The property is just perfect. Dan has thought of and supplied everything that you might want or need to have a wonderful, carefree vacation. The house is a short drive from beautiful swimming beaches and the charming center of Chatham. Dan is clearly an owner who takes great pride in keeping his property beautiful and his guests happy. We had a wonderful stay at Daniel's lovely home. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to several restaurants and our favorite "everything store," Ocean Lots. Although located directly under the flight path to the Chatham airport, the planes fly only 7 a.m. to dusk. The home was so comfortable and sheets, towels and everything was of excellent quality. Daniel is an 5-star host and seems to truly enjoy answering questions. We had family come over twice and they enjoyed the backhard and indoor hot tub. We loved ending the day with a nice outdoot shower and a hot tub. Thank you for an amazing stay in Cape Cod!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Hydrangeas. Beautiful beautiful house!!! Very nicely decorated with arts and gorgeous plants. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and very nice furniture. Dan and Cristen were so sweet and very helpful along the way (Thank you for everything!!!). They care so much about their guests. The house is fully equipped with everything and more. Dan and Cristen were very generous with amenities and everything is awesome quality. I don’t have to mention cleanliness. When we arrived we were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flower, nice playing soft music and a tour of the house. We enjoyed everything. The hot tub was awesome!! We used the fully equipped kitchen to cook diner. We played legos upstairs. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. The outdoor shower is seriously the best I ever seen. Dan and Cristen were so helpful with recommendations and local events going on. We had the best vacation in Cape Cod.

My wife and I and 2 younger daughters (7 and 10) loved this house! Our stay was perfect and Dan was the perfect host. He even offered to let us come in early to beat the holiday traffic which we did. It was our 1st time in Chatham and we loved it. We'll be back at this house for sure.

From the initial inquiry to the checkout process, Dan we incredible to deal with - prompt, informative and accommodating. The home was both comfortable and immaculately clean and Dan had made an effort to think of anything you might need, from basic kitchen tools, spices and other basics to spare toothbrushes and toothpaste etc. for anyone who forgot a key toiletry item. The location is great with a short drive (5 mins) or long walk (15-20mins) to Harding’s Beach and a two mile drive to town center. The living snd sleeping spaces were comfortable and spacious and the hot tub was a fun place to relax after a day at the beach. We highly recommend Dan’s home for anyone looking for this sized space in Chatham area.
