We all had an amazing time! This house is perfect for a family trip with so much to offer!

Heidi’s place was absolutely wonderful!!! We were two families (4 adults and 6 kids). The 2 primary suites upstairs plus kids bedrooms/bathroom downstairs was perfect for our group. The kids loved the garage rec room! Beds and linens were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. Hot tub was delightful. Convenient location to Hwy 97 and Sunriver village. Heidi was very responsive throughout the booking and stay. We absolutely loved our stay; thank you so much!

The bunk beds are awesome! Even the teenagers were excited about them! Lots of games and activities to do. The owner was really easy to work with and very accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

This was the first property I have stayed at that was better than expected and far exceeded my expectations. This is also the first property I feel I can come back to without wondering if I am missing out on something better. Perfect house for our group. Only question: why not advertise and highlight that wonderful hot tub? I don’t recall seeing any pictures of it or reading about it in the description. Thanks for such a great place to stay.

Great setting for teenagers

I have stayed in many rentals over the course of my life and I am pretty sure this was the first time I have ever found a rental home to be far better than I expected. This is a wonderful home with an impressively outfitted kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers amazing. My twelve year old twin boys both wanted to shower and I can guarantee you that never happens. We had a little trouble with the AC while we were there so I messaged the owner late one evening. She responded immediately and told me exactly what to do. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Sunriver.

We had a great time staying at this house. It was perfect for a large group. The downstairs was a great size where the kids could keep themselves entertained. They really loved all the games in the garage.

This house has everything including a beautiful layout and great room to a garage filled with games that our kids (and we) could not get enough of. It is within close walking distance of the North Store - which we utilized several times. It is also a fairly straight shot bike ride to the village. We have never wanted to return to a specific house before, but this will be the first. We look forward to staying there in the future.

Big house with plenty of space! The split level was not condusive due to having a toddler (this was not anticipated when booking over a year in advance) With the baby gate that we adapted to fit, it worked out. Only mentioning it as to make others aware if have small children. The provision of baby amenities really helped. The lower family room level with the TV viewing area, bedrooms & games is a nice big space but unfortnately was just too cold so our family didn't utilize it as I had hoped; however, everyone did enjoy hanging out in the game room (garage)! We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen - it had everything we needed, plus more. I very much appreciated all communications with Heidi, the owner. She was quick to respond to my questions as well as accommodating! Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this home!

This home was perfect for our extended family. We had 1 couple and two families with two kids each. The kids loved the bedrooms. Another couple was unable to travel because of Covid but there was plenty of space if they had come. Kitchen was fully stocked and had adequate cooking pots and pans for our group. The only negative was the TV in the second master. I was not able to get it to connect to the internet. Instructions for the operation of each TV would be helpful.

The house was great. Very comfortable and roomy. Lots to do. We utilized everything from the bikes to game room, hot tub after long hikes and both refrigerators! One for food and one for drinks. That was great. The SHARC passes were great for pickle ball, but getting into the aquatic center was a joke. After 3 tries we finally got in. We had to basically stand in line and be there from 11-1 to get into the 1 o’clock session and we were the second to last group to get in. Apparently, people get in line at 10. I wish this was different and that we didn’t waste so much time the other days. The rooms are comfortable and house seemed soundproof, which was great with a larger group. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. The kids loved the themed rooms.

This is a great place to stay especially for a large family or group gathering. The house is well equipped with all you will need and lots of entertainment for teens as well as adults. The host was terrific to work with and responds very quickly to your texts. Would definitely stay there again.

Having a nice vacation home with his family, there was a good job Menger when there were any questions. Just informing that you have no frying pan, the kitchen mixer is broken, and there was no big pot For such a super big house it is necessary)

This property was a great fit for our family. The kids enjoyed the bicycles, all the games in the garage, the DVDs, and especially the “bear” room. 😀 The issues we had with the air conditioning unit were quickly addressed and dealt with which was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dishes. Heidi has decorated it it beautifully; we appreciated all the things of interest on the wall.

We will definitely be going back! We had so much fun playing shuffleboard, pool, air hockey, and fuseball. It was great having the bikes to use as well. We had fun using the SHARC passes ans the hot tub as well. Great property!

This is our 4th time staying at this property and it has become a tradition we all look forward to! I added an extra day this year and it still wasn't enough time to get everything in we want to do. The house is perfect for large groups and is set up perfectly for families and teens. The house is well-stocked and communication is excellent. We couldn't ask for a better place to spend our time with family and friends. Thanks for another great trip.

We had a wonderful vacation at your home the only thing that I recommend is that the grill the barbecue needs cleaning very badly and the pots and pans in the house were filthy I spent one day trying to clean those before we even used them other than that it was a wonderful experience we would definitely come back thank you again Heidi

Wonderful for a family To escape for a few days. Great grandma down to the 2 year old. My wife and I rented the house for a few days where we had a super time with our children and grandkids. The house fit all our needs. Thank you so much!

The home is beautiful and comfortable. Extremely clean and well cared for. Owners were gracious with answering questions before travel and even spent extra time getting the bikes ready for us. Our kids (ages 7-18) loved the game room and everyone's beds were wonderfully comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a best time at this property. The house layout was perfect for 2 families. The property offered everything we could want and the owner was a best host. We hope to stay again.

We enjoyed a week here with family and grandparents. It was great to have two king size beds upstairs and kids rooms were really fun! The garage game room and indoor shuffle board table provided hours of enjoyment. Deck was nice for afternoon sun and outdoor dining. We’d recommend this house.

Loved the house! The proximity to sunriver amenities was unbeatable, and a slight bit farther than I thought from bend downtown, but we all decided it was perfect and will try to purchase in the area! We loved the primary suites, and the hot tub! Thank you!

We did puzzles, played board games, and had plenty of room for all of it. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook all of our meals, and when cooking for 7, that's saying something. This was a winter trip for us, so we skied at Bachelor, went sledding at the SHARC, and had numerous snowball fights along our walks through the neighborhood.Having a hot tub to finish our day was the the perfect touch! Both the property manager, and the owner, Heidi, were incredibly responsive to my constant questions.I truly hope we can come back in the summer to experience this amazing home again!

Beautiful home, decorated for a wonderful Christmas stay. Owners are extremely accommodating.
