Our stay Was average because of the noise we could hear above us. Every step someone took plus water running and creaky sounds in the walls were heard. Luckily we were not there much but it did make it hard to sleep. Kitchen was missing all silverware & fry pans but the owner responded and brought items by end of day. Also tv remote needed new batteries & owner said there were batteries above washer but we found only one. So we still had to buy another to work tv. House was older and more rundown than we expected but inside was better than it looked as we drove up. Bedding and towels were new and fresh. Owner was available & responded so we felt taken care of & satisfied in the end.

This two bedroom apartment was the perfect place for me and my friend to stay while visiting the Provo area. It was in a nice neighborhood and very close to all kinds of restaurants. If you want to eat in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The property is very clean with updated decor. I will definitely stay her again!!

The apartment was as stated in VRBO. It was clean, had a good kitchen, and the beds were comfortable (although adults sleeping in the bunk beds need to be careful not to hot their heads). There is no thermostat in the apartment, but we were there when the weather was temperate so we were comfortable. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how the TV worked, so better written instructions would be helpful. The one item that was unacceptable and caused us to leave in the middle of our stay was the squeaky floor of the upstairs apartment. The home has been converted into 3 apartments - 2 downstairs in the basement and one upstairs or the main floor. The first night, there was no one upstairs, and we slept fine. The next night, a group moved in and were constantly walking across the floor until past midnight (they were not loud, but the squeaky floor kept us from being able to sleep). We debated what to do. The squeaking was very loud any time we were in the apartment when they were home. We finally decided that if we were going to enjoy the rest if our trip, we needed to move to another location.

Dani was super helpful and available for whatever we needed. Her place was in a great location. It was close to shops, restaraunts, and campuses. We had everything that we needed. We enjoyed ourselves! Thanks Dani!

I just stayed here for a weekend after my father died. Dani was great to try to get me into the apartment before actual check-in time of 4:00. The apartment is on a very quiet street and is very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The price was exactly what I was looking for since I had to pay last second flight tickets to get to Dad's funeral. If I am ever in this area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.
