Had an excellent stay at this property for our ski trip. Would absolutely book again.

We enjoyed our stay! Awesome hot tub after snow boarding! Open spaces! A lot of windows. 5 minutes away from little town.

We loved everything about this place. The place was spotless, big TV, though we never turned it on. A/C control in every room, so we were able to chill at night and turn it off during the day when we were out. The kitchen was exceptional. Even the knives were sharp in the kitchen--how often does that happen? If I had to find some constructive criticism to give, the living room furniture was not comfortable. So we sat most nights at the large dining table, or on the patio. We did have some rain, so we mostly stayed in our room then. But it's durable stuff, and I'm sure that it's really hard to keep comfy furniture in good shape when it's used a lot. The bed in the front bedroom was not too comfortable for the other couple we were with. The other one was splendid (that's the one my husband and I took, and it was super!) Overall, it was an excellent unit. Best one we've ever stayed in, and I hope to stay there again! Thank you!

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend! It’s nestled in between Tahoe City and Lake Forest, and you are only 15 min from Palisades! We skied all weekend, and had a blast in tahoe city at the bars and restaurants. The Hot tub also made for a great post-skiing activity. Would highly recommend staying here with friends or family! So cozy!

Really enjoyed staying at this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed to have a good time. I found the master bedroom a little colder than the rest of the house in winter, but certainly not problematic and easily managed with the small space heater provided. Would love to stay here again.

The renting process was super easy.

We brought our family to Lake Tahoe for the first time, and the Tahoe City location was central to everything we wanted to do, and the proximity to Skylandia Beach made for quick trips to swim. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There were games to play as well. The driveway also has room for our boat and Expedition without any trouble.

We had a great long weekend at the property! Easy walk to the beach, and the house was exactly as expected. A hot tub issue was quickly resolved, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The location made it easy to do Tahoe city adventures as well as Incline Village and the state Park beach down the road was lovely as well! Definitely would come back!

Everything was great for our stay except the ridiculous check in and check out times. Other than that the home was great with the 3 bathrooms, hot tub, and 15 min walk to the lake. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy a relaxing weekend.

Great location to get to both Palisades & Northstar for skiing. Plenty of rooms & baths. Hot tub was lovely. Our kids loved the little bear 😂

We really enjoyed this rental! Great location, good amount of living space. Easily accommodated two families with small kids. The master bedrooms do get colder at night - they seem less well insulated than the smaller rooms - but the heater works well. A couple cobwebs here and there but otherwise well-maintained. Only complaint was the lack of a large mixing bowl and really dull kitchen knives.

Very cozy place to stay for our family vacation to Tahoe for Christmas. This place had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when we come back for our next trip.

We had not anticipated being snowed in in October, but the house was well equipped to handle even that surprise. Nice layout allowed our 2 year-old granddaughter to nap in the 4th bedroom despite a rowdy game of dominoes in the kitchen. Hot tub was wonderful! If there is any inclement weather follow directions to come in on I80; the “scenic” NV431 becomes treacherous

There are quite a few improvements needed. Kitchen sink needs new faucet. Leaks at controls. King beds instead of queens. Rooms are big enough for them. Biggest bedroom had the tiniest bathroom and had no closet. Kitchen lower cabinets need updates. Lower oven door doesn't close.

Two families were able to comfortably enjoy out first visit to Lake Tahoe. While the smoke from the wildfires put a damper on things, the fact we had a great house with enough personal space made for an enjoyable visit. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, great hot tub, convenient location while still away from crowds.

Overall, we had a great stay. There was a cute welcome basket with snacks and wine. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us all to stretch out and have our own space. The home is a little dated. The shower in the larger master is very small and needs some updating. It was also unbearably hot. We had the fans running constantly but it provided little relief. Our first morning in the house, the second master bedroom bathroom door somehow locked and we could not get it open. We called maintenance for help and they were less than helpful and seemed annoyed we were calling. We ended up figuring it out on our own. Location is good.

This is usually fine, but if you happen to be there on the rare 90F+ day, it will be a bit rough in the afternoons and you’ll find the deck more comfortable. - No garage. It didn’t matter to us since we were here in the summer.

We loved the location. It is a short walk or bike ride to the beach and also to stores and the Marina. The hot tub is very nice. The beds and master bathroom are a bit outdated, but not too bad. It would also be nice if the check-in was a bit earlier.

Several bedrooms & bathrooms were exactly what we needed for our family. Only 5 of 7 expected family members stayed, but we had the room for all. Kitchen is well stocked for necessities & open plan with the dining table. Hot tub was pleasant to enjoy while star gazing - wish we could stay in past 10 pm but understand the rules. Close proximity to lake, beaches, stores, restaurants, river rafting - met all our needs. Very hot week, so the 4 little fans provided were not sufficient to cool bedrooms, as there was no breeze. We bought 3 box fans after first night so we could sleep & air out the house. Would return again & know to be prepared for Summer heat. We live in heat but have Delta breeze every night & fans at home. Our family fully enjoyed our beach time, river rafting, meandering, meeting up with a family reunion nearby. House was clean, well equipped & well stocked. Would highly recommend for families. Extremely helpful to have washer & dryer! Great Wifi also!

This house is very comfortable, well furnished, and close to all activities in Tahoe City. There is a nice walk to the beach, which is super dog-friendly. The cafe on the way is great for morning coffee or sandwiches. The outdoor deck was a bit dirty, probably due to the time of year with lots of pollen and dust, so you couldn't even sit on the furniture, all needed a good spray down. The owner was super nice and accommodating. I would definitley stay here again.

Location is in a residential area, it was really quiet and peaceful. The home was exactly as it was pictured in the listing and was perfect for the 6 of us. Great new BBQ, the hot tub was wonderful as well. Extremely well stocked and organized. Only cons were the beds were a little worn, bath in the big master needed some work. Would definitely stay here again, Stacy was great!

This property was perfect for our family get together. Loved the location and the set up of the house. Plenty of amenities, loved the hot tub and the walk to the lake was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Five older guys spent a relaxing off-season week at this well equipped and well-managed property. Everything we needed was there. We look forward to returning someday.

nice, cozy, family friendly home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. wonderfully clean and cared for property, well stocked with most things needed. would have been a bit more relaxing to have been able to check out a little later like 11 or 12 so not having to wake up and rush, but linger a little to fully enjoy.
