Really loved our time on St. John in this property. Had a couple minor hiccups (washing machine not working), but the property manager was quick to respond and help out. They really made it easy providing a cooler, chairs, etc. Looking forward to coming back and will definitely be looking to stay at this villa again.

Stunning home with all the amenities. The management is extremely responsive and helpful. Most importantly, the views are incredible.

The property was as photographed and described. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Stefanie and Paula were terrific. One thing that was not mentioned was the cats. There were several and quite off putting, especially if you're not a cat or even an animal lover. We couldn't even enjoy the outdoor space because of them.
The kitchen was really nice; however, the microwave needs to be upgraded for ease of use.
I would STILL recommend this location and would come back!

Stayed there the week of June 4th. Great place to stay with breathtaking view. Very clean modern villa plenty of room for the 6 of us. AC worked very good lots of extra's like beach chairs and coolers.

The property was very nice with incredible views. We loved staying there. The only negative thing I would say is that there were no cards or games in the house.

Guest services gave great suggestions for taxi (Chico was the best) and restaurants. The meal
delivered to our room upon arrival was excellent. Martin was also so helpful when we needed him for a maintenance issue. I highly recommend this property for family or friends.

Beautiful property
Only about 5 min to downtown Cruz bay, large, private, and roomy spaces. The house provided all the basics needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful villa! The views from the 4 balconies were incredible!! Great location very close drive to Cruz Bay. We had an incredible family vacation!

Loved the property - great layout for multiple families or friends, bedrooms were nicely sized, kitchen large and useful & absolutely loved the outside table where we all had breakfast together every morning before going to the beach. Large washer and dryer which helps immensely & a good stock of beach gear - cooler, towels, etc which means less packing & is super useful. Worth the money :)

Beautiful property in very nice community. Views are outstanding. Well equipped kitchen. Very nicely decorated. Perfect place for a week in paradise. Property managers are always available and extremely helpful. Everything we could have hoped for and more.

Fantastic house
The house was exactly as it states. It was perfect for us! Each sleeping area has its own bathroom which was great since we took our daughter and 5 friends (college age). Would definitely stay here again!
