grass for our dog. In pictures we thought property was fenced in but, there is only partial fence. Check out was easy by just dropping off keys in drop box.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company and the maintenance people were all amazing and nice but the house itself was a little rough. We come to Marco every year and we decided last minute on this one. We usually rent more high end house but this one was super chap and it was last minute. We did get what we paid for. The sliders did not lock and we had issues with that the whole trip with them coming to try and fix it. We have a toddler and it was scary for me that the doors did not lock properly. There was ants by the front door in a big pile inside and then also coming out of the drain in the master bath. The guest room toilet was leaking with the O ring so there was always water on the floor in there which was kind of yucky. Had great gear to take to the beach which made it easy and all the appliances were nice. The garage door was broken the first 4 days of the trip and would go up but they did fix that. There was not a lot of supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc) so make sure you pick that up on your own before you come to the house because there was not anything extra,

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation! We would definitely come back ! The location was ideal to everything and the property manager was easy and wonderful to work with while we were planning and during our stay !

I stayed here with my boyfriend and our pup and had a great time! Pool and spa were definitely the highlight and there were very clear instructions on how to operate them. WiFi was strong enough to be on laptop outside. At one point during our stay, the AC stoped working. However, the management company responded immediately and sent someone to fix it and it was back on in an hour! A great and seamless interaction. Neighborhood was safe and peaceful for walking the dog, quiet enough to work outside. Only very minor complaint is that there was some tiny ants in the house and some items that could use some minor fixing (kitchen cabinet doors and sliding door were a little wonky), but given that we spent the majority of the time outside it was no big deal! Additionally, beware that the property is landscaped with rocks which will be very hot in the sun, be sure to take your dogs out in shaded areas. Overall, Would definitely stay again.

we really enjoyed our stay. The house was on a quiet street. we were conveniently located. we enjoyed the shaded lanai, pool and hottub. could not have asked for a better week.

We always rent a house because we bring our dog, Mom, etc. This trip was the first time we rented the house on Tahiti Dr. and it was perfect! Very comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely be booking this house again!
